Phantom Parfum

Top note amazing lavender, dry down awful, feel like women armpit ;(

Despite the hate some give this I actually think it’s quite a nice fragrance. It’s sweet but not overly & cloying like some suggest. It’s quite a creamy warm easy to wear DNA, probably better suited to colder months, but sadly I don’t find it particularly projecting so far after several wears with just ok’ish performance.

I wear it from time to time. Sometimes I feel like I’m starting to love it. Other times I feel like I wish I would have worn something else. It’s definitely a good fragrance, it’s just not one I feel is versatile and it’s definitely a commitment with the longevity. Sick bottle though ;)

this has a horrible opening, layering with iso e super seems to remove it.

A noticeable improvement over the original Phantom edt ... it feels more mature and the notes is more appealing. I like it 9/10

Poor longevity. The edt and intense lasts much longer and smell better too

Rhubarb bubblegum-flavored syrup poured over musty newspapers. I’ll pass.

God awful stank. Drakker Noir but more expensive in a heavy toy robot that does not move or do anything.

terrible, the absolute worst fragrance in my collection of 35+ fragrances. i don't even know what to do with this, it's just overly sweet and it makes me sick when i smell it, even when i think of it it ruins my day. it's been sitting in my collection for like 2 years. i'll never use this fragrance even if i run out of all of my fragrances. terrible smell

I really like this one for when I want compliments out in public. Really good performance as it lasts long and projects well (at least on my skin). Now that I have had it for a while now (over a year) the opening has begun to smell very synthetic and chemically and slightly headache inducing, so be careful to avoid overspraying. Once it has marinated however it smells sweet somewhat fruity (yet the citrus doesn’t last for long)

First blind buy, this was when i wasn't even in to fragrances. My dad just had lots of fragrances and he was like smell good yo. So i saw this bottle and vanillla and i was like woooooo i just hit the jackpot hey! hey! hey!!. But the smell it self i safe smell it just smells like a mass appealing vanilla. i can smell the rhubarb and its very aromatic. 7.8/10

Nose Note #964 Paco Rabanne does faithful flankers. This is basically Phantom, but more palatable. It's more vanillic and more aromatic. I find OG Phantom slightly sour and overall an incoherent scent, just smells like a designer mess, not overly sweet, but quite sweet. Parfum version similarly has this pineapple-like sweet tropical accord (which I don't like at all), but this time with a distinguishable aromatic accord (soft lavender plus something else) and the sweetness is not just fruity, but vanillic too. But in the end it's a similar thing. If you don't like Phantom you won't like this. This is better than OG, but still... Men only, obviously. Very strong. Good sillage. If Invictus and 1 Millino have character, Phantom does not translate any character, maybe something slightly juvenile and lacking taste, but that's it.. 5.3/10, a bit better. Different chicken, same eggs...

This fixes the issues I had with the original, that overpowering lavender note that never goes away ; reminded me of zaflora disinfectant This tones down that lavender and lets the vanilla shine a bit more. I much much prefer this one Solid 7.5/8.

Warm, vanilla-esque. Very underrated as the original phantom is not that great, this however is absolutely fantastic. Just a lovely warm fragrance that can be worn all day, great versatility and one of my personal favourites which I can rely on.

Once I got into an argument with my ex boyfriend because of this fragrance. It generally smelled amazing on him but he literally DOUSED himself in it and I had to get away from it. So, a little definitely goes a long way with this one - I could still smell it on him two days later. Alastair, if you are reading this, please learn how to apply cologne properly so you don’t terrorise your next girlfriend. Yours truly x

I just can't get into this. A sickly aromatic and lactonic combination that smells like spoiled milk. Do not blind buy. Must test first.

I like this. I personally prefer the original EDT over this because it smells TOO toned down for me, but if you think the original was too harsh, then give this one a try. This one is much smoother and less "loud" than the EDT. Also I'm not sure if its just me but I find that the parfum and edt project/last for a similar amount of time. I'm getting like 6-8 from either one, but it may just be me going nose blind.

this lasts literally all day on my skin and clothes. it’s a very youthful scent, i think it’s more of a “safe pick” scent as long as it’s not hot. i wouldn’t blind buy this.

Rabanne didn't send the cheque in for the tik tok influencers that seem to hate on this thing causing a wave of 12 year olds to also hate on it. They'll hate on the scent profile for being too lavender or sweet then go lick jpg.

It smells really nice, its sweet with some really intresting notes of rubarb, but not in the steamy vegitable way, i cant really describe it but its very intresting and really addictive. The problem with this parfune is that it has a weak projection, for the first hour, hour and a half its ok, after that it becomes a skin scent. If it had a better projection i would absolutly rebuy it.

this is my boyfriends signature scent so i might be a bit biased but this is genuinely such a good cologne!!! ive smelled so many colognes and they tend to smell identical to me, and not in a good way. but this fragrance is different from those. its such a nice warm smokey fresh spicy lavender cardamon scent. from what ive heard men themselves tend to not enjoy this but i love this?? i guess its more of a female gaze perfume. its so long lasting too he gave me his hoodie and after 5 days i still smelled it. defo reccomend!!

Nose note #12: Fresh lemon with much lavender, which I think is the rhubarb, that gives it like a creamy sweet note, and a little vanilla in the background. It evolves into a buttery vanilla, with wood and decent lavender, kinda generic combo but there something unique about it. The parfum blends in that point, when the citrus fades away, and only the lavender, vanilla and wood are present, that's the sweet spot. I dont find this fragrance similat to paco rabanne invicthus elixir, which is more like a strong plain vanilla to me. Performance is alright, lasts 8 hours and 1:30 - 2h projection. I would wear it in cold and semi cold seasons, and Its suitable for late afternoon. Even I dont think this is a safe blindbuy, it has his charm, and I feel like it's different from other vanilla fragrances. I also bought this with my gf, who purchased the Fame Parfum, best second date ever hahah Price: 47€, 100mL Rate: 8/10

I love rhubarb, so naturally I really enjoy the smell of this. I can understand how this fragrance can be a bit cloying and assaultive to some people, but if you’re light on the sprays this stuff is great imo. When I first sprayed my sample of this I actually found it nauseating, but I revisited it a few weeks after and I now really enjoy it. It has grown on me. Really nice sweet vanilla scent, great for colder months. It’s got a kind of a fuzziness to it, it tickles my nose a bit which I enjoy. It’s not groundbreaking, and I can’t say it’s objectively an amazing fragrance, but to me it smells great and it’s lovely to come across a mens fragrance with a prominent rhubarb note. I understand that most people who are knee deep in this hobby probably overlook “uninspired” fragrances like this, but I love them, because they’re simple, mass-appealing, and get the job done. You don’t need a really specific occasion to wear these. In the colder months, a couple of sprays of this and you’ll be smelling great for the rest of the day.

Long lasting. I bought it before I knew anything an out fragrances more than what I sampled and liked. It’s good and I might find the chance to wear it again because it’s an inoffensive scent but pleasant. I however wouldn’t buy it again and if you’re comparing this to a niche perfume, don’t bother buying it

Can smell rhubarb strongly. It's not a bad scent, just not great.
