DKNY Nectar Love

This perfume is an absolute delight. I was not keen on DKNY after trying the green one…absolutely hated that one. This one is beautiful, I can detect the nectarine, honey and vanilla and a hint of florals. It very easygoing and definitely an easy reach. I think that it could be a universally popular scent with just enough to make it different from the rest. Basically it’s sweet, fruity, creamy with a blanket of vanilla…I would recommend!

This is a lovely sweet, fruity fragrance in the opening and with time it starts to smell like honey which is really nice. Unfortunately for some people, it smells slightly soapy in the drydown but that's more likely the quality of the ingredients as I've noticed in affordable body mists aswell. I would personally buy this scent if it came in a body wash but not a perfume

It is not that far from Be Delicious. There is an intense juiciness in the opening. The beeswax note pops up but it is in no way dominant. Sillage of it smells like shower or bath gel with juicy and fruity nuances. The bottle is adorable and I could not resist it. For the fans of Daisy and Donna Karan apples this is a nice treat. It has a very pretty musky finish with hints of neroli.

I absolutely adore this perfume! As someone who easily gets headaches from strong scents, this was amazing. Every time I wear it, I get loads of compliments. I think it’s more floral, but there are definitely hints of honey. Overall, it’s a very girly scent, and I’m in love with it! Tens across the board.

my aunt gave me this bottle, i’m not sure i’d pick it for myself or buy again. but it’s nice. the initial spray is a little alcohol heavy - but upon dry down it is so juicy and citrusy. Usually i’m not a big fan of grapefruit. There is a wonderful animalistic, musky hint as well. personally, not much beeswax coming out for me. this also doesn’t last very long. 5/10

first open, first use... oef something makes me nauseous, not the opening, but after a few mins. Is it Milky or the Beeswax? Will put it back in the box to let it mature a little.

Probably the most realistic honey note I've smelled. Sweet and fresh, but has a body spray/ deodorant smell to it which put me off.

When I first got this I sprayed it 10x and it was too alcohol heavy and smelled like what I can only describe as sweet spit at the time lmao! So I shook the bottle and let it sit for a while, I think for 2 months bc i forgot about it. Today I tried it again, another 10 sprays and it's pretty honeycomb beeswax heavy initially this time around. As it dries down I get a general fruity sweet scent and whatever 'solar' is where it smells heated up and warm. There's also some light musk and a tiny bit of vanilla as it dries down. The beeswax stays rather prominent to my nose, though it does fade gradually and when I move around I occasionally get whiffs of honey and yellow flowers. I don't think it's too sweet, personally. It also seems like a great choice for summer days. All in all I think this is an easy fresh/warm reach and lasts decently for work. It's on the softer side for projection as well, with a smaller bubble only those very close can detect as far as I'm aware. I paid roughly $35usd for the big bottle bc I was convinced it was gonna be my scent, but it's just ok to me. Honestly it feels a little niche leaning because of the unique waxy accord, and the bottle is cute, so I'll keep it around and see what I can layer it with. I'm guessing gourmand and florals would be good choices, as well as anything vanilla. I give this a 6/10

I expected at least a hint of beeswax (based on the notes), but I can’t smell it there at all. It’s quite a pleasant, clean floral scent, but something different from what I was expecting. If anyone knows of a perfume where you can really smell beeswax, let me know 🙂

This open is so nice with the beeswax. The dry down reminds me of Yara Candy but less aggressive. I want to test it on clothes to see if I can get the beeswax to linger a bit longer. it's a pretty safe blind buy for the price.

This smells like my nan’s orchard in late summer, juicy, honeyed, ripe fruit mingling with delicate, fresh flowers. It’s girly and sweet but not overly syrupy, perfect for an everyday wear. It’s a pity the scent is so fleeting.

A blind buy I expected to lean more unisex, but it's a bit too damn girly for me to pull off. But it's plenty sexy, so I'm more that happy to give it to muh woman. Great summer scent with a dry down that just develops more and more sexy as time wears on. Put it on in the late afternoon or early evening before a date night, girls.

I'll need to update after a full day of wear but if you live in a hot climate, this one is for you. It's sweet and light. All of the notes mentioned are present. I just got my bottle, so I need to allow it to sit for a few weeks before giving a full review.

Something about this grosses me out. I think I’m just not a fan of the honey, there’s something almost cold and mentholated(?) about this fragrance that rubs me the wrong way. Like when a toothpaste or breath freshener comes in a citrus mint flavor

I bought different DKNY perfumes at my chemist near my house so I've got a few of different ones I have stories my ny necter love and this one I'm talking about is necter love and I really love necter love honestly I love it so much it smells so beautiful it smells so sweet and so honey and fruity I sprayed it on myself and I love it

...It has definitely been reformulated 🥲 The bottle has also been a bit changed, at least the bottle looks great, a little more updated, and now if it gives the impression of being what it is, a clean, fresh, fruity mango (yes, i know it has nectarine not mango but that is what i get🤷) fragrance, not at all a childish smell, it's more like smelling like expensive, fine, branded soap, proper duration for the price you pay for it. More than correct perfume for daily use, especially in summer where it prolongs the exquisite feeling of cleanliness and fresh out of the shower, 10/10 🥰

I love the bottle and I love the way it smells in the dry down but when first applied on my skin it smells like dog and musky grapefruit. After about 10 minutes that goes away and you’re left with a soft sweet slightly green musky floral scent. I probably won’t be reaching for this one much, but perhaps it smells better on clothing. Keeping it for the cute bee bottle 🐝 🍯

Very unique and dare I say… niche? This smells like you are walking through woods in spring, but x100 better than that actually smells in real life. Lush green foliage. Freshly bloomed flowers. Tangy cedar wood… and a honey bomb. This isn’t just a fragrance—this is a whole experience. The notes are all very vividly realistic and do not smell synthetic whatsoever. The bottle is cute. I’ve never smelled anything else like this. If you’ve tried it, you get it.

The start is very juicy and nectar like. The domination of freesia makes it floral on me. I feel nectarine, the solar notes, neroli, jasmine and lily of the valley. The beeswax note is in the background but it is not prominent, barely detectable by me. In general I feel no honey notes here. The scent is similar in style to the other apple DKNY creations. After 8 hours it starts to remind me of Amor Amor. It feels a bit synthetic in its freshness. Fresh and juicy is the scent profile.

I get chocolate orange when I spray this. You can literally smell bees wax as well . It’s super sweet and it cheers me up. I really like it .

I don't really like any of these dkny scents due to being too green and sharp apples, but this one is the most bearable of them because of the warm vanilla coming through more in the drydown! But there is still whiffs of sharp apples during the first few hours which is not really for me!

This is a fluffy musky teddy bear sitting in a flower filled field, with crushed flower petals in its fur. It’s a lovely sunny day and it’s enjoying a lovely thick piece of gooey honeycomb. It’s all there, the brightness, lovely white florals, a fluffy musk, woods and thick lovely waxy beeswax. While it doesn’t list honey, it’s definitely there. I love this! Will buy another bigger bottle if possible. What a lovely blind buy at Ross.

This fragrance is among those which has a very sharp first impression. One feels very strongly woods and honey amongst flowers. This is the scent which on my skin is holding the whole day , at least 10 hours, even more (I have mixed type of skin). I receive compliments from those who pay attention to perfumes (except my colleagues, none of them is using any fragrance never thus I am always as sweet bush of roses here among office people). But I feel myself very strong beeswax & woods the whole day when using Nectar love, sometimes it disturbs myself, because it is too strong, not in a sweet way ,more like masculine musky way. This is rather serious perfume for me, not a creamy one, strong statement.

Nectar Love is a such a pretty girl scent! I really enjoyed it and ran through my bottle quickly, as it's quite soft and there isn't any danger of overspraying. It smells like beeswax and wildflowers with soft petals swaying in the sun. In the drydown there is a green apple sweetness. It almost smells...chewy, like you're literally biting the honeycomb. This is a much more delicate take on honey than JPG Scandal and Harmonist Moon Glory, and no funky musky notes like in KKW Pure Honey. Although it isn't complex, it's quite unique, and a niche house bottling up this DNA but making it more potent would make a killing.

I love this fragrance!! My search for a perfect honey fragrance ended when I blind bought this and it smells like the perfect realistic spring scent, I ended up buying a full sized bottle. I don't really see myself reaching for this in the winter. I'm a little sad because I think this is discontinued so I gotta stock up. It's a little confusing because there's no honey notes in here, but that's most of what I smell, not a beeswax smell, which they're similar but you would think it's an actual honey note. Anyways, this perfume is basically a honey and wildflowers fragrance. In the best way though, and this is one of the most realistic perfumes I've owned, it's not synthetic smelling at all if that makes sense. It's almost smells as if you poured some honey on a flower petal and you are smelling it. And neither notes overpower the other, it's still very fresh and not cloying with both the floral or honey. The perfect balance. And this bottle? Gorgeous. Longevity is ok, not great not horrible, it projects. The smell makes it worth the $ for me.

So let's just get this out of the way, by far, one of the most beautiful bottles I've ever purchased. And I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It's really nice. The honey is very subtle and the floral notes are not over the top. But it's one of those fragrances I never reached for. And when I tried to layer it, it smelled like urine which is a no no! I was able to resell this one to a family member and she loved it. I would give it a 7/10. It just wasn't me, but I do however think it's a hidden gem.

Looking at the notes on this perfume, I thought it would be a safe blind buy, and although I don't dislike it, I find, personally, that the mirabelle pretty much overpowers the other notes; I do get, from time to time, the beeswax but it is fleeting. I think that if plum or mirabelle are in any fragrance I use, they seem to amplify when sprayed on my skin. I have the same issue with Rihanna's Kiss (which works quite well) and Olympea Legend (which unfortunately combines with the apricot, to make a heavy, cloying and unpleasant scent).

Ok, so, firstly I owned HONEYMANIA by The Body Shop, then I owned Pure Honey by Kim Kardashian, but I felt that they were too alike to own both. So I donated the Pure Honey to charity, thinking I'd be fine with just the small Body Shop bottle. Wrong. I saw this and adore the bee design. I'm a sucker for honey scents.... But I was wondering if anybody has compared to those mentioned above? I'm always on the lookout for something that smells like natural beeswax candles but yet to find anything similar. 😍 I'd really love to find a rich honey scent. Edit - I'm sure all of the thumbs down to give me the blue star balloon were TOTALLY warranted here, as usual. As opposed to being proof that you're all bonkers, displaying your power in numbers just like bullies who have nothing better to do.
