Wanted Girl

I let this macerate for a long time before it reached its full potential. It’s SOOOOOO juicy..🤤 the pomegranate is like red berry with a tart edge. I love this! It really pulls it in a unique direction, almost peach like. It’s floral, sweet, a little spicy, and has a creamy sandalwood with peach vibe. Ropion has said in an interview I once watched, that he likes to create scents based on his vision with an extra dimension of layering them so they create notes that aren’t in the formula. His best compositions always do this. This smells like Flowerbomb’s older sister but only like, 3 years older. She definitely lives in the shadow of her sister, but, they both got Ropion’s genes no question. If you love the floral sweetness of Flowerbomb, this is safe to blind buy. If it smells cheap, let it macerate. It won’t let you down.

Sweet, warm, comforting, homely, sunny, radiating, exotic, pleasantly oily, spiritual vibes too. I don’t like florals, yet, I love this!

This is a nice sweet and sort of clean smell. I don’t find it gourmand. I definitely see the comparisons to Poison Girl. It is sort of a more mature version of it. I think it smells nice and has mass appeal. I would put it in the same category as Idole, which is a nice inoffensive office perfume. There is a green smell that I don’t love for me, but if I smelled it on someone, I would think they smelled nice.

A soft sweet scent from the get go, can smell some amalgamation of generic florals, a bit of pomegranate, with a bit of tonka and caramel, dries down quickly and fades within 2 hours to a barely there scent. It reminds me of a super airy body mist version of Girl of now. Can be a dumb reach for work, nothing offensive nor is it memorable. 4./5/10 Edit: Changing my vote from OK to a Like as it seems the first few sprays from the bottle must have been weaker, compared to what I am getting now. I can smell the pomegranate up top with a spicy undertone and the white florals with some caramel, it somehow reminds me a bit of a Lady million flanker, but now it last me 6 hours with a moderate projection for 3 hours. Don't know what changed in it but I am liking it a whole lot more than what I was first getting. Now I give it a 7/10. Guess it macerated in the week or that first few sprays were more alcohol based in the nozzle.

Love this one! For me it’s “a love for first sniff”. My ride or die. Sweet, feminine and also sexy. Safe blind buy I would say. Loooooooveeeeee. Hope it won’t be discontinued!!!

I wanted to try this fragrance because of Ropion and Bal as perfumers listed here but disappointed. There's this smell of cheap synthetic tonka-patchouli duo that I also smelled in reformulated Angel and its flankers, smelled the same in this one. I wouldn't be surprised if this is also reformulated after L'Oreal bought Azzaro in 2019.

This is so yummy!! Such a shame though because it does not last even for 30 minutes. This would be my signature scent if it wasn't for the longevity. Smells like sweet biscuits to my nose.

My first perfume. I've had this bottle for so long. It ages very well, and the smell is exquisite. It's a masterpiece, exactly like how its described by the official text "The fragrance represents an imaginary flower ("3D flower that’s exactly like her: explosive, alluring, and delectable...but never too sweet!")." It smells classy, but not in your face. Unlike other popular designer perfumes, its advantage is in it's gentleness, rather than a bossy or dominating smell. You can smell it on yourself, but it's not a crazy sillage/projection. It is sweet, delicate, comforting, feminine, literally perfect for any season and time. It isn't overly floral or woody or sweet. Lasts all day.

It is quite delicious, lactonic without being weirdly sour or cloying, the ginger and orange flower give it a refreshing and slightly spicy touch. I can feel the vetiver, tonka and pepper only up-close to the skin so those worrying that this could be too spicy or sharp - no worries, it is not. It is a fresh sweety. The patchouli is there but not overwhelming, I find that in this perfume it manages to tie the notes together between sweet and savory. And I am saying that as a person usually avoiding scents with patchouli. As a fragrance it is very subtle so it is an office friendly gourmand, calm, sweet and warm. Great for the colder season.

i think i went in with expectations that were too high. the orange blossom opening was lovely, but the milky, overly sweet lactonic note that came after was quite off-putting to me. overall, a bit of a letdown.

It's very meh. Simple and pleasant, no notes that stick out. Crowd pleaser, but boring IMO. It would fit the general name "perfume for girls". Poor lasting power. If you like this, you would also like the Ginza perfumes, which give me the same vibe.

I looooove this scent. its so beautiful but wow it DOES NOT LAST LONG. 2 hours max ands its barely a skin scent i mean even on clothes you really have to smell deep to kinda get a whiff of it..... love the scent though. got 2 bottles because I spray the heck out of it and gotta keep respraying throughout the day sadly

I bought this in 2019 when it was released. Love at 1st sniff. I'm saddened by the harsh reviews and perceptions people have on this beauty. So effervescent and uplifting. Everyone around me loves it, i love it. I'm mostly into niche and discover and rotate perfumes all the time but rediscovering this it's bliss. I also got the body lotion that smells heavenly. Unfortunately still doesn't make the smell more potent but even so i'm enjoying my heavenly small bubble while it's present I still adore it after all these years (even if skipped using it for an year or 2) and still giving me the same excitement, joyful and youthfull feeling Still in love with it

The scent is lovely out of bottle and immediately onto skin. Gourmand-lite, a bit of a freshness to keep it from being overly heavy. The dry down is exceptionally sub-par... irritating, actually, how very little of it remains after 30mins-1hour. Sort of a 'meh' fragrance, one I do not reach for regularly.

An unappealing modern chemical soup that once it gets into your sinuses, it refuses to leave. A cheap, yet regretful, blind buy that will be passed on.

I tried to love it but ultimately it was a no and I sold it. It gives some whiffes of ,Oh wow!‘, but in the end, it just didn’t fit me, it wasn’t Me. Also, I have a feeling that the ginger note was from beginning to end and it weighed the scent down, like it’s too strong and too much everything, too spicy. The bottle is stunning. I also detected the dulce de leche note. But always when I wore it the scent bothered me, I didn’t enjoy it.

This never fails to gather compliments especially with females, crowd pleaser for sure. It's light, sweet, airy with a kick of spice. Opens up with a beautiful youthful ginger, pink pepper & juicy pomegranate (so bright & beautiful) then the dulce de leche comes with the creaminess (almost caramelly) all rounded by the tonka. This what you call an easy gorgeous girl fragrance, really like it!! Even better in summer, COMPLIMENTS magnet. Lasts well on clothes and nice scent bubble, even when I no longer smell it, people around me do. On heavy rotation (to work) 3rd day in row today.

For the first few hours, I could only smell extra sweet Dulce de Leche (here it's more sugary than the Dulce de Leche I grew up eating in South America) + dry Vetiver on the base + ginger flower on top. I love how recognizable the ginger flower is bc as a ginger addict, it is very photorealistic. After that, I can only get Patchouli and Tonka. I would love to wear often this if the Dulce de Leche wasn't so sweet and the Vetiver wasn't so dry and aged. Well, at least I know Azzaro uses an amazing ginger flower note I look forward to try, but even though it's listed as a note here, if you click on the icon it goes to the list for Ginger and fragrances like Wanted Girl aren't there. It seems like there is no ginger flower list :(

very beautiful, makes you smell fresh and clean. it’s more fiery than sweet though, i can feel the ginger scents come up

The problem with this one is not the scent, it’s the absolutely abysmal projection and longevity. I have legit 20-30 sprays on right now and no one in my house can smell me unless they put their nose right on my skin or clothes. Not even worth wearing at that point. Too bad, because the scent is truly delightful.

This was the perfume that i was so desperate for when i was younger and i finally purchased it a few years ago and its still really nice, very light and fresh and feminine a lovely floral/fruity perfect for day to day wear. A perfume you could wear to church or brunch for example. She’s a cute soft scent

All I get is ginger & alcohol. It smells like a cheap generic perfume. Such a waste because the men's line from Azzaro are so good!

Unexpectedly nice fragrance. It’s like hot intense black tea with sugar, but I can’t say that it’s very sweet. Light bitterness and tart. Elegant warm composition, good balanced as food me

In love with this scent, very simple yet sophisticated and it has great projection. So happy to finally add it to my collection.

I really dislike how this one smells right after you spray it. It is just overly perfumey and alcohol smelling most likely because of the ginger notes but it just smells like a very mature scent. I had completely written off this perfume until recently deciding to give it another chance and discovered that after SEVERAL hours of being on the skin it does start to smell nice. On my skin personally, I like how it smells best when I spray it on before bed. I feel that when I wake up it has the perfect level of sweetness and balance to it which also speaks to its longevity as it will continue to last for the following day. I do get slight caramel scent but what comes to mind for me is that it smells like a hot drink. I am not sure how to describe it in a better way it is just very heaty which can make it a nice romantic fragrance. However, I have still not decided on how I feel about it. I don't hate it, but I really do not love it either. I did get a compliment from a guy when wearing it out, but it feels like more of a mature scent that would be better suited for older women which is not a bad thing at all.

This is so, SO much better when it's left to mature and the juice turns darker. When I first bought this I was disappointed, but now after a couple of years I can finally detect that delectable sweet dulce de leche. Shame it took so long! Find an older bottle.

The assumption was: a scent which resulted from cooperation of a group of perfumers including Dominique Ropion cannot be bad. And reality proves the assuming people wrong. It is a cheapie and it does smell very cheap in fact. I had some high hopes for delectable dulce de leche and white flowers combo, but the perfume morphed into a weird mixture of screechy notes on my skin. Pepper mixed with something I can't name, maybe a faint fake pomegranate, transformed into a nondescript poor quality sweetness which remained harsh and synthetic until its final whisper. I would assume dulce de leche can encompass the flowers gently, softly, in a fluffy way, but this fragrance had no soft lines, just awkward angles and sharp edges. I'm glad I found a tester while checking out some other perfume. I spritzed myself generously and even though I quickly regretted not taming my oversprayer nature, it saved me from a major disappointment after a pointless expense. I think we can blame the budget here - even hiring the best noses you can't make a decent perfume if you don't put any effort to obtain some good quality ingredients. That's a pity, since the concept seemed lovely.

Fresh spicy vanilla. Not creamy and lactonic but fresh. You notice the pepper more than the ginger. Too sweet for summer and hot days. Interesting and different as far as vanilla fragrance goes.

on initial spray this is very familiar to me. like I have smelled this scent before! kept me thinking about it for a day, really.. then I remembered, its Paco Rabanne's Lady Million! to my nose ! 😊 this is a really beautiful scent. very similar to LM with moderate sillage. a 4.out of a 5 for me.

smells very pretty and femanine however this does not last at all. sprayed some walked downstairs and it was gone maybe less than 5 minutes later. Dries down very citrusy almost like the Elizabeth Arden green tea on me but I did only have a small 5ml sample. Wished it lasted longer but it really does not last so i will not be buying a full bottle
