Infusion d'Iris

It is a very clean and very "cold" scent. Almost like it wasn't meant to interact with skin. I imagine a vampire could wear this.

Smells exactly like a spa. Very cozy and perfect for spring, though I don't reach for this often even though I do like it. I think I just don't vibe with Iris as much as I thought I did.

I didn't fall in love with Prada Infusion d'Iris at first spray. My first impression was simply, "This is beautiful." Clean, elegant, understated. But then something unexpected happened. Throughout the day, I would catch soft little whispers of it, and every single time it made me smile. It never demanded attention, yet it was always there, quietly reminding me of its presence. The iris is refined, airy and effortlessly elegant. This isn't a fragrance that enters the room before you do; it feels like perfectly tailored elegance - luxurious without trying to impress anyone. Some perfumes captivate you instantly. This one slowly won my heart. The more I wore it, the more I understood it, until one day I realized I couldn't stop reaching for it. It taught me that not every great perfume is love at first sniff. Some of the most beautiful ones are the ones that gently grow into your heart. Rating: 5/5

Super soft and powdery. Like soft baby powder. Has a very old nostalgic feel to it. Clean smelling however.

I love this. It is a very fresh and airy scent, perfect for spring and summer. For me, it is a very citrusy iris, wrapped in vetiver and a hint of cedrus. On my skin, it's not powdery like other iris scents, which is probably the main reason why I'm so thrilled with this perfume. Sadly, it's longevity is quite short, I get about 4 hours on my skin, and it sits very close to the skin, you have to be really close to smell anything.

It is a perfect powdery perfume, quite elegant and classic, soft, airy, clean and flowery. Overall, a lovely scent that, to me, has a nostalgic side to it, like Chanel no. 5. In terms of fragrance, they are both clean, airy and elegant, but where Chanel no. 5 is warmer and more powerful, Infusion d'Iris is more flowery and soft, perfect for a Spring/Summer night out or classier event.

The opening is a powerful, assertive iris that softens quickly to make way for a floral, sweet violet that melts into it. This iris violet duo settles in and stays constant from start to finish. It's a round, soft scent, never overwhelming, it accompanies rather than imposes itself. Discreet longevity and sillage, made for dressed up evenings. A scent for soft moments, the kind where you simply want to live with a smile.

I smelled it at the airport. I had high hopes for this one, as reviews hype it quite a bit, but it's not for me. It's nice, but smells dated, almost a little granny 😕

I love this perfume. The best way to describe it is imagine you are in a luxurious spa and they are using Italian soap as well as incense in the background. I feel like this is great for all year round and it smells good on its own but it’s really beautiful layered with other scents as well (I personally like layering it with soft aromatic vanilla.) I wish it was a bit stronger in terms of projection but I constantly catch whiffs of it throughout the day. Perfect for when perfumes are overwhelming me. It smells like it’d be a niche expensive perfume (which granted it sort of is with the 100mL costing $190), however I found it for €90 in a kit with the 100 mL, 10mL and a 50mL lotion so I had to get it :)

For me it smells as mix of church and closed wooden wardrobe in a grandmother's house where among clean sheets soap bars are stored for scent. I can't smell any orange. On skin I get more dusty soap iris with a hint of incence, and on clothes it's mainly church incense and nothing more. I had 2 ml tester, I gave it a try about 10 times, but that's a no for me, especially on clothes. I finished it as a before bed perfum, but without joy. It stays close to skin, on my skin about 3-4 hours (last hour indistinct soapy smell), on clothes it stays for longer. If you like the smell, it's office friendly and in general not offensive. For me it's really old lady vibe.

I was looking for an iris scent as I was curious about its "cold" olfactory notes. Infusion d'Iris was a suggestion. I went to my nearest sephora, sprayed a testing strip. The opening was immediately citrus, and settled down into a powder. It reminded me of cloud reverie so I didn't hate it. Then i tested it on my skin. one spritz, again, powdery, lotion-y meh. No Orange opening this time. I tried a new spot, my wrist, second spritz and was hit with a wave of nostalgia. A catholic priest lighting incense and blessing the congregation. This smells exactly like Catholic Incense to me, a scent I've missed and have been looking for. Instant buy.

DULCE CALMA Victorio & Lucchino (not on fragrantica) 250ml for 14 euro is the exact same.

Not my favourite iris (I like them with a bite) but it's a pleasant clean smelling all-rounder, very safe to wear to any occasion. It's more of a feel good, clean fragrance than a statement maker. Smells a bit powdery but wouldn't call it a powder bomb.

Hate at first sniff, i guess i am of those who don't get the "elegant" side but smells like opening a dusty ,closed wooden wardrobe in a grandmother's house. feels dated instead of chic

Fresh elegant summery sent ! For when its very hot outside . If you want to feel mature and special - wear it ! It was very difficult for me to like it . But know I enjoy it in the hot weather

This is a fresh powdery scent. Some may think “old lady”, but that’s okay with me. It is clean and inoffensive in the office, on a plane, to bed.

Not the worst perfume but not good either. I had heard positive feedback so tried it. I definitely got some pepper or spice notes I do not see in the description. Cannot smell any orange or orange blossom. It just kinda stinks. Might just be my chemistry. Hard pass for me on this one.

I am so glad I only bought the travel size for Infusion D’Iris. It is so lovely but I need 5-6 sprays every few hours to just smell this on myself. The longevity and silage are not great but it’s a clean skin scent that brings me joy for about 1 hr after I spray it.

I have loved this for years but only pull it out in the winter. its lovely yet hard for me to describe what i am smelling, my nose can't pick out a certain note but its soft yet not quiet. It stands out and projects yet its not overpowering. sadly my bottle might be going bad, now it starts off smelling like bug spray then turns into its normal self but the staying power is dying out too. I am gonna new a new bottle if they still make it. Such a lovely scent.

This is a lovely fragrance that I would love as a room freshner. It's too basic to wear on myself or clothes. Prada truly is a one trick pony and mostly comes out with soapy leaning fragrances. Not bad at all, but just okay. Your room will smell like a 5* hotel room.

Probably the BEST smelling fragrance of all time. It is really hard to make iris smell powdery and fresh at the same time. It is so soft, so comforting, so airy, and so addicting at the same time. Prada does iris well. The performance is medium to low though, it is not a strong fragrance. %100 unisex. 10/10 fragrance. If you are looking for a fragrance that is giving old money vibes, and very inoffensive, this is the one.

Not a fan of this one. Opening is very strong and I had the urge to wash off. But the drydown is a better.. vetiver and iris. Better options out there.

It grows on you. Someone gifted it to me and at first I didn't like but it grows on you. It's a very clean scent. Like clean fresh linen. Sits close to the skin and smells very fresh like you just took a shower. No offensive but doesn't have a character that jumps at you. It's very polite and tries to be as quiet as possible

This is pretty- air and powder. I find it a little too vintage leaning, but it is inoffensive and probably a good spring office friendly fragrance. I wouldn’t buy a full bottle but will use the travel spray I purchased.
