Versense

This has been my go-to for years now. I get headaches and nausea from strong, heavy perfumes and this one is light with no sickly qualities. Partner loves it, has decent longevity.

The first time I tested this I wrote it off as "floor cleaner". However, testing on my skin gave me such pretty wafts of a fresh white floral + what smelled like lime to me. I ended up purchasing a bottle but don't use it nearly as often as I should. I do love every wear though. The fragrance lasts all day for me and works best in heat. Fresh and juicy tartness that smells like lime. Opening is herbaceous and bright. Rindy, but nothing is sour, bitter nor too sweet on my skin. Bright and beautiful. I'm not one for citrus but I love this. It reads more floral to me with the most beautiful and complimentary citrus support. A zesty feminine fragrance. Try if: you like white florals and generally don't like citrus...you may be surprised.

My sense of nostalgia , I have been searching for this vintage perfume from quite some time, and I was lucky finding it. the beauty of the good old day, a beautiful opening of citrus notes that fades in your soul, a reminder of the legacy of brand perfumes can't stop enjoying it through out the day Over all 9.5/10

This a beautiful spring/summer scent. For me it's a cross between chance eau fraiche and bal d'afrique.

This is a beautiful lemony cold scent, not sweet, light and fresh for hot days. I used it during a winter, because I got as a Christmas gift. But here is the problem - person who gave me this scent. I have some connection between nose and memories and these memories are not happy, so ... :-( I am so sorry, becaue this is very nice and I like this type of scents. I got lots of compliments on it. I tried it few times in parfumery again and again and ... no, still is not time. So, mayby - time will be helpful. Nice minimalist bottle, nice colour, nice smell. Now I am thinking about it - convert the memories and re-write into something beautiful and happy.

So much lemon, in a good way. This reminds me of a really attractive, put together lady I would've seen at church growing up. Love citrus, not so much on me. Also the floral notes throw me off a little.. it makes the frag a little dry imo.

Amazing scent! I had this fragrance since year 2018 when I received it as a gift! Since my first spray I have just ordered my third bottle. For me this is a sexy, going-out scent. To me It's also a real confident fragrance that make me feel empowered but that's because I received it and wore it at a time in life where so much changed to the better. To me it's not an everyday fragrance, because it is potent, you don't need much and it lasts all day.

This is really lovely and fresh. It smells good but I realised that, while I enjoy citrus smells, I dont like to wear them myself. I gave it to my husband and it smells yummy on him.

This is the perfect citrusy scent. However, I got bored of it after awhile

All time favorite. Maaaaaaas, como o bom cítrico que é, tão leve que descola da pele à menor brisa. Não tem problema, reaplica-se. Vibrante, alegre, jovial sem ser infantil, sutilmente floral e por isso, feminino na medida certa, pouquíssimo dulçor, apenas banho tomado e refrescância.

A very nice fresh scent for warm weather! And yes this smells like Chanel chance eau fraîche , very similar but milder and disappears quicker however I think this is better when it’s hot outside! I don’t want my scent to be overwhelming and this one isn’t.

By far, my favorite of all the Versace fragrances. A citrus bomb. It’s very fresh and if you like an extremely citrus perfume, you’d probably like this one. Heavy on the bergamot. And very green. I can even smell the olive tree. That olive note is very reminiscent of The Body Shop’s Olive line. Definitely a unisex fragrance. I don’t think I’ve ever smelled anything else quite like this. I feel like it’s very unique. I’m not sure it would be a very good blind buy though.

Super fresh with really nice citrus notes. It smells clean, effortless, and soft, like it just melts into your skin naturally. But since it’s only an EDT, the longevity is insanely short, which sucks, otherwise I’d totally buy it.

One of my all time favorite, go-to, summery, citrus fragrances. I wish it lasted a bit longer, but it’s light and inoffensive, and layers well over a neutral sunscreen (and then lasts a bit longer ha!).

Ugh I love this. It goes so well with my body chemistry. It has a strong jasmine and green note. For the people who say it smells like the color green... are totally right. But it also smells like money. Very expensive and formal smelling😌 Edit: This is also a good perfume if you have a sweating problem. I have horrible anxiety, and lots of perfumes make you smell worse when you sweat (which is normal.) But this one doesn't.

I was looking for a fresh, citrusy and clean fragrance, and a content creator I follow often recommended it as the perfect scent for summer, and it really is! It has that summery scent, like a dinner in the garden of a villa on the Mediterranean coast. But I find it lacks a bit of juiciness, to me it’s dry, and not overly feminine, in fact, I’d say it’s a perfectly unisex fragrance. A very herbal blend with a citrusy scent. I quite like it, but it’s not my favourite when it comes to fresh, clean citrus fragrances. I still prefer Acqua di Gioia, which is more playful, elegant and juicy.

It smells like a citrus mix, and that is about all that is to it, nice and easy and can be worn anywhere. Solid but nothing that stands out.

Very nice summer fresh, clean, soapy scent. Opens up very citrusy but soon calms down to something I am 100% you have smelled before in the summer air around you. Same DNA as D&G -Light Blue and Davidoff - Cool water, but classier. It is not very original but super nice inoffensive freshie.

Love, love, love Versace Versense! The opening reminds me of an old high school baby cologne called Angel's Breath made in Spain. Very uplifting refreshing fragrance and will get you in a really pleasant peaceful happy mood. The citrusy scent reminds me of a tropical warm place.

This fragrance is a flat-out masterpiece. As someone whose body chemistry turns almost any citrus-heavy scent into something smelling like bitter household cleaner, finding this was a miracle. It’s perfectly formulated and smells absolutely divine. It’s the only citrus-based perfume my skin has ever actually allowed me to wear. I’ve had older coworkers stop me to ask what I was wearing, specifically calling it "heavenly." Naturally, just like everything else I fall in love with, I went to go re-purchase it only to find out it’s been discontinued. I can’t even remember where I grabbed the original bottle—probably TJ Maxx—but it’s gone now. Rest in peace to this one; my condolences to everyone else who actually appreciated this profile. We lost a good one.

This is absolutely a unisex fragrance! It doesn’t lean one way or the other. It is a very nice clean and fresh fragrance that is universally appealing. I love my citrus scents for summer and this will be a very easy reach for me. It’s a really lovely freshie! I had the Maison Alhambra dupe first and knew I had to grab the original! On me, it sits pretty close to the skin but I’m thinking it will project more in the summer heat! It is such a relaxing scent for me. It’s light and airy and makes me feel like I’m relaxing somewhere on the shores of the Mediterranean. My hair is flowing in the breeze and I’m having some lemon gelato 🍨 without a care in the world! I have quite a few citrus freshies, and as much as I love them all, this is one of my top favorites. There’s something about it that is just calming. It gets better and better the longer it sits on skin. The cedar and sandalwood in the base are gorgeous and help this fragrance last on skin longer than most citrus scents. This is a good option if you’re looking for a great freshie!

I purchased this for my wife, and the first time I smelled it, I was pretty annoyed😡 I have been looking for a citrus freshie for myself, with a scent profile in mind, an idea of what I want it to smell like and nothing exists on the market for men....then my wife walks past, and I said "that's the one"!!!! A man can DEFINITELY wear Veresense, and nobody would question it, you would much sooner get a tonne of compliments. One of my favourites for the warmer weather👌

Really fresh and green, with some spicy notes on opening which I absolutely love. Not a sweet scent at all, the spice makes it almost savoury at first, and then it settles into something that I consider to be spring personified. Pretty unisex too, which I often enjoy in a frangrance

As a guy, I love this!!! Exactly the scent and profile I want for summer, but I can't find anything for a man, but this will still do the job😂

Very fresh, green, almost grassy citrus. I don’t hate it but it’s nothing that really stands out to me. Perfect for warm weather- just not something I will ever reach for.

Natural expensive citrus scent. Used to wear it a lot. Still appreciate it from time to time.
