I'm amazed that I actually do enjoy this. Usually "vintage" or nostalgic perfumes are not my thing, but admittedly, this was released in 2017, so there should be nothing dated about this. I'd rather call it timeless. It does remind you of fresh crisp laundry. And a sea breeze. There is a nostalgic, comforting feel to it. It's feminine and clean, hard to over spray, but it's not watery. I'm not sure if it's a safe blind buy, even if you like the Green Tea version. This one has more "spice" and personality to it, compared to Green Tea.

A very generic white tea scent , pleasant but not overpowering. For someone who wants to feel like they are put together but doesn't want perfume to be noticed. It is suited to someone who is over 45.

this is my signature perfume im so obsessed and so sad it doesn't last longer, its so classy and sophisticated, its a bit more to the mature side.

Yeah, I don't normally write reviews, but this one pissed me off sooo bad. Reading the notes I thought for sure I would like this, but NO. They managed to turn those notes into Aquanet/ White Rain hairspray, and as a child of the 80s and teen of the 90s I am traumatized by that smell. And now by this fragrance. Boo.

Анонім

Doesn’t last long, and it’s probably a bit too feminine for me, but it’s a really nice smell that conjures up a feeling of drying yourself off with a big fluffy towel after a really refreshing shower. I’d say it smells predominantly like the herby, orange opening. You could convince me that the dry down has some tea in, but to my nose it just smells sort of soft, clean, and musky.

Really tried to like it because I really love Green tea. It’s too powdery? Too citrusy? The citrus note i think is giving me a headache. The citrus here is more dry + slightly sharp, not juicy. White Tea is one of those “smells nice but not for me” perfumes.

So beautiful--but so ephemeral. I'm reminded of traveling in the hot, crowded streets of Maoist China, finding momentary relief from the rough world by putting my nose into sacks of tea leaves. Hoped that might serve well in my present-day life in hot, crowded Cairo but, unless I keep the bottle in my bag and hold it under my nose every quarter hour, it remains just a memory. As fleeting as the experience is, I like having that as an option for desperate times. My synesthesia gives me flashes of pale green, dark earthy and a flash of dried purple herbs, which fits the notes. I sense porcelain as well, but all through the filter of a distant memory. I also notice a lemon dish soap smell, but it's just as transitory as the rest. A hint of it all lingers on my skin for a few moments and it's haunting, unique. The scent is stronger, at first, on cotton, but after a few minutes, all I can detect is...nothing.

Awful. Nothing pleasant here at all, smells chemically, like household cleanser that tries not to be too caustic smelling. Cheap smelling.

Citrus tea, citrus tea. Very stereotypical "perfumy" tea note. A bit androgynous, and I completely get why others say it smells like a hotel. It smells v strongly woody on me, and lasts a bit too long bc I do get a headache from it. Might stick to spraying this below the waist. It's alright, might change my view on it in a few weeks.

I am addicted to this amazing perfume (although I'm a massive lover of clary sage and herbal smells) !!! I wish it was stronger and longer lasting. It is a whole experience of spa-like welbeing and peace. In four words: Tea meets clary sage . If you dab some clary sage essential oil, you basically have this scent. But its a little more rounded with a hint of tea and iris and a subtle touch of something green and herbal. It is not sweet or floral, but more aromatic and herbal. If you think of the smell inside expensive hotels, luxury face creams, or the smell of a spa lobby, you can envisage the vibe of this scent. If I met someone wearing it I would assume they were not wearing perfume but instead, had a really nice lotion or soap or hairspray. Because it's clary sage based, it avoids the PVA-glue smell of some white tea perfumes. How does it compare to Eliizabeth Arden Green Tea: For me, green tea had poor sillage and longevity, and it didnt smell like tea - it smelled like aquatic notes and the 1990s sea minerals perfumes, with a touch of citrus. Whereas this one is refined and unmistakably herbal . The perfume does not really smell of white tea though, if you enjoy tea smells, you might want something else - this is a clary sage perfume and does not smell of white tea. There is a subtle smell of yerba mate, but the clary sage is the prominant note

I cant believe I never reviewed this perfume. I have gone through a lot of bottles. I discovered it in the summer of 2023. I have no idea how white tea smells like but this smells salty, like a salty sea breeze in the summer night. Its creamy and fresh at the same time, a scent I can inhale deeply and never get sick of it. I guess the amber and tonka base gives that creamy fullness, its such a full scent (I feel like some scents are kinda hollow and it makes them smell cheap). The freshness is maybe the tea and sage? There is some sweet mandarin too, but the overall perfume is salty, I guess thats the sea note. I use it all year around and its something Ill always repurchase. However, I think in winter it doesnt develop fully and I dont get that saltiness I see so vividly in the summer. I just wish it was stronger. Its super light and I smell it on me for a few hours but its very close to the skin. I do reapply it often and generously. I dont know which frag smells like this one but that is much stronger, Ill need to dig deeper. I thought Wood sage and sea salt from Jo Malone might do the trick but on my skin it smells sour, it cant compare to White Tea! Anyways, even tho its so weak, its one of the best fragrances Ive ever tried and nothing compares to it so far. Its a whole vibe. A summer breeze in the night, a bit cold that caresses your skin, thick creamy and fresh.

Fresh clean and classy smelling simply timeless

This is a stronger, longer-lasting version of Green Tea. Surprisingly, the tea note isn’t too noticeable here. Instead, the citrus and amber notes stand out more. This is great for casual warm weather wear.

Анонім

It opens very sharp on my skin, and slightly bitter, but settles into a fresh and elegant tea scent. Not something I’d typically go for (it was a gift) and a tad synthetic smelling, but I like wearing it to work events to feel more put together than I am.

Анонім

It is clean girl aesthetics in Daytime. A nice office wear. Upon first spray I instantly get the sharp mandarin skin with greenery. Then it dries down to a marinal-open air-freshly bedsheet smell. There is a slight sweetness from the amber and in the end it sits a powdery flower tea feeling. It stays on clothes a long time. On skin it’s more mild. I like this one.

This smells so soothing and elegant. Really nicely balanced and subtle! I don't really understand people calling this a very mature scent, to me it is timeless and fresh, and I'm in my twenties. It does have a bit of a vintage vibe, maybe because of the powdery iris note? I think this would be a safe gift for a mother or auntie with a classic and modest taste in fragrance. Love it for the night-time to wind down after a shower.

Анонім

Smells like freshly washed & ironed clothes. Not bad but it really smells as cheap as it is. I wish it was a tiny bit softer as there's a small amount of sharpness present & it lasts for the majority of its lifetime. it's pleasant, boring if you ask me.

Анонім

Wow! It is SO STRONG. Although, I am a person who smells stick easy to. Such a sickly scent. It pinches your nostrils, like sweat. Tiring for the senses and literally offensive to wear. I wouldn't want to hug a person wearing this, lest the smell transfer. I scrubbed my hand from the two sprays hard, put alchol, then baby oil. It refuses to budge. Old lady type of scent. I do not feel any of the complex notes going on here, there is one very sharp and pungent note going on which I would best compare wuth the pollen coming out of the buds of those nasty trees. Avoid.

This is such a nice, timeless and effortless scent. It's currently summer here, and this has been one of my easy-reaches for the season.

Анонім

This is effortless, clean simplicity. It smells like fresh laundry in a sunlit room. It is very pretty and understated, with a light, calm presence that never overwhelms. Inoffensive but unremarkable. Not much of a personality in this scent, but that's kind of what you need if you are looking for a safe fragrance. Perfect for the office, school, or any setting where you want to smell fresh and put-together without making a statement.

I got this in a little vial form to get free shipping on Fragrance.Net. It ended up being my favorite scent that I ordered! I can see why people say it smells like a nice hotel-- it does, but not in a way that is overly generic or basic. I actually find that there's a nice nuance to this scent. It's light, not too floral-forward, yet still feminine and clean. I would say this is a safe blind buy if you like spa-like, feminine-leaning but still unisex enough. I think that this really could be a staple summer scent, and probably works wonderfully layered with other scents, too!

Анонім

The tea smell is very fragrant--like smelling freshly picked tea leaves while you're enjoying a sunny morning by the tea plantation. However, it is very weak (in both sillage and longevity). I'd use this on days where I don't want to spritz on a perfume and yet, feel "empty" when I don't

There is a lot to say about Elizabeth Arden's White Tea , but I'll say only three words. Timeless, elegance, effortless .

I'm really surprised to see that the main accords on here were aromatic, green, marine, and woody because I wish it was that way on me. Instead, all I get is powdery iris. I've seen this fragrance recommended by quite a few people in various forums as a great summer fragrance, and EA Green Tea was a favorite of my teenage years, so I blind bought it and was it wasn't quite what I expected. I'm in my mid 40's and it almost felt too mature for me, like it belonged on someone a couple of decades older than me. It's light and airy though, and I'd reach for it occasionally before bed, but I've found other perfumes I like better that serve the same purpose, so I'm just using my bottle up as a room spray. I am assuming that is an issue with my skin chemistry and not the scent itself, but I imagine it would feel more fresher and modern if my skin didn't amp up the powder so much. Maybe it's because my grandmother's signature scent was White Linen and there is something in here that reminds me of her? Not that they smell the same and WL is much stronger, and this is light and fleeting, but for some reason this is activating some olfactory memory of grandma. Also, I'm a big tea drinker and really don't see where the tea is here (but, I also don't think Green Tea smells like actual tea either).

Анонім

For me it’s like a bouquet of irises with morning dew, and somewhere in the distance, laundry is drying and tea has been brewed. Very calm, complimentary, and for me it’s one of the most pleasant kind of “clean core” fragrances I have been using, at least it is pretty distinctive amongst them. It is neither long lasting or lingering, but for its price it is forgivable

Анонім

If you like the fragrance that hotels use, you will probably like this. It's always white tea. I can't get enough.

Анонім

If it’s for elderly people, then I’m an elderly person at heart☺️. 36F here, tried this two or three years ago, and it still beats a lot of niche and overpriced fragrances out there that I’ve tried and currently own. This is so clean with a light floral scent. It doesn’t have the citrusy sharpness that the OG Green Tea has. It feels softer, more enveloping, classy, elegant, like freshly-laundered hotel beddings and pillow cases. Sprayed this in my room one time, because I had visitors, and it upgraded up my room to luxe level. Wearing it again after a year, and my love for it hasn’t changed. This is something I don’t always reach for, but when I do it feels like a spa experience. It’s a treat, and as long as they have it in circulation, I will always have it in my collection.

Анонім

Green tea but make it mature and clean. Boring and reminds me of elderly people

Анонім

Mm. Honestly I had zero expectations of this fragrance but I'm pleased. On the opening, a very perfume-y kind of scent, definitely not a true tea note. But pleasant! Not super meditative or spa-like, more of just a standard fare women's iris-forward scent. Perfect for daytime, springtime, etc etc. Dry down is slightly screechy but feels more like a true white tea. I don't get any creaminess or vanilla-y notes with the tonka, just some appreciated depth. Inoffensive and a fine blind buy if you're looking for something for work or class.

Анонім

Get a lot of rubbing alcohol scent in the opening but it gives way to a wet white floral with powder and citrus I guess it's iris? No tea detected. Became sweeter as the day went on. Kind of boring.
