The drydown of this perfume is so different from the opening. After it’s been on my skin for hours, it almost smells like a completely different perfume. I get a very subtle hint of jasmine, a little intimate musk, and lots of yellow florals. Maybe mimosa, maybe osmanthus, or maybe a mix of both. I really can’t tell. But it’s definitely become addictive.
Really pretty smell. It reminds me of a spring garden party after the rain...fresh, dewy, and floral. I was intrigued by the dewy notes, and the bottle and packaging are absolutely beautiful. For me, though, the florals are a bit too powerful. It's definitely a pretty, feminine scent, but perhaps a little too floral-forward for my personal taste. It does last, so green checkmark for that.
A pretty, floral fragrance. I can enjoy the orchid and jasmine as mentioned in the product notes. I like this because it’s fresh and not too sweet, so it’s nice for work or professional meetings. Don’t over spray—two or three sprays is enough. There is something very slight in the base that I don’t love — maybe it’s the amber or woody notes. Not sure. I’m new to this. I think I prefer sandalwood and musk to whatever they call “woody” accord. Regardless, I do really like this perfume and have been reaching for Atheeri wherever I have an appointment or work meeting.
This is a really really good, basically 1:1 dupe of Gucci Gorgeous Orchid. If you're looking for a cheap alternative, look no further. Performance is really good. Aside from that - to me this is a quite generic, ultra feminine, sweet, spring, yellow floral, honeydew type scent. It's very safe as a blind buy / gift for a lady (20s - early 40s). Very smooth. Not interesting to me and so not really my thing. But if you know you like GGO and want a good clone, definitely go ahead.
I love this fragrance. I've got the OG, the OG Intense, and Atheeri on at the moment, and I'm into the deep dry down, and I do, hands down, prefer Atheeri. But I go heartbreakingly nose blind to it after the initial few minutes. Trying to sort this out by spraying behind me, not on my wrists, etc. Anyone with any suggestions, please let me know. I do NOT go nose blind to the OG or the OG Intense.
Love the scent of this perfume. It's sweet, and elegant. Great value for money.
Love the scent but the longevity on this is just terrible in my opinion. Not sure if I just got a bad batch but I’ll spray it on my wrist for example and 10 minutes later I’ll smell my wrist and all I’ll get is just the faintest note of vanilla. I’m already halfway through the bottle because I find that I have to use it so frequently because the scent fades so quickly
Base is too synthetic so it ends up smelling cheap later... it sours out into that cheap synthetic amberwood but that could smell good on certain skin types maybe. Definitely not a good smell in the summer heat, smells great at first and later it just smells cheap. Too bad because the top notes and the first hour it smells really cute but the smell that lingers on clothes is just too cheap for my liking.
A feeling like being in a meadow of flowers.
It feels like something out of a fairy tale... like a spring garden bursting with purple and pink blossoms. But that garden also carries a cool, fresh air, as if it sits beneath a waterfall. Truly magical...
Love this, smells great and lasts long! I almost put off Lattaffa as a whole after Victoria but, this brought me back.
So I know most people call this light and airy, but that’s not how my brain registers it. To me this is actually quite heavy. In the beginning, it does kind of have a fresh zinginess to it when you smell it directly on the skin, but in the dry down journey, the sillage continues to get heavier and heavier. It is nice. I can see why it’s so loved. I think men would really like it. I don’t think I’ll be reaching for a ton as I do find it quite heavy, but it’s definitely worth a try.
I have not sampled GGO so I cannot make the comparison. This is absolutely gorgeous. All the hype and rave reviews are real. There was just so much positive feedback for this that I took the plunge on blind buying it and I am so glad I did. I knew that I would and do like the middle and base notes but I have never encountered a fragrance with passion flower and/or dew drop. I figured it must be the floral equivalent to passion fruit. What ever it is, it's fabulous, I can't stop reaching for it. It definitely signature scent worthy for me. For it having amberwood in it, the top notes which are described as watery and airy, they do help it to be good/ or ok warmer weather scent but can be described as heavier because of that particular note This is such a light fragrance that I cannot see how this could be headache inducing but I also know all people are different when it comes to perfumes and how people react to them. People should really say "in my in my opinion" when talking about a fragrance, just because one or a few people think a certain way about a fragrance simply doesn't make it true in reality. I think we miss out on a lot of good fragrances just because someone said they didn't like it and take it too seriously. Case in point for this perfume. It's not too heavy, synthetic smelling or too sweet but again could be because of the amberwood. It is not masculine leaning but anyone can wear this if they want to. There is no lychee or the scent of lychee in it and it smells nothing like unbearable mayar natural intense. If the heat gets really hot I would hold off on this and recommend something with citrus and/or tropical notes, either way this is so good.
Atheeri is a VERY light airy ethereal vanilla. That being said, I normally like heavier more projection from my fragrances, but I do really like this one. I can tell I’m going to reach for this a lot! Love
Surprisingly nice, wasn’t expecting to like this one but is very grapefruit and citrus. It is very masculine leaning. I haven’t reached for this one enough to want to keep it for myself. I have this to my teenage son and it smells better on him and his musky chemistry. Women can definitely wear this for sure but it reminds me of cool water by David off (men’s) or farrenheight (men’s) very grapefruit and cucumber scent. Angham is similar actually to this one (which I also think is very masculine leaning and gifted to my son as well.
Lataffa’s investment in influencers to promote their perfumes is understandable, considering the hype surrounding this fragrance. Initially, I found this perfume pleasant, but it has become unbearable over time. The top scent opens with a very very sweet and fruity combination of vanilla and passion fruit. However, after some time, I can detect a synthetic residual scent that remains too much of sweet and fruity. Unfortunately, this fragrance has become nauseating and headache-inducing for me.
I waited forever-and-a-day to purchase and wear Atheeri. I simply do not understand the hype. Wish I could experience what so many others experience with this fragrance. On my skin, Atheeri wears as an extremely light, aquatic, barely detectable, gentle floral fragrance against an amber backdrop. I struggle to detect much fragrance despite over spraying. For me Atheeri is linear and mundane. Perhaps this one needs to sit. For now sadly, Atheeri does not resonate with me.
smells like dewy honey and fruit nectar. Nice but too sweet for me. Beautiful bottle. 2/5
Nothing dewy or flowery. Very amber forward. Totally not light or summery. Opening is okay, but had to scrub it off in the drydown. Going to sell it despite the beautiful bottle. Sample first!!!
Beautiful bottle, but smells nothing like honey. It IS very sweet, though. A fruity floral heavy on the floral. Pretty basic in my opinion, but it still smells nice.
This is my first and currently only lataffa fragrance in my collection. I blind bought it around early spring. I usually wear this as an every day perfume, especially if I know im gonna be out and about for many hours. The one thing i like about it is that on my skin the longevity is ETERNAL, i smell it on me and my clothes for up to 12 hours, and the sillage is great, even after 7-8 hours. Personally, i find the initial spray a little bit strong, and it can cause a migraine like effect for the first minutes or so. The beggining isnt light, on the contary i think its a little too perfumery, a little syrupy and chemical, but around 1-2 minutes it gets past that. My bf has said that it smells like honey and floral vanilla to him, to which i attribute this syrupy element to, even tho it does not have a honey note. Also, along the florals, it smells a little more woody and spicy on me. The dry down is really nice, as i can smell alot of the vanilla and amber, and something alongside sweet notes (not in a gourmand way) and woods. I find that vanilla based perfumes usually perfom the longest on my skin, so thats why i go with that for every day use. Even tho im a huge fan of clean and unisex floral-green skin scents, this is one of the very few perfumes i wear that projects in a more heavy and sweet way. Plus, for this reason I wear it at nightime as well. Also, i have noticed that other people like it on me too. Its not the most unique scent u can find, it definitely has been done before. I would not reccomend it for a blind buy, as even for me sometimes it can come of as a little bit heavier or synthetic than i would prefer, but i guess my skin chemistry just works with it in the long run. I would rate it around 8/10, cause despite some issues i have with it, the overall perfomance is amazing, adjustable to very hot weather and every hour of the day, plus it generally fits the scent profiles im usually drawn to. Plus, the price is very affortable
Oh what a beautiful heavenly scent. Gorgeous, sweet and airy vanilla. Totally obsessed with it. Longevity on clothes is great, but on skin it's a few hours. I'm always looking forwards to smelling Atheeri on my clothes when going to change after my shift at work. Reminds me of Guerlain's aqua allegoria forte bosca vanilla but sweeter. I love this fragrance.
This is a very close dupe for gorgeous orchid. Lasts a bit longer on me and is maybe a bit sweeter. Really lovely smell and good quality.
The bottle feels good quality but it looks tacky and is kind of awkward to hold and open. Strange, a bit sour and synthetic smelling under very strong florals, headache-inducing in someone prone, and slightly sickening. I shouldn’t have to wait half a year for it to be wearable. Even one spray was too much for me and I gave it away. I’m not too much of a fan of Gucci gorgeous orchid either but it definitely smells better than this.
I had a hard time figuring out what this resembles. It is VERY similar to vanilla Bosca by Guerlain. Even if there is no declared lavender, I feel that, plus the sweetness from vanilla and the florals. Likeable.
This is a journey, a sweet confusing journey. Open like a fresher gucci bloom orchid smell, end up just like generic lattafa vanilla close to Angham. I think if you like angham, you will like this perfume regardless you like gucci orchid or not. Moderate longevity, around 5 hours in hot humid jakarta, I assume it last longer in dry climate or in cooler climate. Projection also moderate
I have had this perfume roughly a year. It is so strong now. just absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. I sprayed it out. I felt it was kind of weak. And from time to time would go in and spray a little. it became much stronger. the oil content is insane. Just a beautiful perfume with a gorgeous scent.❤️
For humid places, this is not safe for summer use; the vanilla is really prominent and overshadowed the fresh and dewy notes after spray. Other than that it is a nice fragrance overall .
I bought this in April when it was still Spring cool. I did spray when I first opened it and it smelled sweet and floral. The first time I wore it I did pick up what I would say was honey even though honey is not a note in the fragrance. But there is a creamy sweetness I can only associate with the smell and taste of honey. The second time I wore it I oversprayed because that's what I do. Atheeri doesn't need more than 5-6 sprays to last 6+ hours on skin. Both times I wore Atheeri I layered with Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid. They layer well together with Gorgeous Orchid softening Atheeri a bit and Atheeri extending the longevity and projection of Gorgeous Orchid. Both work well together or alone. Definitely in the rotation.
After I let this macerate, I wore this and then packed the jumper I had sprayed this perfume on. I could smell the perfume on my jumper days later when I pulled it out the suitcase ! Now that’s longevity!! Great crowd pleaser - lots of compliments:)
