Bright Crystal

I have nothing to say about this perfume that has not already been said multiple times in the previous comments. Adding my two cents anyway. The scent is a light airy floral, lovely as a summer day. Very pleasant. Safe and agreeable - hard to imagine offending anyone with it. A safe blind buy. A safe present - be it for a friend, colleague, business acquaintance or (pre-)teenage niece. Suitable for pretty much any occasion - be it church, date, wedding or a job interview. If you had to wear one perfume 24/7 for the rest of your life, this would be a safe bet. The flipside of its utter agreeableness is it lacks character - something that makes it unique, recognisable and memorable. It is pleasant, but also... kind of generic. If it was a supermarket brand I probably wouldn't be this harsh, but just enjoy it as is. However, from Versace you would expect more. Another problem is weak performance. Body mist tier. Not acceptable. No point in paying brand premium for this, unless if it's a gift that you want to play safe.

Definitely bright and soapy at first, middles to a flowery lotus with a touch of rose and lily, and then ends on a warm amber that isn't too powerful for the delicate notes that led up to it. Feminine but elegant, simple but not in a bad way. Very nice for the age.

I have worn this since my younger years! It is fresh, floral, and flirty! Versace really does no wrong! It lasts for me till the next day on clothes. It is not overly sweet. It is just right!

I see people harping on this as being generic and boring, but I think it's so nice if you're not fussy about fragrance and just want to smell like clean, classy hair products. Some of us are into that!

This is a really light, fresh, soft, feminine, floral. This unfortunately, had very poor performance. I sprayed on skin and clothes and within a couple of hours, I couldn't smell this at all anymore and it never projected. This is an office safe scent as it won't fill up the room and is inoffensive and generally mass appealing. I don't like this as I don't like florals and the performance kills it, but wouldn't be bothered if I smelled it on someone else. If the super light, fresh, kind of sparkling florals appeals to you, this is up your alley. I would however, recommend grabbing a decant bottle so you can decant this and take it with you for reapplication.

It smells like sparkling water infused with blackcurrant leaves or mint. Love it but the longevity is very poor this is one of the few times I like dupes more. The pomegranate note in the original throws me off a little

Aquatic floral. Office friendy fragrance

This is an absolute all time favorite of mine. I would describe it as a super fresh & feminine fragrance with fruity and floral notes. It really reminds me of a fruity shampoo fresh out of the shower. I just love how sweet, fresh, and girly it is.

The perfect versatile fragrance. Whenever I don't want to think about what to wear, this is my easy go-to. It's effortlessly feminine, fresh, and incredibly wearable. To me, it's spring in a bottle, a beautiful blend of soft florals that's never overwhelming. I've heard some people say the performance isn't great, but on my skin it lasts all day, so I've never had that issue. It's one of those perfumes that always makes me feel put together.

This is my fresh out the shower scent. It’s a fresh floral citrus but leans more the floral side. It’s non-offensive and generally I think it is a crowd pleaser. Have I gotten any compliments on it? No. It smells generic. But it is a safe blind-buy in my opinion. If you aren’t really crazy about perfumes I think this is a great one to start off with because it is very versatile but not very memorable. 3/5

In the heat it lasts only 3 hours on me. It performs much better in the spring. The opening notes are the most prominent on me, yuzu, pomegranate, water notes. Then it becomes a blur. Maybe lotus, a bit of peony and musk. The bottle is adorable. I prefer Yellow Diamond, Emerald Crystal and Crystal Noir.

Smells like plastic and alcohol hard pass

It's nice enough for a young girl who starts to experiment. I could even get over how painfully boring it is if it didn't disappear off my skin after 90 seconds. Not kidding. Decluttered after a week of trying hard to prolong her life.

I don't get much of the head notes, just magnolia and peony right away. It's very floral and sweet, but also fresh and cheerful. It seems to fade very quickly though. My initial three sprays seemed to disappear within minutes and I reapplied after less than 5 minutes. It faded almost immediately again. I only have a sample bottle of this that is 1ml, which is exceptionally small even for a sample, especially one that I paid for, so the extreme lack of longevity is very disappointing and means I won't consider buying a full bottle. The scent itself is pleasant, but not anything special. I've smelled many that are similar but last longer and are cheaper.

Mangolia, peony & yuzu with a musk backbone. Feminine, pink floral bomb, slightly sweet and nice blend of casual notes. Good sillage and longitivity.

It's a subtle, clean and girly scent to bring with you on the go. Pretty good price. It only lasts me an hour or two so I need to reapply it pretty frequently, luckily the packaging is cute so I have no problem reapplying it in public lol!

The peony is pretty strong in this one. I mean it's pretty, definitely good for a daily wear. I wouldn't say it's all that interesting but it's pleasant!

I find this very sharp and dont reach for it a lot but somehow keep being drawn to it and crave it from time to time. I think the ice note (?) is somehow addictive to me and i although I dont love it, I crave wearing it sometimes. I keep it in the fridge and enjoy the fresh sharpness more occasionally.

A pretty and girly but quite subtle scent. I can't really pick out any notes, it just smells like you've just showered, like shampoo and clean skin. Not for me, too soapy and a bit artificial.

Bright Crystal is a pretty and bright scent for the baddies who play it safe. I scored a mini bottle unused for $10 at an antique store. And she's so pretty and delicate, but that's kinda all she is. Maybe, not all perfumes have to be olfactory symphonies, though. I think if you get this, get it on the cheap. She won't amaze you. But she'll be a pleasant addition.

Floral, fresh, delicate and very feminine. Pleasant, but totally common, with absolutely nothing special. Good for those who play safe and don’t like to take risks when it comes to wearing a fragrance.

I used to love to spray this on my clothes when seeing it in the store or in the airport. It´s fresh and crowd pleasing. I finally got a full bottle now, and when testing directly on my skin, after many hours the dry down is giving me hints of anise/licorice. I don´t like it. Saw on reddit someone else had the same dry down. Then I looked into the ingredients. So some woods when they´re cut, smell like anise/licorice, and that wood looked kind of like mahogany, so there we go, that might be it. Apparently mahogany does not smell like that, but it´s very likely some cheaper wood that was used as an ingredient. Also Versace describes the base note as "Red woods", so not sure why Fragrantica calls it mahogany, as it´s very likely not that. Another ingredient to avoid for me at least, mahogany and red woods. I have the same experience with Brazilian rosewood in other fragrances, and yet again I think it´s just a cheaper wood being used, and they call it something more fancy in here. It´s a resell unfortunately.

Mass appealing feminine scent, this is perfect for those who want to smell like light florals. I just think the price tag isn't justifiable for such a generic scent.
