One of the sexiest fragrances ever!

as far as citrusy fragrances go, this one is my favorite -although I still have to try tygar- it's not as sweet as aventus absolu and has a deep and dark wood, leather and vanilla scent coming below that citrus. I just love how it smells on my skin. and after it dries up and the citrus smell goes away -usually after 4 hours or so- the vanilla and wood with leather just come on out so softly yet so potent definitely blind buy safe and will be my signature fragrance in the summer.

Overrated for Sure. Smells like pineapple aftershave.

Fresh batch? Yeah, I like it. Performance is… okay. But give it a year or two after that first spray—blam! It’s fire. 🔥 That’s not an opinion. That’s a fact, Jack. Then again, I reapply at home anyway, so performance has never been a deal breaker for me. Where Cedrat Boise really shines is in layering—especially with Mancera Red Tobacco. That combination is something special. It’s kind of like Aventus in that sense. It’s like adding salt to a good meal. It doesn’t take over… it just makes everything better.

Sweet dark fruit, patchouli and oakmoss. Somewhat woody, but the fruit and patchouli dominate the opening, and the patchouli and oakmoss remained smellable on my skin the next day, giving this a bit of a shower gel/Axe body spray vibe in the second half of the wear.

Анонім

Smells like expensive lemon. Great fragrance for almost any occasion. Except in the gym.

Анонім

On my skin it just smells like hand soap. I personally am not a fan of soapy scents, but it may smell completely different on others.

Анонім

This is a niche fragrance because it smells like a lemon wearing a leather jacket while smoking a cigarette

Анонім

I used this for a week. When you first spray it, it smells good, citrus and fruit for the first few minutes. After 30/40 minutes it settles into a more intimate, close-to-skin scent. After about two hours, though, I couldn't smell it on my skin anymore. My advice: try it on your skin and wear it for a full day before buying a bottle, because it changes a lot after those first 30/40 minutes

Not for me, maybe I have a bad batch, but there’s no longevity and no projection Smells like nishane x and cheap leather.

Sweet smoke and woods. Not close to Aventus. Where Aventus is sharp and boldly masculine this is sweet and woody. This is much more fun to wear. Getting whiffs in the air gets addicting. Not getting the cigarette smoke references even when smelling up close. Every nose is different im just glad mine agrees with this one. Worth getting a sample. Update: Man I hate when this happens but if youve ever had the Zyn Citrus pouches that taste like fruity pebbles cereal its extremely close to that. Unfortunately for me those make me nauseous and now a really good scent makes me feel sick. Unfortunate. My initial review still stands objectively speaking.

I can see why this is Mancera's most popular. Totally versatile scent, dumb reach anytime. Dress up or down. A friend gave me his traveler's ,saying he liked the smell just not on him. I worn it a few times since and I'm pleased with it. Don't know if I should get the OG or the intense version. 9/10

It opens with a strong black currant note and a sweet fruity accord. As it dries down, leather notes start to come through. It's a good choice for casual occasions or even as a signature scent depending on the places you usually go. I found it a bit too sweet and fruity for an air-conditioned indoor environment. It has good projection and longevity.

Review #5 Mancera's Cederat Boise brings a woody, fresh, citrusy blend of Cedar wood and lemon vibes. I think the top citrus reminds me a bit of Creed Aventus with a cedar twist. It's mass appealing and one of my favorites from Mancera. You could wear this day or night, any season, with a spring time evening being the standout for me. I think it's a good scent, honestly, but WOW factor? Not really. It's mostly just spicy cedar and a fresh lemon note that my nose catches, I can see the cleaning product metaphor that some people talk about, but it doesn't bother me. I think the cedar can be overpowering at times, but overall it's a decent pickup for the price. I'd take Mancera's wind wood over this any day though, it's a woody green silent killer. ifykyk... Scent: 7.4/10 Longevity: 7.2/10 Sillage: 7.5/10

When I first got it I liked it a lot, now I love it. The Longer it sets you get the creaminess more in the opening, the elements start to come alive. My wife says it’s Smokey in the beginning more than she likes but the dry down is very nice. I like it personally from opening to Drydown. Anytime, any season and super versatile

Based on what I've sampled from Mancera, it tends to smell like the grown-up version of Axe body spray everyone wore in middle school. It tends to be very masculine, and smell like generic cologne. It feels like the perfect signature scent for a frat boy or finance bro. It was so overwhelming I tried to wash it off with soap, but that didn't work.

One of the best versatile fresh aromatic fragrances on the planet. For me, it stands on its own and is not comparable to Aventus or any dupes. CB has bright lemon, black currant and spices with a rich, smoky-woody and creamy dry down highlighting leather, vanilla, and sandalwood; pure masculine sophistication and wearing pleasure. Compliment magnet. Perfectly suited for year-round wear with a beast performance. Suitable as signature.Great value as well.

Cedrat Boise from the house of Mancera is a versatile fragrance that can be worn for any and all occasions. Creamy citrus and woods with a vanillic dry down. Easy to wear and is a favorite among many. Pierre Montale is a legendary perfumer.

unfortunately it doesn't stay for a long time on my skin and the projection i experienced is not that bright as the others have on this one. But it's a great fragrance, i understand the hype around it for more than a decade now. And I wouldn't call it an Aventus-ish perfume. I mean i can smell similarities but there are not that much of them to call it an Aventus-type scent. To me it is more interesting and overall deep composition than the Aventus. As well, the price gap between this one and Aventus is huge what makes it even more interesting for me personally. I'd give it an 8 out of 10 rate based only on my thoughts and feelings abt it.

Oh boy this one’s really good. I always liked the Aventus DNA but it’s too “abstract” especially now when the reformulations of it are more annoying than ever and only the older bottles really have some balls. One thing to make note of, CB is 100% reminiscent of Aventus in fact I didn’t try CB for a long while simply because despite being nice, the Aventus DNA was too common and too frequently imitated by dupe companies so I didn’t even want to be associated with that fragrance DNA I mean it was just too “mass market at some point”. Coming to the present day, I had ordered some other fragrance and my friend had ordered this, I thought huh alright good for him if he wants to smell mass appealing. But boy was I wrong, cuz this is an entirely different league. I won’t even continue ranting about the citrusy clean opening with a deeper leathery drydown cuz enough comments have mentioned it and they’re correct about it. This perfume is what Aventus could never be. CB is the Aventus for Villains. Or to put it the other way around, Aventus is the CB for kids. I’m not even exaggerating, this fragrance picks Aventus and ch0kes it by the neck just like Thanos picked up Loki in the beginning of Avengers Infinity War and Loki(Aventus) tells him “you’ll never be a God” and Thanos(CB) finishes him off anyway cuz he knows he’s superior. Farts last longer than Aventus but on the other hand Cedrat Boise lasts an eternity and especially the dry down is so smoky leathery masculine that it becomes a denser and deeper fragrance overall, basically heavy enough to be used in every season every occasion imaginable. Also I personally want to make a comparison with Creed Absolu Aventus as well, it’s better than the OG Aventus but still nowhere near CB. Cedrat Boise is my new king of fresh fragrances. If I could ever have only one perfume for life this would be it. Massive compliment machine both from fragrance connoisseurs and normal people cuz this has literally everything every aspect every note and the blending, all of it tuned to perfection. Aventus showed the way, Cedrat Boise mastered it. Blind buy safe literally nothing will go wrong it’s too gorgeous. Leans prominently masculine, even more than the Aventus especially now due to the dense leather.

Suitable for most occassions. Compliment getter. Sandalwood does its job very well.

I mix 1/3 Cedrat Boise, 1/3 Aventus, and 1/3 Eros Energy Oh, what a barbarian I am.

I have been consitently wearing this fragrance for 3 years now. I bought it as a blind buy and wear it every day to school, to casual and fancy restaurants, or just group outings. I have never recieved more just geniune compliments so consitently from a fragrance. It's a smell that's very mass apealing and one that I also enjoy wearing myself. Not the best to wear in hot weather but good for summer nights or if your indoors, other than that wears well all year round. Im 18 now and went through highschool wearing this cologne and recieved compliments from both classmates and some teachers. Nice to have in your collection, easy to fall back on, and not too expensive.

They said "Let's make Aventus but better + with a twist" and they did it

Don’t believe the script everyone says about the performance of the magnetic cap vs old screw caps. Own both versions and they perform almost identical. The old version has never been a beast mode in performance (6 to 8 hours), and the newer versions, after some oxidation, perform just as good.

Анонім

Not an Aventus be-alike, but in the family. This one has citrus that dissipates quickly. It loses the brightness dries down slightly fruity and leathery with a discernible vanilla note and is a bit dark. This one is great for a date with your honey

Анонім

5.1/10 Very synthetic smelling. There's a lot better Aventus DNA perfumes on the market that smell significantly better and more natural than this. CDNIM limited edition and montblanc explorer makes this fragrance redundant.

Анонім

The leathery drydown was too smoky for me. May be overpowering for asians with less or no body odor

Анонім

First of all; STOP comparing this to Aventus, it's not even close! I'm confused. And honestly? A little annoyed. Everywhere I look, people are saying this is something like Club de Nuit Precieux, CDNI Extrait etc... Are we even smelling the same thing? Cedrat Boise is NOT built on the Aventus DNA. There's no pineapple here. No smoky birch. Cedar or any other woody note being present doesn't make it close to Aventus or Hacivat's smoky woody note. Yes, there's blackcurrant. Yes, there's patchouli. Yes, there's bergamot and musk. But those notes exist in hundreds, if not thousands of fragrances. That doesn't mean they all belong to the same "DNA." That's like saying every pizza with mozzarella is the same pizza. Cedrat Boise is its own thing. It's fruity, dark, almost jammy blackcurrant, but not bright pineapple. It's woody and leathery, but smooth and mass-pleasing. It's fresh but has depth. And that famous "Cedrat" (citron) note? That's not just bergamot. It's sharper, greener, more Mediterranean. Let me tell you a quick story: Just yesterday, my friend was at a supermarket with two other people. The cashier looked at all three and said, "One of you smells amazing." That was Cedrat Boise. It gets compliments. Real ones. Not from fragrance nerds, from normal people. Performance: Beast! 10 hours easily. Projects well for the first 3-4 hours. Mancera knows how to do longevity. Best: Spring, summer, fall. Works in heat, works in mild weather. Stop calling everything with blackcurrant and patchouli (pineapple) an "Aventus clone." Cedrat Boise stands on its own. And honestly? It's better than most things in its price range. If you want Aventus, buy Aventus. Or buy Explorer!, CDNIM, or L'Aventure Intense (my favorite). But if you want a fruity, woody, leathery, fresh scent with insane performance and a unique character, buy Cedrat Boise. Just don't expect pineapple...

A Midnight Stroll Through a Sacred Forest: The Silent Power of Oud Wood A few evenings ago, I met an old friend at a dimly lit, jazz-infused lounge in the city. As I walked in from the crisp air, I realized the scent I was wearing perfectly mirrored the sophisticated atmosphere: Tom Ford Oud Wood. A single spray on my pulse points before leaving the studio had completely transformed my aura. The opening is a masterful strike of exotic rosewood and cardamom—spicy, sharp, yet impeccably smooth. As we sat down, the warmth of the room coaxed out the rare oud and sandalwood. It doesn’t shout for attention; instead, it whispers of true quiet luxury. A gentleman at the next table actually leaned over to ask about the magnetic, woody trail I was leaving behind. Returning to the atelier, I was deeply inspired to deconstruct this elegant DNA. I wanted to capture that unbothered, old-money sophistication but give it a more profound, clinging depth. By maximizing the essence concentration to a true Extrait de Parfum level of around 35%, the smoky vetiver and amber became almost tactile on the skin. Naturally, this intensified, high-performance elixir found its home in our signature, minimalist 50ml glass bottles—because true luxury lies in carefully distilled, potent artistry, not in sheer volume. Final Word: Who Should Buy? Performance: 9/10 (The high extrait concentration grips the skin beautifully, lingering for hours). Sillage: 8.5/10 (Leaves a refined, clean, and woody trail without ever overwhelming a room). Usage Area: Perfect for crisp autumn and winter nights, intimate dinners, or paired with a tailored wool coat. It is the definitive signature for those who appreciate understated elegance. May your trail always be enveloped in exquisite grace... instagram.com/etatelierparfum
