Fresh cut citrus, peel and all, with very soapy neroli. The citrus notes taper off within the first half hour and you're left with neroli and a dash of crush rosemary and pepper to provide some balance. Perfect for the summer heat. Lasts around 4 hours on me, I'll be decanting some along for my day.
Bright Neroli, what a name! Neroli with zingy citrus. Best Neroli you can get for the price alongside Ck One. Seriously I didn't expect this much brightness from a designer like Ferrari, but it really earns the name. It's very better than Eau de Neroli Dore by Hermes for a fifth of the price. Longevity is very good for a citrus fragrance, projection is all right. 8.5/10
Decent for price. Would not reach for this for special occasions or for daily office wear; I don't sense any citrus from this, it's pretty much all neroli. For me, it's either a specialty play for a bright Spring morning mood, or something fun to wear on F1 race day with Ferrari gear just to go all out. Overall, recommended, a vibrant neroli radiated with light.
Truly unisex. It's bright and it's neroli. Very nice.
I love Neroli Portofino but a) it's expensive and b) it doesn't last long. I bought Bright Neroli after seeing a YT video about it and got it for super cheap...what a fantastic option over NP that I would argue lasts longer. Neroli is one of my fav summer/warm weather notes and this one doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend.

Absolutely is what it says - a bright energising and not overly complicated fragrance. Great for summer and an absolute bargain for the price. A real shame it’s discontinued and hard to find now, but I suspect it’s because people wouldn’t buy anything else (more expensive!)
Launched in 2015, Ferrari's Bright Neroli is a citrus aromatic perfume that celebrates freshness with elegance and lightness. Created by perfumer Philippe Paparella-Paris, this fragrance shares a versatile and shareable soul, perfect for those seeking uncomplicated sophistication in their everyday lives. Occasions: Bright Neroli is ideal for hot days, professional environments, daytime meetings and elegant casual situations. It is a perfect perfume for spring and summer, and works very well as an olfactory signature for those who value discretion with class. Performance: The projection is moderate — present in the first hours, but without being invasive — and the longevity is around 6 hours on the skin, which is excellent for a predominantly citrus fragrance. On clothes, it tends to last a little longer. Bright Neroli is a fragrance that delivers freshness with personality, without resorting to exaggeration. A great choice for those who enjoy sophisticated citrus perfumes with a clean floral touch and a discreet woody finish. A true affordable treasure within designer perfumery.
Bought my first bottle of Bright Neroli back in 2017 and it has since then been a guilty pleasure of mine. I'll take it any day over the TF's listed above. As a matter of fact, you have to scroll all the way to Dunhill Icon before finding something in the 'reminds me of' section that I like as much as this. It's not as soapy/floral as Neroli Portofino, so we're headed in a juicer, almost candied direction of neroli and orange blossom. Will never be mistaken for the highest of quality, but it's honestly not even trying to be.
Not as dense or complex as TF Neroli Portofino, but that actually benefits it imo. Very easy to wear, even brighter than TF, solid performance and projection, great clean soapy scent. I'm a sucker for Neroli anything so if you like Neroli Portofino you'll for sure like this.
Ferrary really made great perfumes, they deserved to make much bigger impact on market but they didn't make some special success, shame because they made highly quality perfumes that could compare to highend niche brands... This one is shoulder to shoulter with Neroli Portofino and similar ones, I enjoy wearing it.
BalkanFragraceLover Complains about staying power of Ferrari Bright Neroli and says it is Neroli Portofino on a budget. Well, if he means Tom Ford Neroli Portofino, that one last less than 60 minutes on my skin and half a day on a paper strip. That is still twice as longer than 4711 but 1-2 hours shorter than the Ferrari cheapy I just finished. Banana Republic Neroli woods last ca 4 hours on my skin and has a sweeter, less brighter Neroli, which I prefer. Neroli beast though is Ermenegildo Zegna Mediterranean Neroli. That one lasts at least 8 hours on skin and months (at least 2 on paper). That is the one to buy if you want niche expensive.
Much cheaper option for Neroli lowers than most of the niche-neroli things, stunning quality, effective bottle.
Neroli portofino on the budget. Unfortunately it lacks any staying power, if you rock this you need the bottle on you to refresh every 2h.
Bright neroli lives up to its name, but loses its scent quite quickly.
Even with the strong citrus opening it is the flowers that really stand out. Later on the flowers are all that is left. Not a bad scent but leans more female.
It's nice, that's all.
I have had this for some time maybe 1 year, not sure at first because it is on the flower side….but the pepper and other manly scents tie it down to more masculine, this is very niche and I always get women complementing, basically it is a spicy bouquet of flowers but mostly Neroli.
Its moderate at best as far as performance. The comparison to TF Neroli Portofino begins and ends with the Neroli note. Bright Neroli Ferrari is a good cheap dumb grab freshy. Its darker and a lil dirtier than the Tom Ford. The pepper and the earthiness of the patchouli come into play with this one....and the vetiver is a little dirty. I personally like that dirt underneath. If you need a freshy bottle of something to keep in the car or gym bag without fear of losing BIG MONEY in case of an accident, Bright Neroli Ferrari is a good choice.
I forgot I bought this one last summer amid a relocation, so now that the weather is warming up and opening boxes gave me back a bunch of spring/summer scents I hadn't review last year, it's time to talk a bit about Britght Neroli. The first impression is very similar to 4711 Original Eau de Cologne, with more emphasis on white florals (neroli and orange blossoms) compared to 4711. The opening is slightly sweeter and has accents of orange peel through and through, but it is also drier and very slightly powdery on my skin. It doesn't come across as feminine though, and while perfectly unisex, this is a great male summer light scent when you need to smell elegantly clean for a few hours. There is a sort of stuffy/old grandma house thing going on after 10 minutes that fades quickly into the background (it's the black pepper - and this becomes evident after this fragrance becomes a skin scent) and somehow is fitting the scent profile; but overall this turns clean and light, almost delicate probably due to the very soft sillage and almost non-existing projection. Performance is an afterthought and this has eau de cologne life expectancy in a claimed eau de toilette concentration - 2 hours after spraying, it is gone and remains a very faint skin scent for a few more hours before dissipating in the air. The bottle is honestly gorgeous, recalling the lines of the F12berlinetta of the same period, with a matching heavy metal cap surrounded by a strip of beige leather (batch code 0701Z507, December 2015); too bad the atomiser sucks (I've read about others complaining on leaking atomisers for the entire line). Strong like that could have been a love if performance was better, or if the price point was similar to 4711.
in this review i’ll try to touch all the points regarding this masterpiece and i’ll start with what yall wanna know if you want a neroli portofino, layer this with Verscr man eau fraice 2/1 ratio. Now let’s review it as it is, yes it is a classic men’s fragrance, 4711 ish, smells like expensive soap with neroli and citrus notes, at first the neroli is not too prominent, wait 5min you’ll love the balance the neroli and pepper brings. White floralish citric and clean. Yes its not the most original smell, yes it is a cars brand, YES ITS LIGHT, BUT GOD IS THIS GOOD. I get around 6 hours off my skin with big projection in the first 2 hours after that it just becomes a skin scent Smell:9/10 Performance 7/10 Price 9/10 Wearability: 10/10 Overall: 8,75/10 GET IT
The neroli doesn't manifest the same as with a lot my other neroli fragrances, such as Floris Neroli Voyage. There's a strong floral facet going on in Bright Neroli but I don't know if it has to do with the orange blossom itself, the relative levels of that note and neroli, or how the citrus or aromatic notes combine with the neroli and orange blossom. It's a nice floral accord but it does come across a bit synthetic and can be a bit cloying when smelled up close. It has a bit of a general overall vibe somewhere between Aqua di Parma Colonia and maybe even Byredo Bal d'Afrique. And that is a nice scent profile. But as of now it's my second favorite of the Ferrari Essence line, behind Noble Fig and ahead of Radiant Bergamot and the worst of the line, Pure Lavender. But the slight cloying nature of this floral accord may prompt me to reverse Bright Neroli and Radiant Bergamot. Update: Nope. Had to scrub this because that "cloying" floral smell proved to be full-blown nauseating. Not a well done fragrance. So I just applied Radiant Bergamot. And its starting poorly. Smells synthetic and cheap. Well, Noble Fig is good.
There was a point where this fragrance was sold out and the chase to get one was on. Since I’ve obtained a bottle the question is why? It has no longevity due to the bitter orange, orange blossom and neroli. Sillage doesn’t exist either, which is a shame. It’s a beautiful smell coming out the bottle that dissipates into thin air! As always! Try it for yourself everyone has different DNA!!!
very shocking!! you would never expect such a beautiful scent from a house like Ferrari!! it is very floral, light, likeable.. once you sprey it you get immediately immersed in spring mood, happy and refreshed!! Totally unisex IMO Only if you are not into florals then stay away from it.
I have a lot of appreciation for this scent. Its not my favourite neroli but its absolutely one of my most versatile. In my wearing, the second strongest note after neroli in all seasons is the vetiver. Consequently moving it more in the direction of being masculine, thus the versatility. It has excellent staying power too all year round. If you lean toward neroli oriented scents its a must try.
Update: I got my hands on a full 100mL bottle just today, and It is as good as I remember it. If anyone is interested in purchasing it, I got it from Samawa, which is a trusted discounter in the UAE. I live there so I did not pay for the delivery. They offer international delivery, but it is expensive.
This is a masterpiece and I was shocked that I found it At a very good price. Just like the name suggests, it’s bright and has a lovely neroli scent that’s enhanced by the citrus notes. I think if worn at the right place and time, anyone can pull this off.
Bright Neroli by Ferrari,Sometimes discontinued, sometimes over priced, sometimes 30 boxes but always magnificent fresh neroli- orange blossom combo fragrance, bright Neroli is a masterpiece, I bought it after I watched it on Marco 4 U Perfumes
Light sweet citrus and floral. It’s is somewhat familiar with a likening to white bar hand soap up close. The sillage is sweet and moderate in strength. Decent summer frag but I think more for the ladies.
