Cheirosa '71

Caramel latte that has been sitting in direct sunlight at 45 degrees the whole day. Makes me want to throw up. I don't know if the one I smelled has gone bad (that may explain all those positive reviews over here)... There is some pretty nuttiness in there, but this lactonic spoiled milk note is overpowering it for me. Nah, thanks.

How I love this fragrance is cost 5 x I’d still buy it. I’m so bemused by the bad reviews this is wonderful and light years better than 62. Yes the most photorealistic caramel popcorn initial burst with macadamia and quickly settles into nutty white chocolate vanilla coconut seas salt skin scent. So sweet and gorgeous.i love to wear it to bed and any other time!!! Love totally love

I think this would have done better without the salt note.

I don't understand the butter popcorn comparisons. To me, this is a delicious macadamia nut cookie, very similar to a cookie butter, and boy is it strong and long lasting. A staple for the winter I love pairing this with Bianco latte or Fresh cream warm cashmere!!

i should not have blind bought this. it's not bad but i don't like it very much. it's got that baked croissant ham super super sweet note it might be the tonka/cashmere. the macadamia saves it, kind of. it's a gourmand but doesn't lift my mood. it's a very heavy and stagnant kind of caramel fragrance. a bit weird and depressing. 59 is the best SDJ scent.

fall-winter signature scent of a good 3 years of my life. remembering this as a cozy decadent seduction frag but that's mostly memory games. huge compliment getter, enough depth to not be body mist annoying. not big on nutty scents normally but this one was really well done in that regard.

drove me crazy. this scent is the reason I've sworn off macadamia for the time being. I was so excited to own a proper popcorn fragrance and this one broke my heart. I wanted so badly to like it, too. wore it to work once and it was the only thing I could smell. a constant, lingering attack on my nose. sometimes a whiff of salty popcorn, but more often of underbaked cookies. the back and forth between the two notes had my stomach reeling. I incessantly asked those around me whether I smelled nice. they assured me I did, and that the scent was sweet and reminiscent of cookies, but the longer it stayed on my skin the more indecisive the perfume became. it's like it was unsure of which note it should bring forward. got rid of it rather quickly and don't miss it. was it a bad smell? not exactly. was it any easier to handle? also no.

its grown on me, at first it smelt like sour milk but ive acclimated to it now. It's a very literal nutty caramel scent. reminds me of caramilk at first (if anyone gets that reference). on the dry down it gets less sweet, on me i mostly lose the caramel and white chocolate notes totaly. im left with a nutty coconut blossom, which i dont hate but dont love either.

Such a beautiful scent. This is the ultimate summer perfume - coconut, nuts, and sunshine. I don’t really smell the sea salt, but the other notes are discernible. It’s a real foodie gourmand scent, like white chocolate cookies, but manages not to be overly sweet. It also feels like you should be wearing it on a beautiful tropical beach, in just a bikini and sarong. I find it hard to find summer perfumes, but this one is a real delight. ☀️

the opening is kinda boozy but it fades quickly and reveals nutty and chocolatey notes. later on, it really does become saltier it's sooo beautiful I can't wait for fall so I can finally wear it. Love love love🤎

light, fluffy, playful caramel. longevity might be a bit limited but has a really creamy pastry-like dry-down

i wish i liked it, but all i can smell are buttered popcorn flavoured jelly beans, which i find awful :( definitely sweet, but the "buttery" notes that others seem to describe just fall flat and comes across completely artificial and cloying to me. way too strong to be true to a bakery or baked goods imo :/ i got a mini size for free with a different fragrance, and i ended up dumping it out to reuse the bottle for something else because i just couldn't get myself to like it or find a use for it

I FINALLY HAVE A BOTTLE OF THIS!! this is so warm and perfect for autumn, at first it smells like cookies fresh out of the oven but after it dries down it smells like cinnamon rolls and i love it! you would have to wear this when it’s really cold out but i can’t wait for those days just so i can wear this!!!

Yum. I love this perfume so much. Its so yummy. Reminds me of baked cookies and a bakery. And italy. And switzerland. Because i used to wear it there a lot. I should wear it in winters only, but its so yummy. I cant resist. It makes me feel cozy and happy.

I heard it was being discontinued and the popcorn/butter reviews had me intrigued, so I did a rare blind buy. I don't hate it, I don't love it. The first thing that jumps out is like pandan note (similar to coconut). After a review I read said it smelled like girl scout samoa cookies that is EXACTLY what it smells like to me - an actual samoa cookie. I'm not the biggest coconut fan and was really hoping for hazelnut/tonka/popcorn salty notes but I don't get that at all. Not sure if I will keep or return. edit to add: as a room spray it smells heavenly but on my skin it was super weird and off putting. returned.

This is super sweet and pastry like. Like a caramel cookie or something. A lot of people have compared it to caramel corn, cookies, or caramel lattes, and that's pretty accurate. I don't really like sweet dessert like scents. The moment I sprayed it I felt like a pastry that was too sweet to eat. It did die down a bit, but it's still far too sugary and vanilla scented. I don't know if I will end up keeping the bottle. It depends on if I can sell it for enough to be worth is. I don't hate it, and it might be better layered with something else, but I'd never pick this one out on it's own. I bought a miscellaneous set of full sized fragrances for my birthday and this is so far the only one I don't much like. But if you like these kinds of scents, you might love this one. The exact reasons I don't like it very much seems to be what other people love about it.

Gets a lot of compliments. Smells like caramel popcorn,but like some. yummy cookines also. My husband was forst few days confused, he said he thought that I am baking some cookies. it makes you follow the scent .Amazing value for money and I will surely buy it again. Kids also told me that is nice smell. You need to wear it to love jt. Dont just spray it at the store and say you dont like it.

Sweet, caramel, vanilla, nutty, salty, chocolate, powdery, warm, creamy, rich, decadent, luminous, feminine, sensual, seductive, flirty, charming, whimsical, dreamy, divine, delicious, alluring, tempting, addictive, irresistible, inviting, cozy, comforting, gourmand This is such a truly decadently delicious scent! So very gourmand and super yummy, but also savory! On me this is a very sweet, creamy, buttery, and decadent caramel, swirled with powdery vanilla, nutty macadamia, and rich white chocolate sprinkled with sea salt and coconut flakes. The caramel reads as both decadent and savory because it’s a thick, rich, gooey, and buttery salted caramel in the best possible way! I even get a bit of that yummy buttered popcorn scent, but it’s blended well so as not to be too prominent, or overwhelming. It definitely leaves my skin smelling incredibly delicious and absolutely edible! I really love this one! This is one that’s definitely for the hardcore gourmand lovers (like myself!)! It’s super sweet and a true straight up gourmand! It’s like the more decadent version of 62. It makes me think of a more decadent, rich, and nutty combination of 62 and 39. I’m a huge fan of SDJ, and own almost all of their fragrances! My favorites are Summer é Amor, 62, 39, 71, 91, 40, Limonada Gelada, Sundays in Rio, 59, and Beijos de Sol. My least favorites are Dança Mística, Aqua Mística, and 68. I’m planning on getting the 2 newest ones by August, and I just cannot wait! To me, 71 feels feminine, and even though it has a slightly youthful vibe, I think it’s suitable for women of any age. I think this works best during fall and winter because of its sweet decadence with a savory touch, it could maybe become cloying in the heat. However, does kind of have a summer-y feel to it, probably from the coconut blossom. It makes sense considering that their brand is “summer in a bottle” along with smelling absolutely delicious. So, I do think that it could work during summer nights too. This feels most fitting for casual occasions, date nights, and work/school. The opening has a strong aroma of alcohol, caramel, and salt; later, it smells more of salt, macadamia, and intense white chocolate, then it lightens and becomes more of a mixture of macadamia and caramel. I think it smells a bit like toffee, and I understand why people say it smells like urine, because the mixture of salt and caramel gives it that urine sensation. But the urine odor disappears quickly. To me, it smells more like caramel cookies than caramel popcorn. Update: It smelled so awful the more I used it, it made me nauseous. I really don't even know if it's worth keeping the bottle; I just hated it more and more.

ok so… i smelled things that were said to be similar to this before and i kinda hated all of them so i had this prejudice… but oh my god this is amazing the first spray was so intense i genuinely thought i was gonna choke 😭 but not even a minute later it turned into the MOST delicious creamy, nutty sweetness ever. absolutely obsessed with scents like this imagine drinking a warm nutty oat milk latte with a little sweet cinnamon, preferably on a crisp autumn day because that’s the vibe that’s what it smells like. l o v e i t i got the mini but i’m 100% upgrading to the biggest size 😩

I definitely smell popcorn if i spray close to my skin, but when i spray from a distance or on clothes it just smells like buttery caramel, and is addicting I can see this being a nauseating scent for some people, because of it’s richness

Definitely better than the 62, both in terms of scent and performance. It lasts quite well for a body mist and has a very decent sillage. It's very gourmand, but I don't consider it a winter fragrance at all. To me, it's easy to wear year-round. I'm not sure whether it's the coconut blossom or the sea salt (the notes listed on the bottle are vanilla, caramel, sea salt, roasted macadamia, white chocolate, tonka bean, and coconut blossom), or perhaps the coumarin from the tonka bean. I don't think it's the macadamia, but I could be wrong. Either way, it almost has a cooling smell on my skin. I probably wouldn't wear it on a scorching summer morning, but for summer evenings or just a normally warm day, around 30°C (86°F), absolutely. It’s a very beautiful buttery, caramel-like, cooling vanilla. It reminds me a bit of Chocolate Greedy by Montale in the dry down, once the orangey opening fades and that buttery chocolatey note takes over, which in turn somewhat reminds me of Petit Beurre biscuits. So I completely understand the comments comparing it to cookies or biscuit yogurt. That said, the cooling, slightly salty touch it leaves behind makes it feel more like a body care product than something I actually want to eat, even though it's 100% gourmand. I haven't tried layering it with other fragrances yet, but it strikes me as a very versatile scent that would pair easily with many different stuff.

please never come near me if you're wearing this one. absolutely foul. extreme gourmand in the worst possible way.
