All I need is cherry and smoke so :D

One of the unique designer fragrances that smells niche and quality. Lasts about 30 minutes though and overpriced. But yes it smells very good a smoky cherry. Not that fruity or feminine a man could wear this but not sexy on him

Not as smoky as I would have liked but smells amazing nonetheless. A bit expensive but was a gift for me. Layer with Black Opium Le Parfum if you want an extra delicious smoky gourmand smell.

Whoa. They cherry/almondine is VERY strong upfront on this one, living up to the name. Some apricot, too. Fades fast. Not especially smoky? Olive and eather comes through, some wood notes. Or maybe the wood is the Cypriol, which I am not familiar with. Slightly Play-Doh-y. All in all, the beginning is interesting but over very quickly, and what remains is a good-but-not-great dry, masculine base. Don't need this one. Also interesting: there is a backbone of a scentprofile that gives this away as a Tom Fors scent. I am not quite sure what it is, but it is held in common with scents like Tobacco Vanille and Black Orchid; you can "just tell" it is a TF frag from this.

This is probably the most polarising scent I own; people either love it or hate it (interesting observation: more AMABs tend to hate it, but more AFABs tend to love it). What can I say? The scent does what it says on the bottle and executes it perfectly; it's a smoky dark cherry scent, and the cherry is very strong, which is fantastic for me since I love cherry scents, but it might put some people off. It's the perfect sultry and vampiric scent, with the sickly cherry sweetness, the powdery and fruity richness of the osmanthus mixed with the grounding and slightly earthy olive notes, the slightly animalic edge from the leather, and the ever-present lingering smoke and wood accords, smelling this perfume instantly transports me to the inside of a mausoleum in the dead of night. If you're a big fan of Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge by My Chemical Romance and it's aesthetic, this is the scent for you Wore this to see MCR in Wembley 08/07/2026 :)

Oh wow, I was not expecting to like this as much as I do. It really is a dark, incensey, sexy cherry. It is still fairly sweet, but the sweetness is balanced out by leathery, woody incense-y facets. Definitely unisex (there are mens'colognes far sweeter tham this). I honestly don't get a ton of an actual smoke accord? Maybe what to me reads "incense" smells like smoke to others. It's really unique, trying to think of another fragrance I could compare it to and I am drawing a blank. Unfortunately the projection and longevity leave much to be desired. This is such a gorgeous scent, but I'm not dishing out a few hundred dollars for a fragrance that - despite having all those rich heavy notes - only seems to last a couple hours. It's a shame because I would absolutely buy this otherwise, and warmly welcome it into my collection.

I think it's a unisex/male version of Lost Cherry It's quite sweet - yet leathery- making it a great choice for colder & humid days It will kill you in the heat tho, be careful!

Finally a decent cherry scent, I’m so bored about the cherry-almond accord, it’s not pleasant at all. Cherry smoke is the best cherry I found! Sexy, deep, juicy, a little leathery and a little smoky. Very good for layering!

#40 on my Fragrance Review Journey I was on the hunt for a dark/smokey cherry scent. I opted for Cherry Smoke over LP's Cherry Ink. I won't make this a long review. I love this scent. I do not like the longevity and sillage. I must state that my skin consumes all fragrances quicker than most, even with advanced hydration techniques. Even given that, I couldn't squeeze more than 3 hours out of this before I had to sniff hard to find it still barely there. That was a first for me. Please test this out on your own. It is quite obvious others have a much different experience.

I prefer this to Lost Cherry. It has a distinct cherry sweetness. It has woody and leathery notes. I think it’s very accessible to a wide audience. It has a smoky leather scent. 10/10

This might be the truest unisex scent I've ever smelled. Its DNA is unlike anything I've ever seen. It is somehow both too feminine for most men and too masculine for most women. I don't think I would ever buy this, but it's so absurdly high quality I can't stop myself from liking it. Every single note smells so lifelike and realistic, the cherry, the smokiness, the saffron, the leather, everything perfectly blended together and with incredible texture. For the few people in the world that have both the personality and money for this, it surely is fantastic.

I’ll give it this: it is the most unisex cherry I’ve ever smelled. I already own Lost Cherry and that still is my favorite out of TF’s cherry line but this is the runner up. I’d say longevity is similar to Lost Cherry but Cherry Smoke is slightly less versatile: it’s definitely darker and more masculine, it leans more vampiresy and less sexy. It’s definitely very unique and has a distinguishable “smoke” note to it, but personally it’s not something I’d reach out for in favor of Lost Cherry.

I loved this fragrance. It has structure and evolves beautifully on my skin. From top to base it was a ride where every time I smelled my skin there were different notes to discover. Unfortunatelly, it did not last on my skin and the drydown, at some point, started to smell similar to Sirene by Fragrance du Bois. I wanted Cherry Smoke so bad but, owning Sirene by Fragrance Du Bois and Bois D'Ascese by Naomi Goodsir, it makes no sense. I decided to experiment and layered these 2 babies and I felt in love with the result: A stronger, more durable version of Cherry Smoke. Deliciously fruty, cherry-ish, peppery and smoky. Cherry Smoke is beautiful. I love it. Sad it doesn't last on me. I recommend it 100%. Even more than Lost Cherry, which I don't like, or Electric Cherry wich, in my opinion, is soft but great for everyday wear.

Cherry Smoke is an exceptionally good perfume. The DNA is unreal. I have never smelled anything like it. It's rich, sour, smoky, unique, and sexy. This is exactly how I have always imagined a unisex scent should smell. It's ideal for both men and women. Everybody around me loved it as well. It's definitely a special-occasion fragrance, when you want to impress. However, the price tag is just crazy. No matter how good it smells or performs, a perfume should not cost this much. Still, I liked it too much to give up on it, so I'm going to explore some dupes. Still, thank you Tom Ford for opening the cherry world to me. I recommend everyone to sample just 1ml of this masterpiece just for the satisfaction of smelling it once.

The fragrance opens with a beautiful cherry note, the most realistic one I’ve ever smelled in a perfume. Thanks to the combination of leather and smoky accords, it surprisingly doesn’t feel feminine at all, I’d describe it as leaning more masculine. It lasts a really long time, and the projection is also more than good. The price is quite intimidating, but it can be found on sale.

Full RRP is not viable, £300 for 50ml for any fragrance let alone a EDP is robbery. Still my favourite smelling scent OAT, longevity and projection are also good. Got from discounter for £170, which even still is expensive. This is a sour cherry with rich, dark and smokey nuances. Overall, it gives a special occasion profile that can really deliver and be unique. Not being available in 100ml is frustrating as you really have to be conscious of sprays.

Tom Ford Cherry Smoke is, to my nose, a very linear experience: syrupy, almost medicinal cherry wrapped in a veil of smoke. That’s it. I don’t pick up any of the listed nuances—no saffron warmth, no olive-like savoriness—just a dense, candied cherry accord that leans slightly cough-syrup in tone, paired with a soft, smoldering backdrop. The simplicity isn’t necessarily a flaw if you enjoy that particular cherry profile. It feels dark and cozy, which makes it especially fitting for colder weather. That said, there’s something about the contrast of sticky sweetness and smoke that can also work surprisingly well on a warm summer night, when heavier fragrances tend to suffocate but this one stays close. Performance is where it struggles. Projection is nearly nonexistent—it sits very close to the skin from the start—and longevity is disappointing. On me, it fades rapidly and is almost entirely gone within 30 minutes. Overall, Cherry Smoke delivers exactly what its name suggests, but not much beyond that. If you’re looking for complexity or strong performance, this may fall short. If all you want is a fleeting cloud of smoky, syrupy cherry, it does that—just very quietly and very briefly.

This is lives up to the name Cherry Smoke. The Cherry is definitely noticeable when first sprayed. About 15 min in, there was a weird smell that I couldn't put my finger on. Maybe the Olive? Anyway, that calmed down after another 10-15 min and it turned into a beautiful blend of Smoke, Leather and Cherry for me. Lost Cherry only lasts about 3 hours on my skin and is very subtle. This is definitely more noticeable so I think/hope it will last longer on my skin. I really like this scent, but at the price point, I'll stick with my Cherry Punk for now and experiment layering that with Smoky profles.

My fav perfume so far! It starts off smoky and spicy and almost Arab-incense like and then dries off to be this gorgeous smoky burning cherry. It's definitely not a crowd pleaser like lost cherry but I hated lost cherry because of how green and stem like the opening was and because it was too light, cherry smoke had this depth and it is so beautifuly layered honestly such a good signature perfume If It remind me of something it would be the iconic red curtains in twin peaks: fire walk with me

Picture this: They are not a woman, they are not a man either. Rather, they are the open curtains of a theater. Or, perhaps, they are the slow song in a gothic cocktail bar. They are the stars, the moon, everything astral that is reflected in their misty eyes. They are a late night, a cold breeze, pale skin and black leather. Or, they are the bloodstains on a cult's holy altar. They could be the lace and latex sitting against moonlit skin, or they could be a shadow you can hold. They are someone who fades into smoke, gracefully and beautifully. They are a fruit of temptation, or maybe they're blood and salvation. They are the bitterness in a mouth that whispers poetry. They are the look on a face that can only be described as fatal melancholia. Or maybe they're a doll- sweet, fragile. Or, they're all of this, and more. It is simply who they always will be. And— to me? They are what I see in the mirror when I can bear to look. (TL;DR: gothic, nocturne, mysterious, genderless, poetic, melancholic, and gay. like me. that's why this is my signature. )

Best I can say is it is definitely a darker, masculine and mature cherry. Not your youthful SWY but a less playful. The opening will blast you and it is room filling projection which last about a hour. From there you can get about 3-4 hour performance before it turns into a skin scent. Dry down does start to open up as more leather and wood with the cherry being a tertiary character.

I don't personally care for this scent, but I can see why other people are willing to pay the small ransom for it. Its a long lasting and realistic tart cherry scent with a smoky background. The cherry scent itself almost makes the mouth pucker when you smell it and the heady smoke settles in the back of your throat.

Test worn over 2 days. I actually feel a visceral hatred smelling it for the first couple hours on skin, and I can’t put my finger on why. Something about it makes me nauseous. Cakey, medicine like. When I’m having a bad day this makes it worse. It makes me feel uncertain. That being said, when I smell it on skin 4-5 hours later, the smoke really takes over the sickly cherry and turns it into something balanced and strong. I just don’t think the opening is worth it for me.

I wish I never smelled this and tested on my skin because now I'm in love....but I can't justify the price! I collect samples and decants to primarily experience different houses and see what the fuss is about popular scents. I love smokey perfumes, and this one is the most 'office' friendly I have tried. Starts off similar to lost cherry, but the dry down is where it shines. Lasted hours on my skin, and the dry down is a beautiful vanilla smoke. I am going to try to find a similar perfume for the dry down aspect. The cherry nite for me wasn't 'dark' enough.

This should be called Goth Cherry. It's the perfume I longed for as a young goth in the 90s, but couldn't find anywhere. It's dark but soft. It's beyond gender. I find it nostalgic but I don't know what it reminds me of. It makes me a little uncomfortable in the opening, almost like an emotional flashback. Don't let this deter you from experiencing this masterpiece. I think I could make someone fall in love with me just by wearing it. I blind bought it and glad I did.

I FINALLY BOUGHT IT. All i can smell is the dark and sexy sour cherry. This is by far the most luxurious cherry perfume

This smells very different on my skin than it does on clothing. It's alright on my skin but it's fantastic and unique on my clothing. It has something I'm nostalgic about that I can't identify. A lady friend really liked it and said she'd wear it, though it leans masculine, she likes women too so there's that. To me, there's cherry with that nostalgic note, and the smoke hanging around the edges. It's a comfy kind of niche feel, a little exclusive, and it kind of is at that price and availability. Overall I do love it, but for what you can get today for 50 bucks or less, I can't say it's worth the price.
