CK2

The one positive note I have about this is that the pebble note is super interesting, and they nailed it. From there all I have left is despise. Much like CK One, this smells like used kitty litter/public toilet. The overly synthetic floral circus in this distracts entirely from the pebble-smell and just makes me constantly wonder if I peed myself a little (or it would if I'd worn this out and about, but I'd obviously never do that as it's absolutely atrocious).

Rose water on wet stones, i bought 2 times, two times gave it away to girl friends, it was a beautiful perfume, but i never felt like smelling like it, people used to love it on me though.

Yeah its discontinued and rare because it was produced for like 2 years, but thats for a good reason. Off the bat you get a chemical burn type smell that dries down into what I perceived as a synthetic take of a sweaty grandma. I get the type of smell this fragrance is trying to capture. Its that of a waterfall thats flowing over rocks and the minerals and water evaporate in the air giving it that airy smell. But this is just spicy chemical burn. Wasabi as a note is diabolical in it of itself.

No words can describe how much I love this perfume. Bury me with it. If I were to choose one perfume to wear for the rest of my life it would be this. It smells like you just walked into a forest, it just rained and you take a very deep breath. An almost therapeutic fragrance. The most fresh and rainy perfume of all time. The amount of months I have spent looking for something just like this. It feels like it's in human DNA to like this perfume. Smells like you just showered and left the house in freshly washed clothes and it started raining. It's like breathing in cold winter air. Just unbelievably great.

My Shayla! :( :( This was the gold standard for a 'refreshing spa' vibe. It captured that rare petrichor essence beautifully and was my absolute go-to for the Australian summer. If you're looking for a replacement, Korres Kyma hits similar notes, but be warned: it’s pricier and the performance doesn't even come close to the original formula. A truly sad loss for budget-conscious collectors.

im a gourmand lover but i loved this sm, it smells like a summer spa day so fresh clean and def unisex not sweet to me but enough so it can be used for both genders, its like glacier water sprayed with a fresh lime so addicting i swear

my dad had gotten this perfume as a gift back when it was released and i remember so vividly loving how wonderful this smelled that i even used to spritz some on myself too lol. it's a very clean scent, slightly sweet but not overpowering at all; it reminds me of a summer's day at the beach and drinking a cold glass of water while in the heat:D just overall super wonderful. i was always wondering where it disappeared to and it's sad to see it got discontinued but fingers crossed they bring it back sometime

One of my absolute favorites. So clean and wearable. A perfect summer and spring coastal fragrance.

I still have my last empty bottle. I smell it from time to time just to remember how it felt wearing it! It was one of the GOATs. I’m going to try Kyma by Korres. Also, I just checked the Divain website — 179 is back 💕 Fingers crossed! UPDATE: Kyma is perfect. I'm happy!

It must be called a masterpiece, wich in some way is sad now that's the product is long since discontinued. I have a feeling CK2 came out to early. It would instead find its audience in todays youth seeking an alternative scent far away from all other scents. If you have a chance to buy it, don't hesitate. It's a great product and it's housed in a beautiful bottle. Instant classic.

i feel sad to see the CONs list for this fragrance, i do understand everyone has their own opinion but some of the points are just Shocking! if you like transparent, sort of minimalistic, summer banger. you want to smell unique and great. just grab it. it is 11/10!

All i can smell is rose with watery effect and musk. It's fresh and a little bit sweet. Moderate longevity around 6 hours and can project for 1 hour.

I am late to the party, so unfortunately I never had the chance to smell the original. But I was very curious about the scent, so I bought a sample of a 'parallel fragrance' for this on Acqua di Gabia. This one starts off very fresh, like an early autumn breeze, then it turns into something that reminds me a bit too much of public transport, but then the dry down opens into something very similar to the dry down of Wild Ocean by Courrèges, which I love. Very interesting fragrance! It takes you on a trip. Like you get on a tram in your slightly more rural area while the wind is picking up before it starts raining, then you spend half an hour in the subway and when you come out, the rain has stopped and the sun is shining onto a mix of old buildings, trees, cobble stones and small city ponds.

Cucumber galore! Even though it's not listed as a note, I'm definitely getting hints of it. It could just be the pear though CK2 smells so fresh and green with a faint powdery vibe. I often stay away from unisex fragrances but this one is very nice and doesn't lean too masc or fem. It's smack dab in the middle I get sporty old money vibes from this. Tennis courts, sailboats, golfing attire etc. Very east coast and aquatic. I really love it. Please bring it back!

They should have never discontinued the classiest one they ever done! I just found a deal on another one & snagged it and I’m set! & shouldn’t have to be without it!! NOTE: Can still be gotton on EBay cheaper than Imagination!! This has so much more going on for it for it being just a clean summer fresh fragrance vs the before mentioned!! I love this fragrance

I think sadly I am a supersmeller for calone, because all I get is really overwhelming cucumber/watermelon skin.

The only summer scent I'd wear. I'm sad it's gone, I mean GONE! So many "discontinued" perfumes are still around to buy, like Burberry Touch, I find that everywhere and it's supposed to be discontinued! I'm sad about this one tho. It really is a magical scent. I have a few more sprays left of my last bottle. So sad!!

The best! My signature scent for many many years. So sad that it’s discontinued.. but Kyma by Korres is a great alternative! It smells almost identical.

I get told way more often how good this smells than I do with Tom Ford Oud Minirale or any other niche brand freshie with of course the exception of Megamare or Aqua Di Sale. Very underrated clean smelling high quality scent!! Bottle even looks amazing enough to sit with all the niche ones! I wonder how many bought a back up when it became discontinued

One of the most beautiful, unique and uplifting scents that I have ever smelled. It's a crime that this was discontinued!

As I initially spray this, it's reminiscent of a hair oil my parents used as I was growing up that I used to love! As it settles, you can right away pick up a fresh and slightly spicy citrus note. After another 30 minutes, I could pick up that incense note but it's thankfully not a very pronounced one.To me this is a really fresh scent and I can see why it's considered unisex but to me it's a little too light to consider for a mature man. Maybe for a younger man, late teenager, this is a nice introduction into perfumes. But as a woman, I thoroughly enjoy the way this smells. It's light enough to be an everyday scent for sure. I have about 1/4 of the bottle left but I thankfully have a backup ready as I used to manage a CK outlet store. I know it's a bit hard to find this now a days. This is an intimate scent, not everyone will be able to pick this up on you but that's what makes it an easy grab for every day. I can usually smell it on me without having to directly smell my skin but the people around usually don't notice it. It does get lost outside with hot weather, it's more of indoor spring scent to me.

CK2 is fabulous but as it’s nowhere to be found anymore (madness!), All Saints Concrete Rain has some cross overs. Concrete Rain is a bit sweeter and warmer, but it has a good rain on pavement scent in the same way CK2 does, so it’s more of “if you like this one you might also like….”!

Unique, dynamic fragrance I thought I'd never see again, new and cheap in a boring shop. Today I found a new 100ml bottle, all alone, for sale in my favorite discount perfume shop in Lausanne Switzerland. Shocked to see it there. 40 bucks so it's mine. I asked if they often stock it and she said it comes in every once and awhile. ! This bottle was manufactured in 2018 by Coty in France. If I see more, I'll pick them up and offer them for sale.

I've got to say I had a huge fascination with this one. I learned it had the pebble note. Who knew what pebbles smell like?. Definitely a unique fragrance. I can see why it still has a following since it's been discontinued. Overall, it definitely has the CK vibe like most of their unisex fragrances have. It also has the mediocre lasting power however- wait, this one tries to hang on and actually get a little stronger. I put it on it night and I can still smell it all over my arm this morning. It is just unique enough to make it stand out. I would not spend an exorbitant amount of money on it. Fortunately , I got my bottle very cheap anyhow a fun fragrance with a cult following.

Bought his back when it released and had no idea it had an 18 month lifespan in stores. Since then i’ve tried to find it online and bottles are going for hundreds of dollars now sadly. BUT i was able to find a clone with Divain Parfums. To my nose Divain-179 nails the profile with a bit more umph in performance. For around $20 it’s worth checking out! Edit: Divain Parfums discontinued this clone as well. Hopefully somewhere out there lies another.
