The Only One Eau de Parfum Intense

One of my most complimented perfumes ever. Every time I wear it, someone asks what I’m wearing. To me, The Only One Intense smells like the perfect love child of Memo Paris Marfa and Mugler Alien. Imagine Marfa’s creamy, solar white florals blended with Alien’s radiant jasmine and sensual warmth. If those two had a baby, this would be it. It’s elegant, addictive, feminine, and incredibly easy to wear. Rich enough to make an impression, yet smooth enough that it never feels overwhelming. I absolutely love it, and it will always have a place in my collection.

If this were a brand new niche perfume it would go viral. It’s a perfect blend of jasmine and creamy vanilla. the hint of coconut makes it smell like a vacation at a luxury resort. This mixed with Muglers Alien is ::chefs kiss::💋

Was my signature night scent for years and it’s a staple in my collection. Very elegant and sexy, mature (but not old), basically a woman that knows what she wants. One thing I noticed is there is a perfume that smells very similar to this one which is Olympéa Absolu by Pacco Rabanne and they are redundant. This one is more floral forward while Olympéa Absolu is more vanilla forward. Basically the same scent with this one being less sweet.

The Only One Intense is the perfect nighttime fragrance. I had so many fun nights out wearing this and for a while, it was my signature scent. The fragrance itself is a safe blind buy. To my nose, the apple note isn't screechy. Instead, the coconut and vanilla notes soften it. I don't get much fruitiness from this fragrance either. It's quite woody and creamy with a dark floral somehow; almost like incense. Perfect for date night. It's very sexy.

The green apple lasts for an hour and it screams. I remember trying it in summer and smelling coconut and creaminess but when I bought it apparently close on the skin just screechy apple

This is okay. I can see someone liking, even loving it, but on me it's mostly a jasmine perfume with an interesting backup band—which is fine, but nothing that grabs me. It doesn't smell exactly like everything else, but it's also not something I would stop someone to ask about. On the other hand, the creamy florals are lush and opulent, and on the right skin I could imagine them making someone feel really, really sexy. (I'm not that someone. I rarely like my gourmand notes mixed with flowers; I prefer my perfumes to be one or the other.) It's a very thick, indulgent perfume, with good longevity and nice tight sillage. Over time: The initial impression is a powerful blast of tart green apple, citrus and florals, with the jasmine immediately apparent as well as the neroli. Within ten minutes the florals dominate, with the vanilla coming out to add a creamy sweetness and the fruit calming down a little. After 40 minutes it's very much a jasmine perfume, with fruit and vanilla offering a slightly gourmand backbone. The coconut might be adding some creaminess, but it's not detectable as a separate note on my skin. At an hour, it's mostly floral, with the fruitiness a lingering, fading note. There's a little coconut and cashmere, but no woodiness; at this stage it's very jasmine (it actually smells a little like tuberose as well) and very creamy. After three hours it's jasmine and creamy vanilla. I never get cedar or any woodiness.

I recently became obsessed with Mugler's Alien Goddess Intense, but either its performance is sooooo disappointingly soft, or I'm quick to become anosmic to it. Sigh. I immediately started searching for a perfume with similar DNA and ended up buying a discounted bottle of The Only One Intense. This perfume isn't quite as sweet and summery in vibe, but I adore it just the same! I only wish the black vanilla note was bourbon vanilla instead. ;) The bottle design is also the perfect representation of the scent inside - it's sleek, luxurious and elegant without being overbearing or stuffy. Overall, The Only One Intense is a great "anytime" perfume and definitely worthy of signature scent status. ** Update 3/22 - I seldom wear the same perfume 2 days in a row, and I like this so much that I've worn it the last 3 days in a row! My oldest son also said it's his favorite out of all the perfumes I wear. Who knows.... maybe The Only One Intense will eventually become my signature. :)

This is a water down mix between vert malachite and rouge malachite. On my skin this doesn't project at all. The scent itself is ok, but there's something about it I don't like. I never reach for it and can't put my nose on what it is.

I don't agree with @Fleurdecoco. This perfume doesn't resemble Rouge Malachite (or its Middle Eastern dupe Zenobia), L'Interdit, Crystal Noir or Golden Decade & Cashmere (which is a flanker of Golden Decade, an excellent dupe of Libre Intense). It has its own personality, elegant, classy and bold.

Very good scent. Super sweet, but in a sophisticated and elegant (not old!) way. Perfect for evenings, all year around

I got this for xmas and i dislike it so much will happily sell it if anyone is interested. I dont get vanilla or anything just strong petro chemical to my nose. someone get this off me

I have a used bottle I purchased 4 years ago, and a small sample vial more recently. They both smell different, the vial smells better to me, the used bottle smells overwhelmingly powdery, I can barely smell anything else, plus disappointing silage and lasting power (initially). I decided to put it on properly today, spray on both arms, neck, and cleavage and its still what I smelled before, but projection is suddenly strong, which is good. With time, the other notes start to emerge, but still muffled. This bottle may have been stored wrongly by its previous owner, hence why the scent changed(?). I do feel like this is the sister of Armani PRM, Givenchy's L'interdit intense and Versace Crystal noir. Its giving me sensual, demure and intimate vibe, but the heavy powder note is giving me maternal too - which doesnt vibe with me well. I'll be back when I try the vial again. Edit: Its a sillage monster, just make sure to spray on the right amount. And it leaves a CRAZY trail. I went back into my room where I had sprayed it, and the whole room has this strong but pleasant orange blossom-white flowers scent. Edit 2: Fast forward 12 hours later and after a shower. Still on my arms. Crazy lasting power, and crazy trail because I smell whiffs of it on me and around me. The only thing I wish for is for the musky/wood notes to not overwhelm everything else. Edit 3: I tried the sample vial, and its less powdery, more sweet, pretty much same sillage and lasting power. I don't know what's going on! 😅 and the dry down smells "carnal" IMO, maybe something sexy to wear on your honeymoon.

Sweet yet sexy perfume that leans feminine - I would describe it as a lover's comforting hug. The flowers and mandarin blend beautifully together, and they are not overpowering to my nose. It's kind of mellow/cloudy but in the best way. It's cosy but sensual. Love it!!

Is anyone looking to swap their bottle of this?

Pair it with coconut body mist for longevity. It is a sensual outgoing dancing summery fragrance. But if u like it all day every occasion then do so! 🤍

Omg!!! This is my type of fragrance! It's fantastic… It's sweet, but not too sweet, creamy and smooth. I think I need to try Rouge Malachite because this fragrance is compared to that fragrance. I'm guessing it's a higher quality and better ingredient version of The Only One Intense. If somebody will DM me if they have tried both and tell me what they think it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a beautiful scent, sweet and floral with that musky sweet dry down. When I first smelled it, I thought it was familiar in that I had owned it before. But as I went through my collection I realized it's similar to my favorite Yara fragrance, Moi. Similar scent profile, however this one is very long lasting. Happy to have it join my collection.

This the perfection i was looking for in a fragrance to a point i would be ready spending the price of a guerlain art&matiere line, if this came with an extrait better performing version. I can’t get enough of it, i hope it never gets discontinued. Like all my passion for fragrances is embodied in a such creamy while spicy, amazing fragrance.

My husband thinks it smells like coconut incense lol. I can see it, like coconut suntan lotion and someone lights up a floral and vanilla incense. It's okay.

The smell is average and is very very weak in performance. Literally faint

Blind bought this hoping for a night time coconut scent - can't detect the coconut at all. Generic mature perfume with no stand out notes. So many amazing reviews, I must be picking up something totally different. Disappointed and trying to resell.

I’m sort of shocked how much I like this. I have a number of niche, expensive white florals and the more I delve into this pricey perfume hobby of mine, the more disappointed I become with mainstream stuff. BUT….this is wonderful. The Only One Intense punches way above her weight class. A lush, dense, intoxicating white floral that is well-blended with interesting nuances. I might prefer this over Rouge Malachite and the longevity is far better. Big love 💗

This is the same “vibe” as Rouge Malachite, by far the best stand in for it. But if one must discern between the two, The Only One Intense is woodier and the coconut is waxy. There is no spice in the notes but the dryness from the coconut with the cashmeran give a peppery facet. The differences are nuanced, and although I have a preference of the two, it isn’t worth mentioning because unless side-by-side, the vast majority of folks won’t know the difference. Purchase as your budget allows and enjoy.

Sweet, warm, floral, bright, fresh, citrusy, creamy, woody, feminine, sensual, seductive, sexy, chic, elegant, classy, charming, whimsical, dreamy, enchanting, radiant, vibrant, delightful, addictive, alluring, inviting, cozy, comforting, Luxurious On me this opens beautifully with sweet, fresh, and bright neroli, fresh and tart green apple, and bright and citrusy mandarin. As it starts drying down the lush jasmine, sweet and citrusy orange blossom, and creamy coconut become intertwined with the bright top notes. Once it’s dried down the sensual vanilla, cozy cashmere woody, and woody cedar become prominent. The notes that are the most prominent on me are the mandarin orange, green apple, orange blossom, vanilla, and cashmere wood. This is an absolutely gorgeous fragrance! It’s definitely full bottle worthy, and would even make a lovely signature scent! When I read the notes for this I was a little nervous about how the green apple and coconut notes would work in this. Surprisingly they fit perfectly. The green apple adds a fresh and bright scent without overpowering the other notes. The coconut just adds a creaminess instead of bringing anything tropical to the scent. I do get a slight lovely, warm, and delicious cinnamon-y apple pie kind of scent in the background that I catch occasional whiffs of before it dries down when the base notes become more prominent. I think that’s coming from the combination of the green apple and vanilla, but it doesn’t define the scent, rather it stays more subtle in the background. It opens really nice, and for a few seconds the juicy jasmine lingers. But it’s quickly overpowered by the sweet vanillin and coconut. The sweet-powdery notes in the mid and drydown reminds me a lot of Dolce&Gabbana Pour Femme, although the marshmallow has been replaced by coconut. Not bad, just sweet and girly, and no spice or edge whatsoever.
