Love this scent, just wish I could say I love the longevity. Not sure if I'm just going nose blind but like I swear after like 1 - 2 its just a skin scent, but the whole time it doesn't have amazing projection anyway. And like after 4 hours I can just barely smell it anymore. Maybe its just me being nose blind or maybe its the actual scent. I love it though I just wish it lasted longer. Haven't tried it on a date night yet but I'm sure it would be good for that too. Opening is extremely citrusy though. My mom HATES that part of it lol (gotta give the mom some credit too yknow?)
Fresh laundry type of scent. What I would expect of a skinny suit wearing gay man stereotype to be wearing.
Drop what you are doing and go to the market around the street go to the deodorizer section and find a can of axe black. You have just found the same crap for way less and it last longer and project more. Gucci should be ashame to call this a fragrance and scam people selling nail polish remover and call it cologne no this don't last no smell no originality just axe and crap in a bottle and sell it to you for $100 for shameful and shady business and scam you no quality just gucci on the bottle and sell you crap. Everybody in gucci need to be fired they need to make classic Gucci fragrance for men like in 2000s not lemon juice for boys.
Gucci guilty EDT is good, but the EDP is much better. Both are very similar. The edt has a soft smell, it reminds me of play doh. The edp has a similar note, but comes across more of a rose scent. This is nice and clean, and different without being vanilla or synthetic sweet like so many other modern fragrances.
Gucci Guilty Pour Homme is one of the most playful and comforting fragrances I've worn. It's fresh, clean, and calming, with a youthful charm that never feels too serious. To me, it smells like an innocent, kind-hearted, and effortlessly handsome young man. It's not a fragrance that tries to dominate the room. Instead, it creates an approachable and warm presence that makes people feel comfortable around you. Whenever I wear it, I imagine someone who is confident yet gentle—a harmless, beautiful man with a genuine smile and a good heart. It has an easygoing elegance that feels modern, fresh, and inviting. If I had to describe it in one sentence, I would say: "Gucci Guilty Pour Homme smells like an innocent, handsome man whose kindness is as attractive as his appearance."
This smells incredible, I was smiling off the first spray.
A banger in my opinion! Fresh, clean and not much. Deserves more love than it gets 🌸
This is a very pleasant perfume. The first encounter with its aroma is directly with lavender, accompanied by noticeable cedar and patchouli. It evokes freshness. In my experience, longevity is around 4 hours on skin. After that, it becomes a very intimate scent — close to the skin. I think it's more focused on a younger audience. The people around me found it pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. Before buying it, I recommend testing it on both skin and clothes. If you like lavender, this might interest you.
Love love LOVE this smell. So fresh! A very masculine way to wear floral, as you cant really tell its lavender. My boyfriend has both this one and platinum and I can barely tell the difference between the two, they're both amazing. A smell that stops me in my tracks! 😍
It’s very mainstream, but to its credit it stands out to me as being way more floral than most mainstream designer scent marketed for men. I’m not a man but this is my most floral fragrance by far. It’s a little immature and boring for a man but I think it works really well on my skin. I get a lot of compliments. It’s a very safe smell and blind buy.
My wife bought me this when we first started dating way back in the day. It’s what got me into being slightly autistic about fragrances. I love how easy it is to wear. It’s clean sweet and a good easy reach fragrance. I’m almost at the end of this bottle I don’t see myself buying it again because of finding new and better ones imo. It’s definitely a great intro to the frag world.
Honestly, this is just a mediocre-smelling fragrance. There's nothing wrong with the scent, but to me, this is like wearing Versace Eros, nothing wrong, nothing special. The performance isn't good, and honestly smells pretty synthetic. Now, on discounters, and from what I heard, some stores have good deals on this. That'd be the only way I'd recommend this, if the price is good, even though the smell is plain and synthetic. Along with performance not being great. This is still a decent middle-of-the-road fragrance. I doubt I'd rebuy another bottle. 6/10
Blind bought this in my 20s at a pharmacy because it was on sale. That completely describes the scenario in which someone should buy this. If you don't know what to buy, don't know much about fragrance and you see this cheap, no one will be mad about it.
My mom got this for me almost a decade ago. It has been sitting on my shelf, and I recently re-smelled it after getting back into fragrances. It is a very clean and fresh scent, very easy to wear casually to the gym. Definitely not a formal fragrance, can feel a bit immature and synthetic at times I like this eight times out of 10 when I wear it, but two times out of 10 it gives me a significant headache. Not blind buy safe, but still a very good value.
It is a fresh, clean and gentle scent for me. I feel really clean when I use this bottle. I like floral fresh and masculine fragrances like this. You can use this for all seasons (it may be inefective in winter).
Gucci Guilty Pour Homme is a very light aromatic fougère that opens fresh with lavender and lemon, and dries down into a woody aromatic white floral skin scent. Projection is poor with this fragrance barely radiating off my skin just 15-20 minutes after application, and longevity is also poor with the fragrance hardly being noticeable by the 3 hour mark and being entirely gone by 6. This longevity is technically within the design spec of an eau de toilette; however, I find it quite paltry given the bevy of offerings from Gucci’s competitors in this segment. My opinion is quite sour: the DNA is boring, it lacks performance, and you can buy infinitely better and more complex fragrances for the same asking price or less. If you’re in love with this line’s DNA and you just don’t care about performance, great. But if you’re not already a fan, maybe give this one a pass. As always feel free to test in store, you may totally disagree with me and think this is the best smelling thing ever, in which case I’m happy for you. But for my taste, it’s a dud.
I guess you can argue whether the clustering commonness of these mainstream big-designer fragrances' core editions is ultimately driving at something mediocre in their similarity – or something essential, as if they are all approaching the Platonic form of cologne: "This is what cologne smells like." I am ambivalent, because on one hand there isn't anything inherently offensive about them. They smell nice. They really are "what cologne smells like" in the most reductive and uncomplicated sense. And honestly I don't always want a sensory challenge. Mostly I believe they exist not to be special in their own right but to serve as a basis from which to launch as many flankers as the market will bear and see which way the winds of trend are blowing. But on the other hand, I love the vast gamut of fragrance and usually do want to smell something unusual to have my nose and brain tingled in new ways. There is an infinite, interesting range to explore beyond products like this. Whether approaching mediocrity or quintessence, there is no denying that the citrus-lavender compositions they cleave to have a lot of overlap with cleaning product fragrances and for good reason: They are commercially safe – they smell clean, they are inoffensive or appealing to most people, and they consistently sell mass quantities. So, "Guilty" of occasional aesthetic apathy on my part, maybe, and of aesthetic indifference on theirs.
Ultimate night out fragrance! It's dirty with the citrus and very pleasant at the same time with orange blossom. This is a great mass appealing fragrance. If you just want to smell good and a little bit raunchy this is a good one.
This is a nice safe and pleasant all season all occasion kind of scent. It's fresh and totally likeable, with a gentle blend of some fruity, floral, and woody notes. The upside is that people will think you smell nice (if they're close enough to pick up on what is a pretty intimate scent). The downside is that it lacks anything very distinctive. I can't imagine anyone saying, "Is that Gucci Guilty you're wearing"? I doubt I could identify it blindly myself. The performance is average, with it becoming a lingering skin scent within a couple of hours and not much sillage. But there's a place for a scent like this, and it makes a dependable and handsome office scent.
I came here to say this smells very similar to Allure Homme Sport. Powdery. Smooth. Fresh, light and masculine. Light citrus and woods. Great for a relatively cheaper fragrance. Edit. The lavender really comes through when you give it a full wear. It was hard to detect when I just sampled it on my wrist.
Thank god I bought a sample.. Extremely poor performance. The scent is ok but not great , ad does not stand out .
Hated on this when it came out because it was such a stark change of direction from their previous masterpieces. Bought it last year because I happened to sniff it in Hawaii and for some reason my brain attached some incredibly powerful neuroassociation to it being “the scent of Hawaii” — and yes, I know how ridiculous that is — and I have to say, as with all popular fragrances I used to be a hater of, this is a really well done, mass appealing little jewel. It’s such an easy dumb reach and smells great, lasts decently, and women really do love it. When I first smelled it my girl and I noticed how it was vaguely similar to Chanel Allure Sport, which is one of my all time favorites. It hits the spot when I don’t want to use up my good old stock of Allure Sport. It’s become one of my favorites for its comfortable and easy to wear scent, and it’s one of those that makes me feel even more attractive when I put it on. I notice it’s got a fairly low rating here, surely for the same reason that I initially hated on it — it’s not GPH or Envy. That’s not really a fair criticism to make of it. It’s a great one and still quite relevant today.
I hate that I like this fragrance. Despite the reviews labelling it as much more masculine (which I do agree with) 2 of my ex girlfriends wore this frequently so now when I smell it in public I either get incredibly angry or incredibly sad (depends on what ex it makes me think of). Performance is disgustingly bad but the fresh shower gel smell is pleasant on the skin. 6.5/10
Very slept on daily driver style blue scent. In my opinion it beats out YSL Y EDP and Dior Sauvage in terms of women’s reactions and compliments I own both those and they get me 0 attention cause they smell mid and basic and like ever girls ex. This is like a shower gel fresh version of “reflection man” or “Le Male” It last on me like 6-7 hours I’ve had people compliment me at the gym and after having it on for a few hours it’s not a beast but it’s a very nice scent trail
I like the scent. I just sprayed some. By the time I finsh this review I won't be able to smell it anymore Scent 7/10 Performance -999/10
Smells very weak disappears after less than an hour..very disappointing performance
Nice and fresh but imo Guility Elixir takes this frag MILES beyond from the run-of-the-mill designer realm to the niche realm. Though Elixir has none of the freshness this has, so if you're looking for that and especially if you're a younger man/teen this is absolutely the scent for you. 7/10 just personally but 8.5/10 quality
I received this fragrance as a gift, and it has a clean, powdery scent profile that feels comforting without ever becoming overwhelming. The sillage is modest, sitting close to the skin, yet it still creates a pleasant scent bubble around you. Longevity is acceptable, lasting about 6–8 hours, and those occasional whiffs throughout the day are delightful. Honestly, I can’t find anything negative to say about it. It seems to be a type of fragrance that women, in particular, tend to appreciate. Interestingly, it gives me a nostalgic vibe reminiscent of the 2007–2009 era. To my nose, it smells very similar to Chanel Allure Homme Sport. So, if you already own Chanel, there’s really no need to purchase Gucci Pour Guilty Homme.
For days i was to say what the hell does this reminds me of...Now i know!!!This is just like dolce & gabbana's light blue SWIMMING IN LIPARI but with the lavender added!!! Not like the old Gucci stuff but good.
Smells good, nice lavender vanilla supported by some citrus to keep it a little fresh and cologne-y. It's not strong and you can overspray if you are going out, but for the office, spray a little and you'll smell nice for most of the day, and it won't bother anyone.
