This smells fantastic on paper, a fruity high quality oudh, but on my skin it is really smoky and leathery — too masculine with the akigala wood.
Very woody, it’s like smelling peace of wood, lacquered wood, not a single fruity note to my nose, only wood
Oud, florals and fruity. Might just be the one you need for going out. This and Secret Safran, are the ones I would gravitate most towards if trying out Maison Crivelli's fragrances.
I love this fragance i just get it today and was love at first smell the contrast is amazing the passionfruit and the oud whit that cuir in the base is just blow up mi mind
This starts with a very loud scream of passionfruit, maybe too loud? Don't get me wrong, it is interesting, but passionfruit, besides being ripe yet not overripe, juicy, is also unpleasantly sharp and very sweety-sour. Resembles an artificial tone of hairspray. It also loses its breath very quickly and the Turkish rose that replaces it is no longer a very interesting youthful combination. The perfume seems to turn in your hand. Yes, the beautifully suffocating saffron, moist leather and patchouli remain, but you can find this in many other perfumes. Not as original as it seemed at first glance, overpriced.
Fruity oud. But sweeeeet as hell. I would perfectly wear it all season but i need to calm it down. But since it is strong will be more a night fragrance for me. Dry down is very sweet. Wood is on the lighter side.
A lad, stinking of yesterday's sesh, rocks up to a tyre shop with a passion fruit juice in his hand. He biffs it right onto the deck—and mate, that’s exactly what this "scent" is. A proper nightmare you just can't scrub off.
It’s art in bottle
I think this perfume made me believe that scents have aphrodisiac qualities. One sniff of this gave me the same physiological response as being caressed and slowly kissed by a lover. It entranced me, I couldn't stop smelling myself nor the bottle. I wish this perfume was a person so I could marry it.
I got this fragrance today, and I instantly fell in love with it. The dry down is the most interesting part! This is one masterpiece and it stands out
@jaskr0. Ale bajka przez AI. When are AI reviews going to be stopped
Rich, fruity and woody. Notes; plum, rose, powder notes, dark woods, smoky oud, sweet creamy vanilla, patchouli, fruity aromas, strawberry? Metallic tonka, balsamic notes. Performance is great, loud projection and lasts on skin until the next day. Unisex, leaning feminine. Ages 28+, better in cooler weather but wearable in most situations. Has a classy feel, would suit a warm evening and be great for dates. At times reminded me of TF tobacco vanille. Overall I really like it, very pleasant, top tier, fruity oud fragrance.
The first time I smelled this masterpiece was at a Globus in Bern, Switzerland. I immediately fell in love with this fragrance. I recently purchased a 2 ml decant because I can't afford to spend €200 on a 50 ml bottle. I still consider this fragrance the pinnacle of perfumery; it's simply amazing.
The passionfruit gives it a nice zingy, slightly sour twist while still being sweet and fresh. The oud and leather gives it darkness, the combo of fruits, leather and oud is well done, tho there is some rubberiness to it, I don't find it that annoying. The problem is the wearability, I don't reach for it that often even tho I really like it because with 3 sprays it will stay on my skin for 50 hours and still project strongly 8 hours after applying it. I like to wear alot of different scents and this will overpower another scent even a full 24 hours after spraying it but that could be a big plus if you want a true beast mode fragrance that lasts forever.
Oud Maracujá by Maison Crivelli is another masterpiece from Jordi Fernández. The contrast of passion fruit and oud is playful and addictive. An alluring scent that is blended beautifully and can be dressed up or down because of it's pure artistry. This one is a stand out in the fruity oud family and will certainly remain a timeless classic.
I genuinely like Oud Maracujá. The contrast between the passion fruit and oud is addictive, and it's easy to understand why it became so popular. For a while, it was one of the most enjoyable fragrances in my collection. Ironically, its success is also why I moved on from it. I started smelling it everywhere, and some of the magic of wearing something unique disappeared. Still, there's no denying it's a fantastic fragrance and one of the standout releases of recent years.
Smells like passionfruit and batman.
I can understand Yodaz honest review, this is not for everyone. Certainly a more challenging fragrance than average. Personally I like it. I like the fruity, rubber tyre, leather mix. I like its strong performance. I don't like the price and it isn't a scent you can wear anytime, anywhere.
I can't understand how people like this, imagine smelling like a rose-scented fruit basket that smells like sh1t just to be eccentric.
one of a kind scent to the point that other perfume houses can’t copy, i smelled a so called “similar scent” to it and it smelled like a an experience gone wrong. It smells extremely dark and warm i wouldn’t say it’s spicy but i do sense some spice.
EN Maison Crivelli Oud Maracujá Oud Maracujá is the scent of a humid tropical evening, where ripe passion fruit meets the dark, heated depth of oud. There is no simple fruity sweetness here: the passion fruit sounds bright, juicy, daring, like a flash of light against dense woods, leather, and resins. Saffron gives the composition a spicy tension, rose makes it more noble, while oud, patchouli, benzoin, and amber gather everything into a deep, sensual trail. The leathery nuance adds strength and physicality, turning the fragrance into something richer, darker, and more magnetic. With its 32% concentration, this extrait de parfum unfolds fully and holds around itself a cloud of mysterious seduction for a long time. It is not meant to please everyone: it will be truly appreciated by those who love bold, deep, and sensual compositions. It is a fragrance of contrasts: tropical light and Eastern shadow, juicy fruit and warm leather, sweetness and danger. Oud Maracujá smells daring, luxurious, and hypnotic.
This is like a cough syrup called tussilar m Not worth the hype
A strong open of passionfruit and rubber-tire oud. Then rose creeps in, and labdanum, making the scent feel fresh and dry/aged/warm at once. This had a gentler sillage than I expected (though I only did one spray!), but lasted a long time on skin, ending with a cozy vanilla. It certainly evolves.
The super realistic and rich passion fruit note doesn't last long in the opening. As it dries down, the oud and leather become much more dominant and overpower the passion fruit, and I don't like it anymore. I'm not a big fan of leather notes, and even less so oud; I only bought it for the passion fruit note, which is very realistic and I love it. Unfortunately, as I said, its intensity doesn't last long. If it leaned towards the sweet or fresh side and lasted longer, it would be perfect for me. However, there is no denying the quality of this perfume.
This is my second favorite fragrance that I own. The combination of passionfruit and oud is amazing. I was never really a fan of oud before, but once I smelled it in this fragrance, I completely fell in love with it. It can be a bit overwhelming if you overspray, I experienced that once, but when applied properly, it really shines. This is the kind of fragrance that’s perfect for standing out on special occasions. Overall rating: 9/10
It was transcendental the first time I've tried Oud Maracujá. This one is responsible for me falling in love with perfume and starting my collection. 10000/10
Fantastic beast mode fragrance and the oud and fruity notes are blended extremely really well and don’t climb over one another. Leans just slightly masculine for my liking, would be fantastic on a male though.
I really love tropical fragrances, and I’ve smelled a lot of perfumes in that exact category (Nostos, God of Fire, Passion Proud, Mango Macumba, Mango Aoud). Somehow, I kept coming back to Oud Maracuja, but the reviews were always so divided... I finally decided to do a blind buy, and honestly, I am so pleasantly surprised. The oud (true, it's not real oud) is very smooth and doesn't feel synthetic at all. The passion fruit is beautifully tart and tangy with a sweet aftertaste, and the saffron adds a subtle, pleasant metallic sharpness. In my opinion, it’s definitely wearable in the summer, especially for evenings (one spray is more than enough). Another interesting thing-Bangkok Paradise by MITH Bangkok strongly reminds me of Oud Maracuja, just without the oud.
I reached for Oud Maracujá because on paper it sounded like exoticism with claws: oud, passion fruit, tropical fruit, smoke, density, something dark and wild. I thought I would get a luxury fruit in a leather armchair. I got a ritual. The kind after which you are no longer sure whether you have just returned from a perfume shop, or whether someone has painted your forehead with ash, pressed a sour fruit to your lips, and told you not to ask questions because the forest is listening. The first blow The first hit is smoke. Not a candle. Not some little incense stick from an esoteric shop where a woman in linen trousers sells “peace of the soul” for 149 złoty. No. This is smoke from a fire in a wild forest, where a shaman is burning forbidden herbs — the kind that make your eyes open wider, make a shadow grow its own shadow, and suddenly leave you unsure which side of the world you are standing on. The smoke comes first, shamelessly. Straight into the nose, then behind the eyes, then somewhere deeper, into that part of the brain that still remembers humans were once afraid of the dark for a reason. And there, underneath that smoke, something is watching. Not human. Not quite animal. More like wildness itself, sitting motionless between the trees, waiting for you to understand that you are the guest here. When the forest begins to breathe After a while, the passion fruit appears — but this is not the sweet, polite passion fruit from a wedding dessert, sitting on a platter next to kiwi and grapes, where everything smells of sugar, cream, and a photographer with a flash. This is a fruit picked either too early or too late — sour, tart, sticky, dense. Passion fruit with a knife under its skin. It does not bring sweetness like dessert. It coats the throat. It leaves that sharp, tart trace on the tongue, as if someone had mixed tropical fruit juice with smoke, resin, and something you should not drink before sunset. And that is beautiful, because the sweetness does not soften the scent. It thickens it. Like a black syrup from a fruit that grew too close to a place of sacrifice. The oud sits underneath like dark soil. It does not walk out elegantly in polished shoes. It is damp, shadowy, woody, slightly dangerous. Like an old tree stump in the forest that no reasonable person would sit beside after dusk. At the bottom of the ritual In the base, Oud Maracujá becomes even stickier, deeper, and strangely hypnotic. This is no longer “fruit and oud.” This is a ceremony. An enchanted ritual of a long-forgotten tribe that knew scent could do more than smell — it could change the direction of thought. The smoke circles low. Fruits split open in the hands. The air is heavy, warm, sour, and resinous. Someone is beating a drum far away between the trees, but maybe it is only your own heart after the third inhale. There is wildness here, but not randomness. This is not chaos. This is order from before civilization. The order of fire, fruit, shadow, and prohibition. Oud Maracujá smells like a place where there is no signal, no watch, no polite conversations at the table. There is only smoke, dark wood, sour fruit crushed on the tongue, and the awareness that if the forest is saying something to you, it is better not to answer too confidently. Longevity? Like the trace of smoke in your hair after a night you cannot quite explain. On the skin it sits dense, warm, tart, and with a will of its own. It is not pushy like cheap sweetness, but it does not vanish politely either. It circles close to the body, like smoke around a fire — seemingly drifting away, only to suddenly return and hit you straight in the face. On clothes, it remains like the scent of a forbidden clearing: fruit, smoke, resin, dark wood, and something that looks like luxury but has bare feet smeared with earth. On the psyche — like the question of whether you really need civilization, or whether you have simply grown used to its lighting. Marketing says Probably something about the contrast between oud and passion fruit, exotic luminosity, sensual depth, woody elegance, and tropical energy. They should have written “For people who want to smell like a shaman in a wild forest burning forbidden herbs, sour passion fruit bitten open in smoke, oud buried in dark soil, and the ritual of a tribe that vanished from the map but left behind a fire, a drum, and a warning: do not breathe too shallowly.” Rating: 1000/10 I am not taking points away, because this scent did not come here for a beauty contest. It came to check whether you have the courage to step beyond the tree line. These are not fruity perfumes. This is passion fruit on the dark side of the forest. Sour, sticky, wild, smoky. A fruit that does not sit on a platter — it drips from your hands during a ritual, when the fire is already burning, the eyes are open too wide, and someone in the shadow says: “Now breathe. But be careful, because the scent remembers the way back.”
To all the people that say the new batches are weak: I have a new 2026 RAF1 batch and it’s still absolutely nuclear. After a full shift at work my coworkers could still smell me very well from a distance even though I couldn’t smell it much myself anymore. I feel like there’s a bit of a difference in smell though. This new batch is way more fruity and less leathery compared to the old ones, it also stays fruity for a longer time compared to the old batch. In the old batch the leather/oud creeped up earlier and started dominating in the drydown while the passionfruit completely disappeared. I prefer this new batch, because I feel like it’s more wearable to me now. I like the Crivelli leather/oud combo but a lot of people here in the Netherlands seem to hate it. They’re not to used to anything else that’s not Dior Sauvage, 1 Million or Invictus lol
