Halloween Man

This fragrance is criminally underrated. Lasts a long time and is a perfect fall/winter scent. Safe blind buy too, in my opinion.. if you like sweet/spicy fragrances. And for the price you really can't beat it. 10/10.

Nose Note #1095 Comparing 1 Million and this side by side. The inspiration is crystal clear, but Halloween is more fuzzy, feels sort of less professional, a little more aggressive, despite being a bit weaker. It is still a rather strong scent, a good performer for the price. You basically get the same 1 Million, but with less emphasis on citrus. Plenty of cinnamon. Moderately sweet. If 1 Million smells elegant to me, this is a bit more juvenile. Really does smell less of a quality fragrance in comparison... 5.9/10

So many people on this thread are describing Halloween Man X instead of Halloween Man. If the scent you are referring to has coffee in it, this is NOT the thread for that scent. This is a 1 Million edt inspired fragrance. It is sweet, spicy, and woody. Smells very close to 1 Million. Please pay better attention. smh

Halloween Man is a fragrance I genuinely enjoy wearing. It opens with a nice sweet note mixed with coffee that feels warm and comfortable without being overwhelming. As it dries down, the vanilla and soft woods come through and keep everything smooth. It’s very wearable and works well for casual days or cooler evenings. Performance is decent, and for the price it’s hard to complain. It’s not trying to be overly complex or unique, but it does what it’s supposed to do and does it well. Overall, it’s a solid scent that I like a lot and reach for often. I wouldn’t call it groundbreaking, but I definitely love it in a simple, everyday way.

For being a generic men’s scent, it’s not bad for the price! It has lasted me pretty much all day. It’s not overly strong and definitely fades, but i would wear it again. Great pick up!

This is pleasant ... actually yummy ... pretty much a gourmand. If you love Ferragamo Uomo Signature (I do) then you may find this to be very redundant ... minus the coffee note. What do I get according to my novice nose? ... booze, orange, cinnamon and vanilla. It starts out sweet and stays sweet. It's definitely a budget scent and smells great, so get it if you are a fan of gourmands. IF you love coffee ... then get Halloween Man X. If you aren't a fan of coffee then regular Halloween Man is for you. It lasts 4-6 hours but projection fades after the first hour.

This is 10/10 . It’s mystery in a bottle. Leather and cinnamon combo is quite superb

I understand why people say its similar to 1 Million but for me its even better. It is underestimated fragrance with layers which are distinctive- from fresh to sweet and musky. I can imagine this also as a fragrance for clubbing. I got my 125ml bottle today and will update my review after some time but for now- very good. Edit: its better, fresher version of 1 Million, I like it more, you can wear it daily also, not just for night.

Wow! Very similar to 1 million, insane performance for price. The line is very good actually.

En resumen, es un perfume juvenil, dulce y avainillado, perfecto para citas nocturnas en invierno. Tiene una gran proyección las primeras 4 horas y una duración de hasta 8 horas en piel. It establishes the base formula that the other flankers which I own work off of. It's a good blend of sweet, citrus, herbal, lavender, vanilla, amber and cinnamon aromas. The flankers switch things up by adding fougere notes to Mystery and a dark roasted coffee note to X. The standout notes for the original man are the lavender and cinnamon. This is uplifting as the other fragrances in the line but there are differences. It's noticeably sweeter than its flankers and not as versatile. But you can also see how the flankers tweaked and improved upon this original formula. So much so, in fact, that you can use this as a layering base on which to add other fragrances to come up with your own combo. Performance is average so be prepared to overspray and respray. Price is very good for a designer original and bottle presentation is nice. Recommended and if you get it I'd also advise getting a flanker or two with it for your own comparisons.

It's and good cologne nothing crazy. You smell more the lavender than anything but is a good starter cologne very similar to JPG le male. wear it mostly in fall season.

This is just fantastic! Modern, sophisticated and sexy , compliments inducer . Warm spicy vanilla without suffocating, great for winter/fall date/dinner nights. And the performance is excellent as well , considering it’s an EDT , it lasts for 6-7 hours with fierce projection, cost cheap smells expensive. The only reason i didn’t give it a smiley with heart eyes is because it’s not the most original out there …

Lo conseguí por black Friday en Argentina por 90mil en 12 cuotas sin interés. La versión de 125ml con uno de 50ml de regalo. Por el precio me parece excelente. Tiene mucho parecido al one million pero hay notas algo distintas en la salida. Cómo licoroso, luego siento un toque afrutado. En el secado se parece más a one million. No huele a imitación barata pero tampoco creo que engañe a nadie respecto al original. Aún no se la proyección nia duración. Hace mucho calor en eata para usar este tipo de perfumes de día. Con mesura para mí es totalmente utilizable por las noches si refresca un poco. Noches de 30 grados con 90% de humedad no van con este dulzor plástico.

very nice very pleasant fragrance. for me heavy on the martini and orange as well as amber. definitely great for more casual wear and the performance is quite good definitely above average. the main draw is the price, an absolute steal for under 30$!

My recurring Halloween fragrance every year. No trick, all treat! A trove of abundant sweet notes, with some cinnamon and amber warming things up and rounding things off. The scent evokes familiar child-like feelings of burying your nose in your full plastic trick-or-treat pail on Halloween night, smelling all of the different candies and sweets mixing together. First drawn in by the name and price point value, this was one of my first purchases along my fragrance journey years ago. I still like it just as much now as back then. At $25-ish for a bottle, it’s an incredible value for what you get. A nice, mass appealing fragrance that lasts almost a full day during it’s wearing. Fun & Reccomended. Rating: 7/10

This one is interesting. From the very first spray I got that sweet apple martini with a touch of cinnamon and maybe a slight bit of that orange since it does have a subtle citric thing going on. Just underneath that is a pronounced soapiness coming from that violet and lavender. Like you washed your hands in spring water and one of those boutique hand-made square goats milk soaps that smells like fall with the spiced apple, cinnamon, and orange. The ginger makes it kinda zingy and effervescent. I dont really get musk in the base but the vanilla and leather are subtle and blend in nicely. If you're wondering its more of a soft brown leather than a dry, animalic black leather (if that makes sense). It definitely gets more warm spicy as it dries down but never loses that sweetness or soapy clean quality. Definitely has youthful, playful, energetic, party boy vibes that would appeal to teenagers and guys in their early to mid 20s so I get the "Clubbin" thing. You could wear this to work but nothing too professional. If you have a job where you can wear jeans or Khakis and a collared shirt/polo youre good to go. Otherwise anywhere casual day or night except warm/hot summer days. Smells nice Performs well I dont like using the word cheap (Unless it smells cheap which this definitely doesn't ) so Ill say inexpensive When I run out will I get another bottle? Eh, I dont know, I guess, maybe. If Im in a rack store and seen a 50ml ( I dont need any more than that) for $20-$25, Sure. I can throw it in my cool weather work rotation and wear it anywhere I want to bust out my energetic, playful side. Its a fun fragrance to wear. Actually, probably the most fun fragrance in my collection, so YEAH, screw it, why not!? Plus I can wear it to party. Dare I say...............A HALLOWEEN Party (Deadpool Voice).

I've been really enjoying this frag for autumn so far. I swear there is a bit of cumin in it that isn't listed in the note breakdown. Quite spicy and a bit sweet even, smells very high-quality. I disagree with the "synthetic" claims. It projects all day when I'm wearing it too. Tied with X as my favorite from the line.

If you find it under $20, get it. It is a sweet boozier version of 1 Million. I hated halloween X but Im loving this one.

i absolutely love this frag and bought it blind at CVS. its one of those colognes that has a super super deep DNA where you can get TONS of different smells from it and smell different notes through out the dry down and i would say non offensive safe fragrance that smells exactly like the note pyramid on fragrantica. as a 27 masc man i love this frag and wanna try more from halloween man line off this one!! id say wear this at night or cooler weather would not be good in hot weather but nights would be fine or winter/fall

Literally sickening. I heard this recommended as a "good cheap option" in a few places and had the urge to add something to my collection. Anyone who has EVER recommended this has destroyed their reputation as far as I'm concerned. Headache inducing synthetic chemical bomb. You could use this as a bioweapon or a torture aide. DO NOT BUY THIS! Bug spray, sunscreen, hell even day-old dog turds baking on the sidewalk are more pleasing to the nostrils.

This absolutely has an OG 1 Million vibe to it. However, when I compare it to my bottle of 1 Million edt, I would say this is a softer interpretation of it. I don't find it to be as much of a projector as 1 Mil, and it definitely doesn't pack as much of a punch. It will start out around an arms length for an hour and then settle in closer for the 8 hours you'll get from the fragrance performance. Because of the toned down performance, I don't mind using this as my 1 Million "light" for daytime casual wear even at the work. If I use no more than 4-5 sprays of this, I'm not filling rooms or choking people out at the office. But this will perform well enough to get you through an 8 hour day. What's kind of convenient, is there were a couple of times I got home from work and had to go out for the evening. I was short on time & wasn't able to jump in the shower. However, after a quick refresh and shirt change I was able to spray/layer my 1 Million edt right over whatever was still left on my skin from the Halloween Man. I like Halloween Man X better, but this is still a solid nice to have in your daytime rotation for the colder months. It's a good, but not great type of fragrance that's not too risky to pick up at the rack store like I did ($20 for a 50ml bottle).

This is just a funny blend of "1 million" and the og "le male" i kinda like it. but there is a funny rubbery/curry like note in it (only in the opening tho). Drydown is like a winter version of invictus so quite pleasant.

Yea this is really bad. Smells like a cheap, synthetic, medicinal lavender. Like a bath and body works body lotion that an 8 year old would buy. I do not see any value in this at all.

This has been my signature fall/winter fragrance for a couple months. I use about 7-8 sprays( I know it sounds like a lot) but with the longevity and silage it’s perfect. It’s a compliment machine!
