My decant is mostly evaporated and almost definitely a little off, so I can't justifiable fully review this fragrance - just wanted to hop on here and say that I think it's more herbal/lavender heavy than the original and has more of the freshness/brightness from the outset, kind of more reminiscent of Jicky to me, honestly, with the fresh lavender and still the Guerlinade in the base. I think this one is unisex for sure.

I have a bottle of this beauty at least five years old and it ages so well. I'm always afraid for citrus based fragrances because they can go bad pretty fast but this one is still amazing. It opens up with sharp lavender note supported by citruses and it stays sharp and bright throughout it's duration. It isn't linear, half hour into the wear caramel starts appearing through strong lavender and and your get a bit of that recognisable Guerlinade in the background. It never lose it's brightness and loudness for as long as I can smell it on myself. Somehow it manages to stay strong enough in projection for the long time I think it outperforms Og, at least my bottle of my skin. It is following aesthetics od L initial. It has that initial sharpness followed by caramelized Guerlinade. It has same level od sophistication and lightness accomplished by different notes. It's a breath of freshness and brightness. For me it's a love.

This smells like Prada Candy L’eau and Initial had a baby! It’s so sparking with a candied orange peel sweetness with a nice balance between green floral notes and gourmand

This is pleasant. It has notes of citrus, lavender and a bit of sweetness but I also get a very prominent chamomile. All notes are comforting and soothing. On certain days it can move into citrus cleaner. It’s been noted that it has a motherly vibe. I only have this EDT version and it is very mild and subtle projection wise. Longevity is weak. I imagine the ladies in Monet’s paintings wearing this. Or the lady in the Australian ad from 1986 for Cadbury Flake. 🌼🌸🍋🍃🤍👒🪻

Mon opens with crisp citrus notes, and before long lavender joins in, giving the fragrance a cooler feel. The heart is pleasantly floral and feminine, I get jasmine, orange blossom and ylang ylang, but lavender remains the main player throughout. Because the lavender is so dominant, it reminds me a lot of Libre Absolu. Only in the base does it turn sweeter, thanks to caramel and vanilla. Longevity on my skin is average, around four hours, and then it sits close to the skin.

I love this one! I love anything with citrus. I love Ysl libre. This edt is better than the edp imo. The edp is flat and boring. I have the intense also and I’d rather just keep the edt and the intense and sell my edp since I never wear it. It’s a nice perfume but I just prefer something with a citrusy fresh vibe to it.

In the 80s, my mom wore White Linen. This smells exactly like that to me. My mom paid a lot for it, too, back then. I just hated the first sprays, they would wake me up out of a deep sleep. I didn't mean to hurt her feelings when I said the perfume smelled cheap; it was just *so* offensive to the senses. I sampled MG in EDT and EDP. they both stink to me. I'd never wear this out. It's the "I've given up" or "stay the hell away from me" smell.

I prefer this to the EDP. It is beautifully rounded off by the wonderful addition of the caramel note. The lavender is not as sharp as in the EDP. Of course, you do not get as long wearing a fragrance, but the subtlety is wonderful feminine and sexy nevertheless. No need to loud to be sexy. 8/10

Watered down version of the OG any wonder why it’s discontinued Still not bad nice for summer I have a 100ml I can enjoy through the warmer months it smells like Dior poison girl edt

Анонім★★★★★

it's ok but nothing memorable, lavender is way too strong on this EDT, I was able to sell It to someone Who really enjoys It. the edp version is sooo nice tho! something to gift to mothers

I have tried and tried to like this one but I just don’t. It should be one that I would like though because I love vanilla and lavender and citrus but somehow this doesn’t smell like any of those to me. Lucky for me my bottle sold today so I’ll be able to send it to someone else who can enjoy it! 😘

I had and enjoyed the Mon Guerlain eau de parfum, and a well intended friend accidently bought me the eau de toilette. Unfortunately this version pales in comparison. The lavender here is medicinal and too sharp. Overall the fragrance is unrefined.

Mon Guerlain has lost much popularity these past two-three years and what a shame ! Not the most sophisticated nor daring creation from Guerlain of course, but it's such a nice and high quality mass release. It's also one of the most elegant lavender that I smelled ! It's a crowd pleaser, perfect for a daily wear, at the office, for a date night or to hang out with friends... It's a flowery and powdery bomb combined with a huge dose of vanilla and an aromatic background, sad that they discontinued it. I still have a sealed bottle if someone is interested

Before I got this, someone told me that if compared to the EDP, it feels like a tea version of it, and indeed, that's how I smell it now too. It is wonderful in a different way to the EDP which I adore. I will use this bottle while still on the hunt for the EDP. To me they both have a place in your collection, they are different enough but share some similarities.

I really wonder why they discontinued this gem. Why...

First spray was not impressed ,reminded me of ysl Libre which I don't like. But tried again , actually growing on me

Mon Guerlain EDT has become a great big LOVE. I like to wear it in the evening in the summer time. This is beautiful and I can't believe they've discontinued it! So easy to wear. I have the EDP and the Intense and I love those for different times, but this version....!

Анонім★★★★★

So many versions of Mon Guerlain, and the bottles look so similar that it's almost impossible to remember which one was your favourite! And that's if you ever get to try all of those different versions too! Well, this one is not bad, but I felt it very industrial, for "selling" to many many customers. And something about vanilla or lavender gives me a headache, unfortunately... I have a couple of cats at home and lavender is not cat-friendly. Thus this perfume is sitting in my shelf for a long time just as a decoration.

Анонім★★★★★

Not worth spending your money on. It’s like a light body mist of the EDP. The EDP is already light compared to its predecessor Mon Exclusif so the only thing I can recommend to draw this scent out is buying the body lotion. Of course the composition is exquisite but you’ve gotta drown yourself in this to get any projection and even then it won’t last long.

Bought a small bottle because it was discontinued and when I wore it today, I noticed how similar it is to Coco Mad. I didn’t get that at first when I bought it months ago, but now I pick up on it. They’re definitely cousins or even sisters. My favorite is the OG, but this could very well be the everyday version of MG. Very pretty fragrance and I’m happy to have it in my Mon Guerlain collection.

This perfume is a pretty French mother who greets you at the door in the morning after you've stayed out all night. She whips you with a bunch of dried lavender for breaking your curfew. As you sit at the table and pick the lavender buds out of your ears and nostrils, she makes you a delicious caramel tart with citrus garnish. She sets it in front of you and kisses you on the head. You enjoy the tart with the kitchen windows open to let in the smells of jasmine, fresh lavender and sunshine.

Анонім★★★★★

Powdery lavender and tart orange & bergamot accords, tapers off into an airy jasmine, caramel, and vanilla. Much brighter than the original, has a very 'sunny' feel to it. This is perfect for warm/cool weather, so spring through autumn. It might be a touch sterile in the freezing cold. Decent projection, creates a cloud around the body.

While the opening is quite sharp, after few minutes I adore it. Lots of lavender, but on my skin I also get jasmine, that is my favorite note in all perfumes. It's light yet elegant. I had it for some time, used only once or twice. Then sprayed it one day and fell in almost love. Works great in hot and humid weather (30C+), gives nice projection. All occasions appropriate - you cannot go wrong with it. office, date, casual walk and anniversaries, all approved. Makes me feel clean and made-up. I think it is also ageless, therefore probably will buy it as a present for my mom too if i find it anywhere. Such a pity it is discontinued.

Анонім★★★★★

First impression I get a blast of lavender that quickly dissipates and then I get the lovely citrus notes, then the vanilla starts coming through. This is all around stunning I am in love! Personally not usually a lavender lover so I bought this on a whim hoping to like it but expecting that I probably wouldn't but I went for it and I am over the moon. This has a lovely elegance and radiance to it.This is also my first Guerlain fragrance and I will certainly be trying the OG Mon Guerlain next. I believe this is a safe blind buy. A lovely well balanced perfume suitable for any age. I must also add this is the only perfume I have in my vast collection that I can smell virtually every note and I get the notes in order top, middle then base. This is fabulous my new fav already ordering a back up because I heard this was discontinued such a shame. I had to update this review I am absolutely obsessed with this to the point its my new signature scent ! I wanted to reserve this as my future wedding scent but I love it too much and I must wear this on a daily. Ive already bought 2 back ups and I will continue to buy more because I never want to be without this.

I got a second bottle the Christmas before last after going through my first bottle. I just couldn't be without it. I got the edt for the summer, the intense for the winter, and the original for in between. But it works just as well in the winter as it does in the summer. It's a real head turner. One of my favs!

Анонім★★★★★

Discontinued long time ago. Shame.

Анонім★★★★★

Sharp and bright citrus lavender. It’s great for warm spring/summer days. It feels energizing, as a smell it throughout the day. The EDT is more fresh and green. If you desire a rich gourmand, go with the EDP or intense. This would be great on a man of detail, for summer, too.

Mon Guerlain Eau de toilette is a fragrance of attractive simplicity, very feminine and airy to enjoy without thinking about complications. It does look similar to Mon Guerlain edp but this one is a little fresher at first because of the bergamot and mandarin. If you don't like bergamot or citrus I don't recommend it. It is true that it is not an exacerbating citrus but we must think that this is a Mon Guerlain for warmer times or for those people who saw the original too sweet. Of course it smells like lavender, especially in its middle and final life, there it looks a lot like its older sister. Durability is moderate and wake is moderate to low. But if you love the original and want more freshness and like the soft lavender smell this is for you. I love it, it's a positive and happy perfume that has that soft and gentle touch of lavender that makes it different. At first it reminds me of Guerlain's Shalimar Souffle but this one is weaker. If you like it, go for it, because it is already a disappeared in perfumeries. If you can't find it anymore you can try Sparkling Bouquet which is similar but its freshness is more based on a juicy pear and has less lavender

After testing several Mon Guerlain flankers, this is my take on the line: Mon Guerlain EDP: -cozy yet easily wearable daytime fragrance -primarily herbal lavender, coumarin, licorice; ends with vanilla and very light patchouli -my fave, the blend is great at every level of the wear ((Mon Guerlain EDT:)) -sharp green bergamot top, baby-powder-like note from orris+violet, same cozy vanilla base -has a medicinal note, and lacks the coziness of the EDP (I think it's the ylang) -my least fave Mon Guerlain EDP Intense: -the most accurate 'intense' flanker of any scent I've tried -more lavender, more patchouli, more coumarin, more vanilla (especially in the dry down) -while frags don't have genders, I could see men preferring this version as 'bolder' and spicier Mon Guerlain L'Essence: -retains the lavender, and has a nice jasmine-sandalwood heart/base -does NOT smell like sweet frangipani (like I hoped) but instead the 'green'-smelling variety; still pretty but not what I wanted... it's a sister to Aerin's Hibiscus Palm, with a lavender twist. -the vanilla comes up in the dry down and sweetens things out in a gorgeous way Mon Guerlain Florale: -powdery, creamy, floral flanker that shares DNA with the OG -the florals are well balanced but it smells too much like vanilla baby powder for me

Very unisex. This may be great to wear to work. I think I don't like the lavander in general and Mon Guerlain line helped me realize that. Very masculine.
