Aoud Lemon Mint

Honestly - masterpiece of a fragrance. Opening is so citrusy and so fresh. I’m not getting any spices in the opening. To me it’s one of those fragrances where the opening is so sharp you can’t really discern what’s happening. Almond is prominent. Mint not so much. Not at all really. Drydown is very soft and pleasant. It’s not oudy in an offensive fecal barnyard way. Awesome longevity with room filling sillage. Unisex but definitely male leaning. Beautiful bottle with a magnetic cap. Id call it a safe blind buy if you’re a fan of citrusy fragrances. You get 120 ml for under 80€. What more could you want? [9.1/10]

I have this bottle for I believe 7 months. I tried it 30 - 40 mins ago, over the base of my neck, 3 small sprays, behind my neck, left and right, so that I avoid going nose blind (this is a very potent fragrance, warning). It has changed significantly since last time I tried it - some 2-3 months ago, and it's a nice change. 1. It feels fresher, not so dense, no so heavy 2. It was a great idea to wear it like that. Definitely no need to spray heavily, Less is more with this. 3. I start to understand the "mint" in the name, believe it or not. No, I am not sure it's mint (!) , but you get a note that it's herbal-ly, it's not lemon, for sure, and one could say it 's something that resembles mint in a way. 4. Since I love the L'homme Ideal line, because of the almond note, I am loving the almond in this. Is it the same? no. But it gives the fragrance a creaminess I appreciate. In all, it's a really good fragrance that makes me feel nice.

Very nice, more for man

The opening on this was so strong , it caused me physical pain like little glass shards in my nose. First fragrance to do that. I didn’t make it to the drydown. Opening smelled like citrus bug spray and that was enough. No mint. Had such high hopes. Limonana (lemon mint) is hands down the best summer drink.

I knew going in almond was one of the notes, but it is much more prominent than I expected and kind of dominates everything else but the lemon in the opening. Not bad but I am not in love with it either. Glad I got a decant first.

Just got mine yesterday and it is great! 2 sprays and it fills the room, you can get nose blind and do not feel it, but my wife told me it is everywhere after me. I got 12 hours on my skin and 3-4 of projection,very good projection...Mancera at it's best. Creamy, almond with a faint oud note, the lemon is ...far far away...a bit of sweet from the vanilla,almonds are felt as well,but the mint...not there . Great spring and summer fragrance but I would not recommend it as a blind buy if you are used to the normal freshies....

Very true to the notes listed, if not quite the name (no mint). Lemon is there at the opening, along with very noticeable oud, vanilla, amber, and musk. Leather. It isn't an objectionable oud, but doesn't really do a lot for me either. Another fragrance that I would call "fine", but isn't my style, isn't one a "love", feels like it is treading the same ground as many others. Seems of decent quality, just not what I am looking for.

Strong lemon opening and a smooth creamy almond finish. I'm not smelling the cool mint though. Top Mancera product. Very attractive bottle. I wouldn't recommend wearing this on a humid day. I got a good deal on this one. I think you can get this $80 on up. The wrong guy got complimented while I was wearing this so I know it has great projection. 9/10

Definitely interesting to say the least, the almond and citrus and mint combination works sometimes but other times it's a bit wack

Revisiting this fragrance in July '26, and it's just an okay smelling fragrance...but certainly not bad and could be worn year round and under most any situation. I suspect designer heads will think this scent is a bit to complex and niche heads will say it's synthetic and boring. The Mancera & Montale line has never really excited me with their many offerings. I wouldn't encourage anyone to blind by Aoud Lemon Mint unless you can buy it for <$50USD. Score: 6.25/10

First of all, I didn't get the lemon cleaning products at all. Almost everything about the scent is great except one thing, it reminds me of old man's fragrance. I think it's probably the combination of musk and leather that gives me that impression. That's a dealbreaker for me, so I'll pass on it. The performance is excellent tho.

A real steal for $60..smells more expensive than it actually is. Maceration required as I did purchase a tester bottle.

This is the niche version of Versace Eros Parfum, plain and simple, although this came out before Eros Parfum. The DNA is so similar especially in the dry down. The Parfum to be specific, because that one has the lemon citrus note and less apple. If you like Versace Eros, this is a no brainer to have. They are not exact carbon copies, but it's the same vibe.

Just recieved my full bottle today after getting my hands on a couple samples and loving them. The full bottle (about 11 months old) was way more potent than the samples! Forgot how great it was! 2 sprays tonight and I know I will smell the drydown when I wake in the morning. This is an amazing summer fragrance, last heat wave wore this outside working, little sweat seemed to boost the sillage for hours. Even more importantly, my wife likes it. Mancera continues to impress with potent, long lasting, complex scents.

If you're used to cheap designer fragrances, skip this one, it's not a beginner scent...at all. This is complex and transitions a lot. This is one of the happiest uplifting fragrances that have substance. Begins with candid lemon and almond, and maybe some aldehydes in the background, then the woods start to show as the lemon starts to fade. The oud accord (not natural oud, but rather an approximation of oriental oud) settles with what remains of that almond and sweetness. This sweetness never becomes cloying or overbearing for summer, on the contrary, it somehow remains fresh, and that's what makes this fragrance unique IMHO. Longevity on later batches is almost 7 hours, I have tried a sample from the old batches and that was really potent. I personally prefer it over the dumb repetitive designer fragrances that have no character. This one has all the character and attitude you want, but it's not for the uninitiated. For newbies, I would recommend Oud Blue Notes, it's similar-ish but stripped down to the point where it becomes closer to regular designer releases, but better.

A versatile, but quite casual oud fragrance. The lemon fades very quickly after the opening and even now that I've been using it almost every day for two months, I still haven't found the mint in Aoud lemon mint. I would best describe it as a light almondy and leathery oud with some patchouli action behind it. Overall, it's a great, crowd pleasing daily-driver type of scent, with capability for evening use. I don't get other reviews that label the fragrance as sweet or especially citrusy. I guess you will want to test this one out before buying. Also I find the longevity to be just moderate.

It just smells weird on my skin but smells great in the air and paper

One of the worst fragrance of all time. I blind bought it because of the reviews on Youtube, and I must say it is your typical fragrance that can be bought on Gas Station Marts. Arrrghh.. I wasted my money... Get a sample before you buy one..

I loved it when i first bought it and loved it even more after a year of having it. I feel like it smells so good compared to other manceras. It’s good for summer but different than other summer frags.

Lemon dish washing liquid, grandma's cheap intensely sweet and sticky jasmine based perfume, a very medicinal fake oud accord from a counterfeit of an already cheap middle eastern perfume, and a wet leather bag. The faint almond note is the only thing in the blend that I somehow like. And that is what I got on a fifth test in the span of a year, and I try to be gentle in my reviews as fragrances are very subjective. But I find this to be incredibly bad. Especially the jasmine in it smells like you spilled one of those 3€ "essential oil" glass bottles that are sold as a car freshener. As for the L' Homme Ideal comparison, yeah, this totally smells like a LHI bottle. One that has gone bad. Even if you are tempted to buy it, get a decant before you find yourself stuck with a bottle that is a bit difficult to get rid of. Even if you like it, try to find a 10ml mini, as it is extremely strong and you will get bored of it before finishing one third of a bottle. Most Manceras were very good for their time, but after the middle eastern revolution, most of them just smell like one of the better Lattafas. And they are cheap, but not Lattafa cheap.

Complete blind buy. Unique but i like it. Definitly try before buying it tho.

Cheap, harsh, synthetic and overpowering lemon. Completely lacks the depth, woodiness and complexity of Cedrat Boise which I love - this is just a headache. Not for me, don’t understand the positive reviews at all.

Great almond Oud lemon scent remind me of Guerlain habit Rouge

Not blind buy safe. Overall I liked this, but I probably won't buy it (tested it at Neiman Marcus). Scent Profile is pretty unique and interesting. Every hour or so it smells different and the more it dries down the more I like it more. While I wouldnt have a problem wearing it, Dylan Blue fits the same vibe for me (not the same scent profile at all), and I like that scent way more.

edit: this is legit beast mode, pure beast, it stick to everybody i hug, and project from the transfered, performances are truly amazing, scent, for me its amazing, this is not regular citrus summer fragrance, this is different beast glue type perfume, even after 8 hours cand be transfered with huging or any type of phisical touch. batch november 2025

For me Aoud Lemon Mint (or Mancera in general lol) is the perfect example of a fragrance growing on you. The first few times wearing it I was unsure but knew I did enjoy the almondy dry down. After 5-10 wears now I have come to enjoy it more but it's so potent that it can easily be overdone. 2 sprays max for me, especially in summer. The almond with the ever so slight oud makes it clean yet mysterious. 7/10

I think I might prefer this over cedrat boise. Its less of a citrus bomb despite the name. More mature leaning freshie. Will need to give it some full wears to test the performance

Top 10 Oud Fragrances for me, its like a oud fragrance thats suitable for spring and summer, dont let the word “lemon mint” scare you, it might sound bad but the mint is light and the citrus is just right. If you are a beginner looking for some oud fragrances, this one is fantastic.
