Milk +

Terribly dissapointing. You get the creamy milk for maybe the first few minutes, then it just becomes a very generic, sweet woody scent.

Sadly this one is way too sweet on me. I was hoping the milk and base notes would balance out the cloying quality of the marshmallow but that didn't happen. Its longevity and sillage are impressive though!

Gross! It opens with a smoky, burnt marshmallow situation, then it dries down into this chocolate scent that instantly transported me back to the early 2000s. It smells exactly like one of those cheap chocolate perfumes everyone in my high school used to wear. Terrible.

For whatever reason, I loved this the first time I smelled it and hated it the second. It came off super alcohol-forward and sharply plastic. Maybe it was a new bottle? Open to giving it a third chance, but for the price, proceed with caution. At first, I found it really nice and caramel-forward. A very heady scent, like smelling the one you love. Please let me like this when I try it again! My heart is broken!!

Luckily, I only bought a 2ml version because I don't think I'll be wearing this very often. I can't detect any milk nor marshmallow notes and the scent leans masculine to me - the mahogany kind of overpowers everything. The smell quickly became headache inducing. The drydown is much more pleasant, though, but it's nevertheless very masculine to my nose, something that a middle aged man would wear.

It's ok in light doses, but when applied strongly there is something heavily metallic in this one that I really don't like. It's a sweet metallic milk smell. Like spraying sweet milk from a metal perfume bottle.

Literal marshmallow on fire at the campfire scent. That's it. 1:1 There's a deeper complexity to it but I mean, it's really perfect even if there wasn't lol Very unisex. Very in its own lane. Sexy and subtle but strong. Can a lactone gourmand fall in love with straight smoke? (Yes)

When my Bf wears this all I smell is nitrous oxide. I feel love. And a little dizzy. Jungians what does this mean ?

This is exquisite! Utterly gorgeous scent that must be clearly distinguished from commodity’s other Milk options. This has none of the heavy mahogny tones of Expressive which dominates that perfume and is overtly masculine-instead it’s the true milk perfume of the three. Think cold milk and roasting marshmallows . So easily a signature and beautiful to live in

Definitely on the sweeter end of the milk note fragrance spectrum. It's nice and projects well but isn't something I'd purchase a full bottle of. During winter though I'm sure I'll get a few wears out of this.

I loved this fragrance initially - it felt so cozy and comforting... but then my partner said it smelled like burnt rubber, and I couldn't get it out of my head. After that, it started to smell too harsh, like burnt wood, especially during the first hour or so. The drydown reminds me of the original Milk and is awesome.

Ok so i do associate this fragrance with bad memories so that could be why i don’t like it but it’s so overly sweet on me and not very milky. it’s more of a marshmallow than milk. and artificially overly sweet marshmallow not like a cozy vanilla. it’s just nauseating to me but when i first got it i was indifferent about it i think. again this could all just be my bad associations.

i tried a sample on my wrist at the store and wore it home. unless i try really hard to hallucinate a milky scent based on the suggestion that there should be one, it doesn't strike me as lactonic. it starts boozy and spicy, and develops into a strange and complex scent, pretty much exactly what you'd expect to smell if you cracked black pepper over a cherry flavoured lollipop and added it to a whiskey cocktail. it smells strong, artificial, and nauseating. after washing it off my wrist, it left a milder and sweeter scent behind. it's a bit more pleasant; less artificial and more of a floral spice. dries down to pop rocks and powdered milk. it's an interesting and complex perfume that takes you on a journey as the scent evolves, and while i enjoyed picking it apart, it isn't pleasant at all and i never want to smell it again.

OK so this perfume is borderline eternal! I had it on my wrists and sprayed Mugler Alien We are All Alien flanker over top and after a few hours I STILL smelled Milk Bold even though I had sprayed it like 11 hours before it, and it wasn't just a skin scent!

I WANT to love this so bad but it gives me a headache. It’s almost good but I think with the base notes, it shouldn’t be as sweet smelling as it is.

Soo comforting, it feels like your sitting in a cabin, with a hot cocoa between your hands, and theres a lot of pine cone trees surrounding the cabin. It’s a little dark and masculine but it wouldn’t be perfect if it wasn’t

delicious. i didn't know i liked gourmand until this beauty. the layers to this fragrance are wonderful. like a cozier jazz club

Sweet, woody, almost salty, delicious. I don’t personally smell the milk note very heavily in this but I love it regardless!

Feel like this one was a mirage ...on the tester strip its this divine creamy egg nogg in mid winter with cinnamon and spices. I was sold right away. Almost the chai smell I've been hunting for. Then....on my skin it falls flatter into a wood smell. Maybe it will re emerge later I'm hoping after it simmers. Make sure you test this on your skin to see if it turns flat.

I don’t have much experience with milk scents as the thought of it kinda grosses me out but I like this a lot more than I thought I would! I got a 5ml sample and was instantly surprised. It’s also really strong and has good performance. It smells woody and sweet, and doesn’t necessarily smell milky but I can kind of imagine this smelling like hot, sweet, frothed milk? And you’re in a wood cabin or something. Idk but I like it, it seems inviting, cozy, and would smell really good on skin. I don’t find this too basic or boring and I love that it’s strong. I am pleasantly surprised by this.

Is the milk in the room with us? It's just a sweet woody scent. It's nice but hello? Milk? Disappointed.

Marshmallow amber woods. Creamy and sweet with woody notes. Simple but lovely. After a couple hours, there is a slight savory saltiness that appears, which keeps it from being too saccharine. Much of this fades after a few hours, but is not completely gone. Dark woods are more prominent in the end. The musk comes and goes but feels like an unwelcome guest. I think a little is fine, but this type or amount of musk can be distracting or unnecessary to the composition. Milk+ is not milk enough. Would make a nice candle. In fact it reminds me of "marshmallow fireside" by B&BW, but less artificial.

kinda want to drink it

the slightly darker notes make this a more addictive, night-time version of the milk expressive. the combination of sweet and woody aromas is really lovely :)

It smells a tad chemical/synthetic when I spray it on but pretty quickly develops those marshmallow + milk notes. It's my first lactonic perfume and it was a surprising experience to smell milk on myself haha. As the hours pass it develops into a really sexy, warm, woody fragrance, while still holding some of that initial sweetness. I like gourmands but sometimes find them a little overly feminine for my taste, but this is much more unisex in my opinion.

This is just a better, more musky version of the original. I love it so much for a good winter perfume.
