Bad Boy Cobalt Parfum Electrique

I kinda understand that sugary Invictus Platinum comparison, but honestly Platinum is way better imo. Bad Boy has this very plastic synthetic smell to it while Platinum is fresher with a more manly dry down. Idk what that plastic smell is, I've had the elixir and it smelled the same just spicier. It may be the truffle note idk, it's just not it for me.

This is just a nice fruity fresh sweet fragrance. Really nice versatile all rounder, works in every scenario. 8/10

It’s decent as a blue fragrance. Mostly notes of plum and woods. I think BDC is a much better alternative at the designer level and hawas ice does a better job at $35. Trends a bit more “youthful” than other blues. Personally wouldn’t get a full bottle. Subjective score: 7.7/10

I like this one, I think it does a decent at job setting itself apart from the rest of the blue sort of freshie genre, its more youthful. The opening is sweeter than you would expect and the lavender on the dry down is pleasant. Its kind of like Sauvage and Acqua di Gio Profundo had a baby. Redundant a little, but would be a good enough signature. Lastly, the bottle is pretty lame and I dislike the built in atomizers. 7.2/10

I got this one as a gift from my girlfreind(shoutout to her shes the goat), it smells great the opening is suprisingly frutiy then it dials down into a flowery smell for a bit, tbh right up my alley but... after that its your generic blue DNA which isnt bad BUT! there is better options out the for a better price with, a better siliage, and longevity, that is up to personal experience and prefrence as some blues have their own quriks like this one, i advise looking for a blue you actually love since they re all great in their own way , good gift as it looks cool and it smells nice you cant hate it its a perfect blind buy/gift idea for a teen!

Mid. A sort of amalgamation of Sauvage like generic blues, it is probably better than most but suitable as a room spray and not much else . If you are a young man spraying this on yourself thinking you might get some hoes, please stop. It’s not working.

Nose Note #1092 I think it's quite an obvious take on Dior Sauvage. Like Sauvage with a twist or a lousy dupe. Banderas The Icon is also similar. Dylan Blue is sort of similar too. I have a number of dupes of Sauvage, besides the OG EDT, EDP, Parfum and this smells more like Zimaya Andalusi Blue. Anyway. It's nice, crowd-pleasing, semi-fresh, not exactly fresh, because although it's rather short-lived (compared to Sauvage), but it is super strong during its lifetime. It's not the most "grown man" perfume, but I think it could work for all ages. My wife really likes this. 7.2/10

I frickin’ LOVE this fragrance! I find it so intoxicating and never cloying at all under any circumstances. Masculine and powery but still seductive. I just wish it lasted longer. Definitely want to overspray on this liberally. Safe blind buy for Spring-Summer.

Hot take - But I am someone who thinks the Bleu de Chanels, the Y EDP and the 100 other Ys, the Blue Talismans, and the numerous other "blue" and "fresh" fragrances are boring, plain, and ill even say generic. And that if I wanted to smell like shower gel, like all the cool influencers describe these, Id just spray myself with some Axe and call it a day. This is the only "blue" fragrance in my collection. Its fruity with the plum, sharp with the pepper, a bit of earthy notes from the truffles. There is something about this that makes it one of my favorite summer fragrances in my 200+ collection. (Though, I do wear it year round).. and completely unique to all of those other fragrances mentioned before. I wish I could find others similar to CH Bleu Electrique Cobalt Parfum (or however you say it lol) Although, they are not the exact same, Coach For Men comes very close. That too is one of my go-to summer frags.

This smells like your average man, it’s not overly offensive doesn’t really stand out. I could imagine this being a Gym scent rather than a Date scent. I wouldn’t be wowed by this but it also wouldn’t offend a women - she has smelled this before.

Cobalt is a very youthful scent. There’s a mix of masculine woodiness, that’s paired with a carefree fruity and lavender profile. It’s definitely a summer scent. I’d say past 75° this is a must wear.

A sweet and sour plum scent. It's a really nice sourness. It's balanced by lavender, and there are very light woody notes underneath. It lasts quite a long time, about 10 hours on my skin. On clothes, it can last for days. The sillage is quite good; you can definitely smell it in the same room.

Basic blue scent with a litle sweetness. Youthful and bright.

I used to wear this one a few years ago. Its really youthful smell and not that unique despite the notes. However it does smell appealing and for sure it will get many compliments and it is safe for any occasion really. Now when it comes to longevity I would say it lacks a little bit, especially when it goes head to head with other fragrances at the same price range. The dry down is indeed more woody than I expected and it does leave that nice smell on clothes. For me it is a daily wear, for day and night but can also be an all season scent. Many people do not like it as a winter fragrance and it makes sense but honestly I could definitely wear it in a sunny winter day. Also a personal thought of mine, it does remind me of YSL edp for some reason but not quite, also the bottle is too flashy for my taste. All that being said i think it is a great fragrance. I would recommend it to guys that just want to smell good without overthinking it too much. I can also see it as a signature scent for that reason. You cannot really go wrong with it, not very unique but it doesn't try to hard be one.

Got a sample decant of this from FragranceNet. Glad I didn't get a full bottle. There's a note that blunts this from being a freshie and I believe it's the truffle. The truffle gives it a kind of barf in the background smell. This isn't for me.

It has a note of walking into a stoner's smoky bedroom. It feels like a blue scent that's confused. I really want to like it but I'm just enjoying it less over time. 4/10

Got it as a Gift. Pretty straightforward. Designer Aromatic. Mass Appeal, Blind Buy Safe. Love the smell, but I was it had a citrus aspect to it. Something like a Dior Homme Cologne type of Accord would've taken this to a whole different level. Would buy again, would recommend.

Bought it at Sephora in Mexico. It took some time for me to get the Sparkling blue with zingy freshness mentioned above. Maybe it has something to do with the atomizer on the 150ml bottle. Now it leans a little bit towards the Le Parfum flanker, which I really enjoy. Can't go wrong, if you have time.

For some reason, it strongly reminds me of Armaf Hunter Killer, but fresher, despite the completely different notes. However, when comparing them side by side, that feeling disappears. Both are fresh and sweaty, which doesn’t smell bad to me, but also not as good as most people seem to think. The performance is average. It didn’t impress me either positively or negatively

Everyone compares BB Cobalt to a blue jolly rancher and while it isn't far from it, it isn't quite the same. Bad Boy Cobalt, to me, is more like fresh blue lemonade made using those tart, sour blueberries you'll get in a bunch while removing the sour tinge you get in lemonade. It isn't sour nor is it sweet. I don't get any pink pepper, though I admittedly don't exactly know what it smells like, nor do I pick up on too much plum. I also don't pick up any truffle at the bottom and much of the other woods at the bottom. Cobalt is pretty similar to the smell/taste of blue jolly ranchers but that is only from the opening to 15 minutes after spraying. After that, it just smells like a fresh fragrance with a hint of laundry detergent (as in the smell of fresh clean laundry). Decent fragrance, 5-6 hours of longevity with around arm's length projection. I got my 100ml bottle for $87 on aurafragrance.com. Great atomizer btw. P.S., Like many designer fragrances, if you don't want to blind buy this or spend money on a decant, this is easily found at your local Sephora.
