Rehab

It's called "rehab". For some reason I thought it smell a bit like musk therapy, but it's sweet like a stronger with you flanker or Spice bomb extreme. It's crazy how names and branding differ but the juice is relatively close. This is good, well balanced, crowd pleaser, but there are designers out there for 1/3 of the price that can do the same thing which makes this superfluous. I actually have spicebomb extreme, and s.w.y intensely. Will se after a full wearing if Rehabs price can be justified..

Probably one of my favorite spicy-type fragrances. I have tried and tested many; they just smell like a spice cabinet and are headache-inducing, but this is smooth, elegant, and seductive. Unfortunately, on my skin it doesn't last as long as others, and I can get a solid 4-6 hours depending on activity.

Expect alot more musk

Bright Lavender mode, so rare, more spicy than woody, sets a really nice dryness along the way, mature but keeps it jovial bright and after a nice lane switch.

On paper, Rehab is masculine, and then fades into nothing pretty quickly. On my best friend, it's almost gourmand-adjacent. On me, it doesn't smell gourmand at all. It actually smells a little bit like when I would wake up early before school while my dad got ready for work― Listerine, cologne, straightening his tie and grabbing his brief case before heading out as the sun rose. Nostalgic and masculine, not for me.

A complement magnet 🧲 ,i usaly don't get lots of complement but this has given me most complements so far ,its addictive and very easy to wear, also unique and unisex 5/5 star.

Its good but not really my style. Kinda gives me a headache but wouldn't say it's a bad fragrance

Haters be hatin' - this is my most complimented scent. I don't think there has been a time I wore it without getting complimented on by both men & women. Soft woods, tobacco- but I get a slightly sweet rolling baccy type; not like pipe. Clean, comforting. It's harder for me to describe specific notes and much easier to describe how it makes me feel - clean, calm, relaxed. Basically a warm hug for me. I like to layer with the Musk Therapy body lotion. Perfect for office and airplane. Maybe we should hand it out to TSA staff?

Who designed this? beautiful as hell. first time I've ever spent so much money on perfume.

This is the fragrance that made me give up on reviews and showed me how subjective fragrance is. People are too simple minded and just automatically go to the easiest way to describe or group something a lot of the time. There is absolutely no tobacco, smokiness or anything resembling that at all in this. What this fragrance conveys is really the image of white clean creaminess. Think something white… almost like an horchata drink or slightly sweet rice water. There is a freshness from the lavender, and just clean milkiness from the musk and woods especially the sandalwood. There is some faint spiciness almost like the least spicy cinnamon ever that instead just adds more cleanness and comfort. That is where the connection to spice bomb is in my opinion. On the surface there is a similarity but spice bomb is a spice bomb. But this goes in a different direction for me. This is a clean creamy pure comforting scent. It truly does give me an horchata vibe. It is good. Definitely could be a signature scent if you do not want something obnoxious and over powering. The name is appropriate as everything about this scent is soothing and calming. You will be smelled in terms of performance but it does not scream. Behaves like an extrait. Lasts a long time though. I can smell it on myself the next day and it projects a little comforting bubble around you in an inoffensive way. It’s hard to really pin point what this smells like. The notes blend together to form a cohesive unit and vibe as described. But unlike many fragrances out there there is something that does not make this smell synthetic or unnatural like many frags out there. One of the best from initio in my opinion. Rating: 9.4/10

This is the second scent I tried of this house and I think I'm done lol. It smells like an old school chalk type of candy I've had when I was a kid that I did not like.

Masterpiece and my signature scent. This features the perfect amount and blending of spice, musk, lavender, citrus and sandalwood. It’s spicy without being offensive; creaming without being lipstick; its lavender without being barbershop - just perfect. It can be worn all year, but shines in spring and fall. I think Initio in general is a little slept-on. I have so many fragrances in rotation that I do not wear this enough, but I get a smile every time I do. Rating 10/10.

A bit expensive sure but it’s a perfect everyday all year fragrance. My signature and my favorite by far I will be buying another bottle. I have night vision from vr and it’s not really similar at all. Rehab is well balanced and versatile. A complement getter

Love it! First Initio i purchased. This is 40Knots from Xerjoff without being too obnoxious or in your face. 1 to 2 foot Scent bubble lasts for 6-8 hours, but again, its not something people will smell on you two tables away during dinnee, like 40 Knots!

Initial thoughts on skin: ~~~ Marshmallow wood. If I was injured and temporarily bedridden I would be comforted smelling this briefly on the wrists of my cute nurse as she came in to change an IV or something. Great clean scent for a chubby girl. Also smells nothing like tiger balm. ~~~ Spiciness coming out in the base as it dries down. I can kind of see what the commenter meant when referencing tiger balm but I would not have thought so independently. It shares that characteristic in a way that when you smell it close up on your skin it feels almost like your skin is literally warmer because of the fragrance. It is nearly medicinal in that way. I'm actually starting to like this and might try wearing it a few more times. It's reminding me of the experience of Fugazzi Angel Dust. I'm not claiming that it smells similar, but experientially it is similar.

spicebomb if it was less spicy and more well blended there’s a fruitiness to it that isn’t specifically noticeable but it is present similar to paragon & musk therapy (rehab’s siblings)

When I sprayed a lot of the Initio in white bottles on blotters, this was the one that stood out the most. I remembered it was spicy and woody vs Musk Therapy which smelled redundant and bland for me. Now that I have the full bottle... on my skin, kinda reminds me of Naxos ?? Did I just buy a perfume of a redundant DNA? ... Agree with a couple of the reviews below. This is cozy and feels like a warm hug, also smells like tiger balm. So I think if I wore Naxos to a Thai massage, this is the smell... probably??

Each note of Rehab is measured and articulate. A versatile high quality scent that is considered and quietly persuasive. Lavender and Bergamot lay the ground work for a clear opening, while the woody mix is grounding and concise. The musky softness closes the scent in a contemplative yet convincing way, and the result is a winning performance. This is is liquid philosophy that says what it intends in a clever way. Rehab is composed and reflective, to compare it to Spice Bomb is like comparing a poem to an instruction manual, because they both have words.

One of the best of this house.. it's signature worthy .. Smells warm .. snugly .. can't stop smelling myself when I wear this. Try it!

my amazing girlfriend bought me this. AT RETAIL?! but this is spicebomb edts older brother its much smoother imo it can go year-round and shines in legit each type of weather

This was my second niche fragrance after I finished my PDM Percival bottle. Creamy, woody, slightly powdery, vanilla, clean lavender. 100% unisex. I can understand get the spice bomb comparison, but to my nose this smells completely different. Higher quality ingredients make it smell more natural. I used to overspray this like crazy. Did me good, though. Fantastic memories, especially from when I first smelled it. Love at first sniff! Moderate projection with good longevity. It wraps around you nicely. Some heat really makes it shine, but don't think of it as a summer fragrance. I never smelled this on another person, but if I did, I would probably want to hug them. This is how it made me feel.

I can see the comparisons to spicebomb when looking at the basic opening but this outperforms by a mile, smells much less synthetic and develops much nicer. I'd say about half of the dna in rehab makes up the whole dna of spicebomb. Its the other 50% in rehab which make it the fragrance it is and worth buying. Clean, creamy, woody and a bit vanillic. This has a fantastic dry down.

This is just an unpleasant smell to me.. there’s nothing comforting about it. I really don’t get the appeal of Initio DNA.

if you think this smells like spicebomb im gonna advise that you find another hobby.

I love this stuff personally. People knock it for "smelling like spicebomb" but I dont think they're very close at all. I get very little spiciness out of rehab, and spicebomb is very spicy to my nose. If I had to describe it shortly, Rehab smells like the powder in a pack of smarties mixed with root beer float foam. It is mainly a creamy sandalwood and lavender smell but I get a slight tobacco accord giving it that root beer smell. I personally love the scent of Rehab! I also think its signature scent worthy. Its sweet enough to be worn in the winter but its not too heavy that it cant be worn in the summer. Just not 90 degree + days. Performance is okay, I get about 6 hours on skin and a day on clothes. Projection/sillage is nothing crazy, its a more refined close to the skin scent but it still pushes the first 2 hours. Overall this is amazing if you like creamy sandalwood or lavender. It comes with a hefty price tag but if you get good use out of it like I will, its worth every penny. (Update, this may be one of the best things I've smelled in a long time. It fits me perfectly and almost no fragrance does. Its not a big projector but I love it for that and my girlfriend loves it on me too) 10/10
