Boss Bottled Beyond

One of the better releases of the past 5 years , and one of the best releases of Boss in recent years IMO. When I see leather as a note, this is the type of smooth leather note I expect, not the trashy nuclear harsh stuff some more expensive brands put out, Tom Ford, Nishane etc. In combination with equally smooth ginger, not the zesty fresh lemony type but really the dried, smoothened out ginger. Works perfect IMO. Not to be fooled by the marketing notes, this one has the hallmarks of a typical men's fragrance: violets (ionones), lavender, coumarin, bergamot, patchouli and more. Surely, the end result can be described as a cleaner Ganymede with a ginger twist. In the designer realm, it keeps is promise to give a niche profile (if it means anything nowadays) at an affordable price point.

The Boss is here! While I cannot defend the lack of notes, I admire the sophistication it brings. Sometimes simple is better; It isn't too over powering, works really well in an office and or meeting situation and, for someone who works out, this is the perfect fragrance for that! I double a lot of people will own this one as it isn't too remarkable, so try it out! - Professional - Sophisticated - Fresh - Clean - Safe ~ 7/10

ginger ginger and ginger, I love it but still smell a bit feminine.

This fragrance gets way too much hate. It is simple, but I think a better word would be reliable. Understated, yet comforting. It’s okay if a fragrance doesn’t break the mold. A clean, somewhat dark and pleasant leather with a balmy fresh ginger and naturalistic woods. Easy. Refined in an Everyman kind of way. Good projection and longevity, not subpar by any means. Its unremarkability is what draws me to it, honestly. Sometimes you want something easy; a fragrance you don’t have to think about. This fragrance carries that weight for you.

It's great! The ginger is great, the woody note is great, can't find leather anywhere though. Definitely signature scent worthy. Simple yet unique. Crowd pleaser masculine scent profile.

I think people are going nose blind to this when they say it is not loud. I had applied this an hour and half before my friend walk into my house and immediately smelled it sat the front door while i was sitting 20 feet away in the dining room. Also someone asked what I was wearing outside and they were sitting a whole table away from me like 6-7 feet away. I think noseblindness is a real thing, especially with fragrance companies knowing about performance complaints from customers. Newer releases have been having better performance than in the past. I would say project 5+ft the first hour, and maybe 2-3 ft for the next 2 and then a foot away at about hour 4. It lingers in the air as well.

I like it. To me, this fragrance is classic and elegant. Proper to a casual or formal meeting. It is not loud, but it has something unique that say I’m here.

I think it is lost somewhere between. Very simple profile which the more I try to like it, the less I am successful. There are many many better options out there to try, I don't think you should spend your time and money on this.

A burst of fresh and masculine (but not overly so) fragrance that is spiced and clean at the same time, makes sense? Well i cant make sense of it either, but its harmonious. I do feel the longevity is a bit short. That, or I’ve gone noseblind.

Inoffensive and fresh, something that a man would wear who's not too fussed about fragrances but still wants to smell good. It's sold virtually everywhere, so stocking up is very easy. Masculine and clean. It's not complex and doesn't project very loudly, but I can say this would be a very safe blind buy and works all year around. It's great at what it does - makes you smell good.

This deserves more praise honestly. A really well blended fresh-masculine fragrance. Performs like a classic designer with a bit of depth and class. Opening smells like Le Sel D’Issey. Pleasant and inoffensive.

Nothing special to see here. Boring smells like old Axe deodorant......

Has a little bit of a clove smell. Citrus undertone, with warm spicy clove, ginger, vanilla, woody suede. Easy 8/10, good performance and sillage. Best for fall and spring. Good for winter, summer if its 75 or lower. My first Boss cologne and it's very good!

Very fresh, mature and easy to wear for everyday. Lasts good and sillage is nice. Can recommend it

Ginger Bubblegum Leather (but not the massive dark leather of Tom Ford). This leather is more like Burberry Hero Parfum Intense. or Hero Elixir. Nice.

Fresh tarafı öne çıkarken deri ve odunsu notalarla daha oturaklı bir hava katıyor. Daha önce kokladığım bi parfüm değil. Niş kalitesinde designer bi koku diyebilirim. Hugo Boss bu parfümle klasik çizgisinden çıkıp niş kalitesinde bir koku çıkarmış. 10/10

Where is the leather? This is anything but. The notes are a marketing joke. Sorry Boss, you have amazing releases but this is not one of them. This is a jumbled up mix of synthetics, it doesn't smell bad, but come on, the synthetics you included DO NOT have a leather accord. If you like F-Black by Ferragamo, you will like this one. Something about those two give me a similar vibe. This has NOTHING to do with Bois Imperial whatsoever.

A ginger-dominant fragrance with a lot in common with Tom Ford for Men. The overall impression is "generic hot guy".

Modern masculine, highly versatile year-round scent. I feel like this was not perceived as successful after the phenomenal releases of Bottled Elixir and Bottled Absolu by Boss, so I think most of the reviews are a bit biased in that sense. If I were to describe the sensation of this scent, it is a highly fizzy, energetic, effervescent ginger. This is Boss jumping onto the ginger-wave of 2020s fragrances. There is a little designer-level synthetic undertone to the scent, but the ginger in this is really photorealistic. High quality ginger accompanies this scent for a long time, of course being toned down as the scent dries down. The leather accompanies the scent from the start, but definitely not the type of animalic one that the community perceives. It is like a soapy, clean leather that comes off as polished, but still providing some warmth. Further into this dry down this “leather” still remains with what I am guessing is Iso E Super, providing the clean, musky-like feel. This is a very unique composition by Boss, performance is above average definitely. Projection is noticeable within the first few hours, but after some time it turns into a skin-scent. Longevity though is surprisingly high. If you spray your clothes and put them in your drawer, chances are they will smell like this even after a couple of days. Like I initially said, this scent goes anywhere. Even for formal occasions or dates, you can rock this. The mass appeal is high and it is unique enough to stand out and get a compliment. Retail price is high, but Boss fragrances usually go on discounts frequently so you can buy this if there is a nice deal on it. Would recommend as a dumb-reach scent.

A way better version of Burberry Hero edt. It's a simple fresh leather fragrance and that's it but it's done perfectly. The leather here doesn't come off as raspberry like in Tom Ford Ombre Leather. This smells like true leather. This is what a man wears. This is like the anti YSL Y DNA.. You smell great but aren't starving for attention. Fans of Drakkar Noir, Savauge Elixir, Azzaro Pour Homme Intense, Prada Black will love this.

Woody like a log cabin in the woods. Dry and woody. It manages to blend the initial freshness with a beautiful masculine and woody depth. The animalic side projects me into hunting a deer, and then sitting by a roaring fire in the woods to eat outside the cabin, warming myself with a leather jacket over my shoulders. Incredibly suitable for both cool and warm climates. It opens fresh and fruity, becomes animalic and spicy in the heart, and finishes softer and woody with a sweet touch Personally, I like Boss.

I recently sprayed about 50 different fragrances on paper strips and then put them into a big hat and randomly picked them out while blindfolded until I had the winner at the end going through all of them. This fragrance came out as the best fragrance of them all while blindfolded, which just goes to show how good this is. It even beat some of my favourite fragrances like mojave ghost, cedrus, symphony, myslf edp, percival, sedley, etc...

early 20 minutes superb masculine scents but after that i feel thats scent become more like Versace Eros EDP. Im feel like that. I dont know why🥲 first im very like this perfume after 20 minutes im feel like boring because its has been like DNA Versace Eros EDP.

This fragrance opens with a fresh blast of ginger. As it dries down, it becomes a spicy-sweet fragrance that probably wears well in spring and fall.

Don't see ganymede similarities I hate ganymede with a passion, almost makes me puke... But Boss bottled beyond is one of the most beautiful clean man scents out there, masculine metallic lavender that's got a sterile clean metal smell to it. It's like the scent iron man would wear or someone that's got money to buy expensive silver jewellery

This is simpler than Bosses previous releases, but ive grown to love it, it has a very masculine edge to it and the leather and ginger make a very compelling dna together

got a tester bottle for 20 usd is good everyday fragrance dumb reach fresh citrus little leathery woody scent mod performance

This is such a basic bro scent but I’m here for it. F*ckin love it. Strong, masculine, projects, lasts, gets compliments. What’s not to like.
