Initially Iget too much citrus in the opening but after 15-20 minutes the drydown is what gets me. It is a fresh clean all year scent. I really recommend trying it out before buying because of the opening.

I don't know how is this described as vanilla/gourmand scent, all I can smell is something harsh and bitter, I don't know is the citruses or cardamom. Definitely a masculine scent, shouldn't be in the unisex category.

Анонім

It opens up really beautifully with fresh citruses and a tarty lemon. It settles down into a gourmand , lemon-glazed vanilla cookie smell. You can really smell the quality of the ingredients as well as the exceptional mixing that went in to make this . Every note smells polished and balanced to perfection. I, however cannot comment on the sillage , but the longevity is above average . I think this is perfectly unisex , but you have to try a sample before buying , because it is not for everyone. I'm super happy with purchasing the 15ml which gives me more than enough wear to experience it. 9/10

Love this scent. It has a nice citrus ginger character in the opening, drying down to a somewhat sweet vanilla character. It reminds me of two of my favorite scents - Vibrato and Layton, having the citrus ginger character of Vibrato and a creamy sweet base like Layton. Granted it doesn't achieve the characteristics of those two as amazingly as they do individually, Ani X is still greater than the sum of those parts and manages to maintain its own identity splendidly. This also makes it more versatile than either, with these elements balancing out to something that's wearable just about year round.

Bought this today and I can't believe I actually own this. The cardamom is so photo realistic in mine. What I scent.

Nishane Ani X was love at first sniff! So many TikTokers and influencers describe this scent differently, and that's the beauty of it—everyone perceives it in their own way, but it's amazing every single time 😂 To me, it smells like a delicate lemon pie on a rich vanilla base. They combined contrasting notes so skillfully that it turned out to be a real symphony. On my skin, it lasts an eternity and survives any activity—12+ hours easy. Even when it settles into a soft skin scent, it still smells magical.

Why... does this smell a bit like Decision by Amouage on me??? It's not the same, but there's something very similar in both of them - a kind of fresh, sharp, ozonic theme. The praline note in this is delicious and is what trails behind you. To me it's notthing like Ingenious Ginger, which is a really, really sharp fragrance. And kinda flat.

I prefer the original but this is still nice though not my taste, it’s less lemon drizzle cake and more virgin lemoncello spritz. envokes an image of a super expensive lemon and ginger cough sweet getting stuck to the roof of your mouth - just something a little sticky about this. Reminds me a lot of ingenious ginger, though way better with my skin and without the body odour note. This stuff is also a BEAST, it easily won a 1v1 vs my African net sponge in the shower. The melon gets louder and louder as I wear it, which is a bit annoying but it’s a fresh and simple (as in just a regular, good melon) note that doesn’t offend. I do agree with other reviewers and think it smells dated, though to be fair it’s mature in a way that is quite complex. Almost like a big bowl of vintage lemon, honey and ginger cough sweets were left in a hot room for too long, density combined with the cough drop image is what I think is causing that association with old people, at least for me. It’s for men I’d say.

Amazing. Simply wonderful!

It smells like the museum in my town. Odd. Anyways I like it. Cuz I like the museum.

I love this perfume, specially the melon scent. You can smell it but in a very refine and elegant way. The first time I smell this perfume I fell in love. So it is literaly, love at the first sniff. This perfume is ideal for the office and dates during the day. It is a long lasting perfume and it also projects. A great addition to your collection.

Анонім

Remove the melon and you have yourself a pretty refined perfume.

Анонім

its good and all just a weird profile for me, got told i smelled like a grandma which disappointed me. it's very citrus forward with vanilla poking through, i don't like the melon however

I waited way too long to buy this. Every time I smelled it in store, I adored it, and I even thought about it often at home😂 When that happens, you know it is a truly special scent. I now own a full bottle, and damn, it is such and amazing scent. I was getting it mainly for summer, but this is so versatile. Can be worn any day, at any time. Signature worthy. Compliment magnet, seems like everyone loves this. It also has a personal resonance for me. Because it reminds me of lemon cookies at my grandmothers place when I was young. Creamy, smooth vanilla and beautiful lemon. Nefs was my favorite from Nishane, but that has now changed. 10/10, just buy it.

⭐ 5/5 Stars Ani X is absolutely incredible, and I can't sing its praises enough. From the very first wear, I was completely hooked. Out of all the fragrances in my collection, this is the one that consistently gets me the most compliments. Every time I wear it, someone asks what I'm wearing. The performance is outstanding beautiful projection, impressive longevity, and a scent trail that gets noticed in the best way possible. It has that rare combination of being both sophisticated and attention-grabbing without feeling overwhelming. This is one of those fragrances that instantly earned a permanent spot in my collection. I honestly can't imagine ever not having a bottle on hand. If I had to narrow down my collection, Ani X would be one of the last fragrances standing.

Okay so I finally caved and picked this up after seeing everyone rave about it, and yeah… it lives up to the hype. The opening is this super bright, zesty citrus and ginger punch that honestly wakes you right up — feels fresh and clean without being boring. Then it slowly settles into this creamy vanilla lemon cake vibe that I genuinely can't stop smelling on my own arm. Sounds weird written out but trust me it just works. What sells it for me is how versatile it is. I've worn it to the office, on dates, on random summer errands, and it fits every single time. It's fresh enough for warm days but has enough warmth and that cozy vanilla to carry it into fall/winter too. Legit an all-year, one-bottle-does-everything kind of scent. Performance is no joke either — lasts me all day on skin and I can still catch it on my hoodie the next morning. Gets compliments too, which never hurts. Is it a little pricey? Sure. But it smells expensive and unique in a way most stuff out there doesn't. If you want something fresh, creamy, and just a bit different from the usual crowd, this is an easy 10/10 for me.

I really like this on my husband. Slightly sweet, intoxicated and interesting 🍃

This was the first Nishane I bought. Blind bought too. WOW WOW WOW is it gorgeous! The best way, it’s an elegant blend of rich oils, that come together to take you thru an experience. It’s not just one or two notes, it smells elegant and creamy and rich! Settles into a tea scent with a hint of “middle eastern rich class”

as the original ani glazer i had to smell this version and i dont know why but i expected more of a gourmand take but its this fresher and woody take on it and i dont know if i expected more of gourmand version but being harsh on the rating its just alright i dont really like fresh scents that have vanilla cause is it a gourmand or a freshie? dont get me wrong its masterfully blended, creamy, elegant and just overall worth the price on discounters its like 110eur for a 50ml which is just a tiny bit over designer prices just maybe it doesnt fit me or it wasnt what i expected but its just alright

This is good stuff - I really like the citrus and vanilla dry down, absolutely reminds me of a frosted lemon pound cake. You can wear this anytime of year, and I think it’s perfectly unisex. It lasts around 7 or so hours on my skin, with a strong projection for the first 1-2 hours. I bought my bottle (a tester) for around $100 last fall. Not bad for a scent this wearable. 8.8/10

soooo good, i feel like a fairy who eats lemon pound cake in a garden when i use it. i love it when a perfume give me vibes.

Анонім

Anything positive said about this fragrance is likely true. Smooth citrus and vanilla combo with fruity and musky nuances blended to an extremely fine quality. This is a quintessential fragrance to me that surpasses even the original, especially when you're factoring in performance. It lowkey smells like lemon cheesecake but I'm kinda into that type of thing personally. This fragrance resonates with me in a different way.

Анонім

This one hits the spot. Smells 100% like a lemon pound cake. There’s almost a “buttery” quality to it. I love gourmands so it’s a banger for me. All year round fragrance and compliment magnet for sure.

One of the best offerings of the Nishane house. All seasons wearable, versatile, great for date night as much as it is safe for office use. Sweet but that spicy/zesty opening makes sure you will never feel suffocating in a vanilla bag. Go for it, safe for blind buy.

Анонім

Just an amazing freshie. It's what I wanted Chanel Allure Homme Edition Blanche to be. Versatile, unique, good performance, and a great first niche. It's also a must have for vanilla lovers.

Анонім

Blind bought this one. Easy to use. A bit more complex of a lemony scent. It has a gourmand lemon scent. Fresh but can be a bit sweet then turns more lemony. Basically contrasting scents that compliment eachother. So youve got the sweet melon but youve got the fresh lemon. Youve got vanilla which can be irritatingly sweet but here it bounces of the ginger. Lovely perfume fresh and unisex. Its more of a skin scent if you want something more discreet. I enjoy this perfume safe blind buy in my opinion

2024: #2 niche, top accords citrus & woody

It might be the best creation of Nishane. You can clearly detect all the notes. Especially lemon, melon, bergamot, ambergris, and musk are very prominent. After synthetic fruity fragrances, I’m sure this will feel like a remedy. If we compare it with the original Ani, I’m not sure which one is better, but Ani X is a perfect fragrance.

I have a love hate relationship with Ani X. Considering it was a blind buy I guess i'm more inclined to like it but for some reason behind the citrusy vanilla, theres a note that kind of smells like silt for me. It's become less noticable over time but it was a serious deal killer for me when I first started wearing this fragrance. I now realize that maybe the combination of melon and cardamom/patchouli can cause this, but its overall a nice complement to the rest of the fragrance once you get used to it. Definitely not blind-buy safe but I do like it!!
