Allure Homme

Very nice scent! Well balanced, sweet and creamy, it opens up with ginger but quickly evolves to a creamy peach, which I feel like the it is comings from the coconut. The vanilla an tonka adds to an overall sweetness that is not cloying at all. Projection is decent, somewhat closer. The only downside really, for me, was the longevity, its just a tad lackluster, a shame, really.

This fragrance just gets better the longer i wear it. Its a truly seductive and polished scent. Absolutely gorgeous.

This is by far my favorite Chanel fragrance. Its smooth, soft, powdery, and comforting, but still very masculine. There is a quiet confidence this profile evokes that, as far as I'm aware, hasn't been replicated by other fragrance houses. Allure Homme is a departure from the loud ambroxan heavy masculine scents that dominate the designer fragrance scene right now, and should absolutely be part of any classy gentleman's wardrobe. 9.5/10 - A "not so" hidden gem that deserves more love.

This is a timeless masterpiece. Don’t bother trying to decode it - you can’t. Just be awed by such a triumph of alchemy, balance and class. Objectively wonderful.

I mean, there are 25 notes in this stuff and it’s difficult to point out a single one. Such a masterful composition and blend. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a gourmand, it has a clean spicy masculine edge. More sophisticated and just generally better than AH Sport. Yup, I will be buying a full bottle.

This is almost a hidden gem now because of how popular Homme Sport has become. I'm 50/50 with gourmands, a lot of times to me they're far too sweet and/or lack depth. But this, there's like a hundred notes in here it feels like. And nothing feels too much or out of place, even with the wide variety. Ginger leather rose coconut, it all works nicely in the background to the lemon peach + spicy vanilla DNA. Feels quite elegant to me. Performance is just okay, it's not a beast by any stretch. I think I'm going 9/10.

There are so many notes listed but they’re an orchestra. Seems complicated but it’s simple and draws you in. Citrus, fruit and ginger with floral and woody middle notes, held together with a vanilla, patchouli base. I can’t stop smelling myself when I wear this. Best Regards

Masterpiece. It has some resemblance with boss bottled (not that they are similar, they are similar profiles if that makes more sense). It has, like BB, a fruity, clean, spicy sparkle while retaining creamy, woody sweet base. That what makes both fragances (Allure and BB) so likable, because they are clean and fresh while sweet & creamy at the same time, which is so likable and attractive. Makes me wonder if people that complains about performance are just trying to gatekeep this fragance, because its not a beast mode, but it pretty much lasts 8+ hours (with an edt behavior ofc).

I’m a fan of the Allure Homme range, but I wasn’t expecting much from this one—it turned out to be a lovely scent. It doesn’t have too much of a vintage feel to it, which I really liked. 10/10

10/10 fragrance and I don't get poor performance or longevity on my skin because I keep hydrated with plenty of water 💦 daily and I keep my skin moisturized with lotion 🧴. And when I apply this fragrance I spray my skin and clothing which I believe is why I don't have longevity issues with this fragrance or any other fragrance for that matter. Allure homme was not created to be beast mode!! It was created to be alluring to the person that is next to you! Hence the name Allure.

a creamy, woody citrus. I like the complexity of the combination of notes in this fragrance. However, I think it’s more suitable for wearing in cool weather or at night.

Doesn't last more than an hour...fail!!!!

It's a crime what Allure is today. Obviously doesn't last as long but it just smells different. Gone is the peach note, which made Allure different than other masculine fragrances. This stuff used to PROJECT like a mofo. It was so strong it's the only cologne you would smell in a department store fragrance counter I'm a big fan of the brand but I can't believe they haven't made a decent flanker of the original. Allure for the past numerous years smells more like Perry Ellis M which is a decent Allure dupe, but just too cinnamon forward so it comes as harsh.

It’s good but this is the first perfume to not sit well with my skin chemistry. For some reason the first 30 minutes reminds me of a damp towel fresh out of the laundry; maybe that’s coming from the peach accord. Once that subsides the peach becomes more prominent and mixes well with vanilla and tonka to create a slightly earthy, almost peach shake / vanilla bean scent. The dry down on this is absolutely amazing but my main two gripes about this is the longevity - lasting around 4 hours with good projection for the first hour - and the opening, which I already mentioned.

I have batches from the last 5 years, and this scent it perfection for me, I really love those notes, but projection and longevity were 2 out of 10. It's hard to believe that they created so weak performing scent. How is it even possible to create it so weak?

Amazing scent. Sadly the newest batches lasts no more than 1-2 hours.

It's a pleasant peach, woody vanilla scent with bad performance and also quite pricey, I feel kinda indifferent towards it. I would recommend this to someone that wants an easy-going early 00's fragrance that's not too loud or strong.

This fragrance is so exceptional and the performance so poor that it is absolutely worth carrying a bottle with you to respray throughout the day.

My first fragrance love. I Instantly bought it back then and loved it. However that love has faded. My second bottle didn’t hit me like my first. Maybe the formula changed, or my preferences shifted. It was fun while it lasted. Just a nice sweet and softly oriental scent without old man vibes.

I wish to bask in this masterpiece forever. First, it is Spring. Total, unabashed Spring, Spring, Spring. Jilting bunnies, blooming freesias and roses and green leaves, sunlight beaming across the locale for a vibrant afternoon, tiny little birds chirping upon the rooftops, God smiling from above. I know the people say this is majority Fall. But no- Oh no! Do not be mistaken... this is Spring. Its for when the world hasn't decided if it should be cold or hot and it's so beautifully in between that period of space and time when Spring is just existing in a happy breather amongst the brutality of the seasons. The fresh crushed citrus fuck settles down into this creamy, wooden blanket of a vanilla foamy linen pillow and slaps a giant smile upon my face. It is so delicate yet so dynamic and oh my God, it is smashing.

Really liked this one. It had a WOW opening and good bubble, but I eventually lost interest since it is kind of redundant to AHS. The latter lasts way longer on my skin and has a bubble I love to smell for hours.

I just found a clone of this fragrance that HAS to be an extrait formulation! 4 sprays projects and lasted all day from the time I left home, to around 1300 (7hrs). I have loved this scent for what feels like forever...and to find a version of it that actually LASTS...I'm in heaven!! Layering this with "Hufflepuff"...I don't think I'm going to wear anything else this spring & summer.

I might be in the minority here but this is probably my favorite version of allure homme (I do enjoy allure homme sport as well). Performance I get around 4-6 hours.

Beautiful beautiful beautiful barbershop like Fougere. It’s smooth, creamy, super slightly sweet, the perfect sweetness actually probably the peach and coconut, Barbasol type vibe. This has so much more than the typical citrus you get in Chanel fragrances. This is really the right amount of sweetness that should ever be in a men’s fragrance. Vote: 9/10

Wearing this on a spring day out in the world and it feels quite fitting! Nice fresh and sweet, citrusy oriental. Very transparent, you get a whiff here and there of the full face, but it is slightly elusive. The allure sport is very similar but more citrus and bright focused, while allure homme has more of the deeper, sweet oriental. Very similar overall though. I do love. I’m trying to decide if it’s too elusive or if I like how elusive it is. Somewhere in the middle. That aspect makes it great for a spring day where you don’t want a constant overload of fragrance.

This is something I will never get tired of - something I will esteem it forever. It has everything, and everything is harmoniously blended. The only problem, and it keeps becoming more and more painful, is the projection and longevity. It used to disappoint me before, but this time I was shocked: I bought a bottle 100ml from a official retail chain that I trust 100%, and the projection of about 50 cm lasts no more than 15–20 minutes. That’s honestly just sad. Nevertheless, I buy it a few days ago. I’ll wait a week or two, maybe it will change, and if it does I will definitely update my comment! UPD1 Nothing changed, i really love scent, but longevity not EDT not even cologne in 2025 batch

Fragrance perfection but it lasts maybe 25-30 min ( No joke I clocked it ) Honestly this could be my 2nd or third favorite in the entire Chanel men's line but I wouldn't buy it because the performance is literally the worst of any fragrance I've tried in a while ( tried it three times at an ULTA ). That peach in the opening is gorgeous and the massive notes list gives you that old school fragrance vibe

Man oh man do I like this. It's perfect. A little sweet, a little spicy, a little musky, a little fruity, and so perfectly leathery. It's masculine without being aggressive and soft without being feminine. I honestly can't see anyone disliking this. I would wear this every day. It's fresh and bright but warm and comfortable. I just don't have a bad thing to say about it. Great sillage and performance for an EDT, in my opinion, too. I think I may full bottle this.
