Born in Roma Extradose Donna

My absolute FAVE of the DBIR line! One of the sexiest fragrances I’ve ever worn. The notes are simple, but the way they come together is pure magic. Ultra feminine, slightly boozy (but not headache-inducing or cheap alcohol smelling), with a warm vanilla. Perfect for date nights or anytime you want to feel sexy.

I have had it 6 months, and the rum note is significantly weakened. So sorry for this, it was the best part of it. All i now have is traditional "expensive pink bottle frag"

Love this one. A good dupe would be Pink Obsessed by Bath and Bodyworks. Near exact same but not quite as sharp and more vanilla forward.

Super sexy. This is only one of two scents that evoke ‘sexy’ to me as many don’t. The first 20-30min has a fume, petrol opening. If you can get past that, I did, there is a fruitiness then the warm, plush, sexy drydown. A fairly straightforward scent, doesn’t read complex. This one is all about the drydown which thankfully is the main part in this and lasts for hours, I’m at 10 hours with two sprays on the wrist. Still on my want list for Summer nights. Plush.💗🖤🔥💅🏼🐈🫦

In my opinion, this is one of the best of the best perfumes. I don't mean, for a designer fragrance. I mean, out of any category and price point. It's good, and that is undeniable by so many consumers. Love.

Sweet shampoo smell. Projects a lot

Do you guys recommend this one ? I really love cozy, vanilla perfumes. I have the original born in Rome but for me it’s more of like a summer fragrance . I really want to buy this one ,is it worth the money ?

Very sweet vanilla the rum note is not overwhelming. I bought a sample and will keep for the winter

The original Born in Roma never really impressed me. It was pleasant, but I couldn't understand the hype. To me, it was simply a nice fragrance. Born in Roma Extradose, however, completely changed my mind. The first spray made me think, "This is probably a 7/10." But then the magic happened. As the fragrance settled, a rich, creamy, sweet vanilla slowly emerged and transformed the entire experience. The dry-down is absolutely addictive and far more beautiful than the opening. For me, this is an easy 9/10. I also think this fragrance has incredible layering potential. Pairing it with another vanilla-based scent could make it even more irresistible—as long as it's something with its own personality. I recently tried Good Girl Blush, and I can't stop imagining how stunning these two would smell together. I have a feeling they would complement each other beautifully.

When I first spritz it has a weird sharp smell i dont like - it stops me from spraying too heavily Then after awhile the perfume warms and changes on my skin and it smells really really good. Amazing.

I will never stop raving about this fragrance. Dbir extradose is THE BEST designer fragrance I've ever smelled and nothing else comes remotely close. From the bottle to the scent, everything about this is (in my eyes) perfect. This smells niche level. It has the perfect amount of sweetness, woodiness and just a touch of spiciness to balance it out. Extremely well blended with good longevity and projection. It's also the most unisex smelling flanker in the Donna line. Both genders can rock this. I don't have a signature scent but if I did, it would be this. Anyways, as to what this smells like: This sort of reminds me of a raspberry rum punch with creamy coconut and vanilla.

Love from the first sniff. And it was just boring walking around the airport. I only grabbed the bottle as it was the closes one. It is exactly how it should be - blackcurrant and rum, but with brown sugar and some powder. I am so in love with this ❤ 2 sprays is enough for all day. Strong but delicate and beautiful.

My favorite note is black currant but I don’t like this perfume. It smells like a wet hair tie mixed with sweet perfume ? I think it’s the rum note. Coral fantasy is way better than this.

you can actually smell pretty much all the notes in this one but its a bit too heavy and gives me a headache. if someone wore this in a closed room itd honestly bother me a lot. definitely feels more like a night time perfume

Headache in a pretty bottle

I had such high hopes for this. Blackcurrant, Rum, Vanilla! So happy I only ordered the travel size. This drys down to a headache inducing, synthetic vanilla. Nothing more. Nothing less. :(

Artificial , too much bad vanilla

What a lovely perfume....It's sweet, liqueur-like, vanilla-like, and very distinctive. With a fresh, slightly alcoholic opening that fades in seconds, it's followed by blackcurrant, which takes center stage, making this fragrance very liqueur-like, increasingly sweet and full-bodied. As it evolves, a boozy rum note is noticeable, but in a well-balanced way, more to support the sweet, liqueur-like character of the perfume. In the dry-down, all the notes are enveloped by a more closed, fuller-bodied, and more mature vanilla, which makes this perfume sweeter, with a slight incense touch. It's a vibrant, cheerful perfume for nights out. Very good performance on my skin, I received many compliments while wearing it. It lasted more than 8 hours on my skin, and on clothes it lasted forever. I loved it. What a delicious perfume.

Hated the original Born in Roma line, but this flaker surprised me Although it is still very juvenile, I'm not mad at this. The boozy notes give this an effervescent feel reminiscent of Pink Me Up by Ateliers Des Ors

Oh, she is sexy and seductive. I love her. The girl standing next to me loves her. My husband loves her. She is it. Vanilla boozy rum and the BIR DNA. So good!

i'm late to the party i guess. gotDAMN. i've always passed it in sephora and macy's and thought "wow yet another dbir flanker". yeah yeah the intense is okay and the coral fantasy is also pretty good but the EXTRADOSE? i sprayed this in macy's after my curiosity got the best of me and my jaw dropped. jammy black currant and a mouthwatering rum and vanilla base. it gets even better as it dries down and the vanilla really comes through and creates a nice big scent bubble. i can't even describe to you how good this is. please just go test it.

I have got this for my fiance and my sister. I've smelled a lot of women's top designer fragrances, and this is in my opinion the best from a mans perspective. Irresistible profile.

I will admit I didn't want to love this as much as I do lol. It's very basic, flirty, girly, designer perfume smell. But honestly, I guess sometimes formulas are popular for a reason?? It's an easy reach when you're going out and want to feel hot. Massive compliment magnet and the projection is out of this world. Lasts on skin for 10+ hours and on fabrics it seems impossible to get rid of. Juicy, fruity, boozy, thick vanilla. 5 stars out of 5.

I recently received a sample of this and as I'm writing this review, even when wiped thoroughly off, this fragrance is slightly but consistently burning my skin. it smells like very sugary, burnt flesh. that is vile. I loved some Valentino fragrances until now. had Valentina at one point and Voce Viva too. but the rum in this makes its way through the other notes and for me its combination with the other notes creates a very deep, burnt human flesh smell. that smells exactly like it's out of a horror movie and definitely bordering on disgusting. the fact that the liquid is burning my skin to a degree that I can endure but definitely feel uncomfortable with is also another very unique con of this fragrance. I'd have no dime to spend on this. will def throw away the rest of the sample too.

Recently bought as many people prefer this over the original & I absolutely love it, no regrets at all. Got a 30ml but would've upgraded to a bigger size because it really is incredible. Nice boozy, sweet scent great for evenings especially.

Shampoo & Conditioner,BUT in the best way possible. It starts off with a juicy,sweet & tart blackcurrant but the rum starts taking over rather fast making it smell like berry liquor in a very sexy way, the Vanilla is prominent in the concoction early on but its mostly smellable as its heading for the dry down. I grew out of my fruity phase and left fruity perfumes in the „young past“ as something thats just rather fun,youthfull & naeive but this babe right here is grown & confident and I WANT IT! (I kinda regret buying intense over this) Longevity is a beast (on dry skin as well! Because a expensive perfume should last without having to use 15 products before that) and sillage is just as great. Will definetly buy it,duh.

Maybe I’m the only one who didn’t love this scent. From a distance it smells nice, but when I put my nose very close, I smell a very weird damp basement with mold on the walls. I’ll definitely return it.

i sprayed this on a tester, put the tester in mu bag and left the store. even when my bag is closed, the smell still follows me. its sooo strong that i think one spray wpuld be enough for the day
