I revisit my bottle a couple times a year and everytime it's so boring, I don't see the hype. It's definitely fresh, I see it for year round. I just don't know what to say, it's just meh, whatever. I do love the bottle and the wooden cap!
my first fragrance that wasn’t a gift. love the scent smells spicy and fresh and mass appealing in my opinion. gotten compliments on it but could be a little harsh in the opening. only problem is performance. things an air freshener, lasts like 3hrs but it projects loudly for like 30 min as well. wish they’d performance was better but its a good gym scent honestly at some prices you could find it id say its still worth it.
Listen, if you are a fan of powdery/soapy/detergent-esque fragrances, then Burberry Touch is the absolute best price to value proposition within that respective "category." "No body does soapy like prada" -true But Burberry Touch gets pretty close with a significantly lower price tag.
It can be a great option for office fragrance. The scent is clean and non offensive. performance is mediocre, but for the cheap price I can't complain. And in my nose, it is more like "detergenty" than soapy. Maybe that's why it feels kinda synthetic feel. That's also why it is the type of scent I like to smell it on air, not on spray spot.
Interesting opening but drydown has sweat characteristic. don't like that.
it smells similar to Light Blue Eau Intense. the musk pairs very well with the top notes and is a soothing night time deep smell + dryer/clean clothes. again just a very soothing scent overall and not overpowering.
Easily the nicest smelling, original non clone, cheapie fragrance a man can own in their collection! Fresh smelling laundry mixed with that classic baby powder is all you get when you spray. It's very unique and nothing else around smells like this.
Not my cup of tea. With that being said I do see the appeal. I find the powdery element to be quite strong and a tiny bit overpowering. Then again it could be because my bottle is a decade old. I do like to use it as a room spray though. 6/10
this was the first fragrance i wore that wasnt axe body spray in my late highschool and early college years. it will always have a special place in my heart for that reason alone. its a very clean scent. just imagine floral clean clothes that had a few dryer sheets tossed in and a musk under that. i personally think its a very safe and easy reach. i wore it year round day and night in the 2000s and it worked for everything. its a very affordable easy reach.
Just bought this because I wanted a "soapy" fragrance. It is fresh, clean, but has this obnoxious fresh/fruity tone that a lot of fragrances from the 90s and early 00s have. I don't know what it is yet, but I'm gonna find out. Versace Dreamer has this and also Tommy. I'm wearing this now and it smells like subsonic lemonade (grenadine), but I know it would taste like detergent. It has this harsh/chemical cherry-note that puts me off.
Touch smells dated in a way I can't quite explain. A light, clean, easy fragrance to wear. I'm getting powdery, iris notes. Great price point. This could definitely be an office scent for someone, but nothing is knocking Prada L'Homme off that perch for me.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. This is 110% my new signature. I blind bought this as I was going through an 80s - early 2000s men's fragrances binge, and I do not regret it. Fantastic especially for the price point. Opening is incredible. Fresh, green and with that incredible powderyness that will last for the rest of the time you are wearing it. If you want to smell the cleanest you've ever smelled, buy this. Only complaints are it doesn't last forever, and projection is alright at best. But for the price point, absolutely worth every cent. [Mental Imagery]: Bubble bath on LSD.
Just a nice easy fresh but very unique scent that doesn’t feel dated at all. I always find myself enjoying it when I throw it on. It’s got that floral yet musky profile but done in a manly way. I just imagine this smelling like fresh clean laundry but with a little depth to it. Very easy to wear at work or around town. Smells the best right after a cool shower if you been sweating a lot. Also doesn’t hurt that you can find this for basically 30-35$ on most wholesalers. 8/10 easy wear
Fresh peppery green notes over a light and airy musk with a hint of tonka. It reminds me of rain, clean laundry, and the smell of skin fresh out of the shower. After it dries down you're left with a clean musky skin scent. It is quite feminine, but the subtle woody and spicy notes help to keep it grounded as a men's fragrance. It's soft and well-blended, and it performs ok for the price. You should be able to pick this up for cheap from discounters.
The opening is pretty pleasant, some leather, musky powdery depth involved. I am not a dan of the dry down whatsoever. To me, this is a baby-powder bomb. I had a "fresh shave" air freshener in my car when i tried this and it just makes me think of little trees now lol. I think this may layer well with imagination for some depth and complexity, but the baby powder is too prominent for me to enjoy. I let this one go as I knew I would never wear it. If you like Prada black, or are a powder lover this may be a great budget buy!
Can throw it on anytime. Layers great with imagination or myslf edp. I always keep a bottle
Very clean, totally inoffensive. Strongly reminds me of baby powder and clean clothes. I think it would suit a guy with an approachable, light-hearted demeanour. I also think this would be a good choice for teenagers as it's not too heavy or mature, but not juvenile either. Having said that, it doesn't suit me. I would like it on someone else, but I wouldn't wear anything this powdery. I wouldn't say it's feminine, but I don't find it particularly masculine either.
Great scent! I don't consider this a mainstream fragrance, though it won't offend anyone either. It is musky, soapy, very powdery, but totally dry. I smell no sweetness at all in this. Totally masculine and clean too. It's a counter to all the heavy, sweet vanilla, oud and iris based fragrances that are trendy today. Best of all, it projects well and lasts 12 hours on my skin.
Not sure this is for me - I get the soapy floral at first and then it turns very baby powdery on my skin as the soap fades into the background. I can see how on others this might be more like a clean fougere or masculine floral. I think I could use this if I sprayed sparingly so it melds more with my skin and hopefully brings out those non-powdery notes more.
Simple, fresh, and inoffensive. Biggest strength is how cheap it is. There is nothing bad about it but nothing to rave about either. It's just something you can throw on during the spring/summer without much thought. 7/10
Its a fresh, floral musk. There is literally just a touch of spice. I really like this clean, powdery scent. Though it is light it can be a bit much if you overspray or wear in the high heat. I think a little goes a long way with this formula. Its such an ideal spring fragrance. I like wearing this to work during that season. The price point for this one is great. Its worth having in your collection if you are looking for a clean floral musk for men.
When I posted my first review on this site — Burberry for Men — I was positively beside myself with praise for it, yet I offhandedly noted that it might not even be my favourite men’s release from Burberry. How could that be the case? Burberry Touch for Men right here. It does so many things right in a refined, well balanced, unique package. It’s listed as a violet dominant fragrance, and that’s not entirely inaccurate; you’re going to get that soapy, powdery thing right off the bat. To my nose, though, it isn’t the predominant DNA of the fragrance; that would unmistakably be the white pepper that lies in the heart of it. Granted, my collection is probably of a modest size compared to some of this site’s more veteran contributors, but to my nose, it’s actually somewhat esoteric. Astringent isn’t the right word for it, but it’s close; it tickles the nose in the same way that ground peppercorns do. It’s evocative of brushed nickel minimalism, sharp angles, and a white tee shirt so well tailored it nearly elevates beyond casual wear. It’s a fragrance for those weirdos among us that have a strong sense of nostalgia for the scent of pencil shavings. The white pepper and omnipresent ozonic notes make for a fragrance that is unmistakably spicy, but not with any of the braggadocio of peppery icons like Sauvage or the numerous Spicebombs of the world. Esoteric, yes, but by no means pretentious or hard to appreciate; by my own anecdotal experience, this is one of the most frequent compliment magnets on my shelf, if you can believe it. Like a lot of Burberry’s masculine releases, it performs admirably without drowning a room. I always say that I prefer fragrances that are discovered, not announced, and this one feels like it’s in the Goldilocks zone in that regard. It has enough staying power to survive an eight hour work day and is both accessible and restrained enough to excel in that environment. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how this might accidentally be one of the greatest sleeper androgynous releases ever. It’s strange in this regard, too. I’ve shared sprays of this among close friends, and when you smell this on a woman, you’d almost never guess it’s actually a men’s fragrance. On the other hand, when you smell it on a man, it does all of the work you’d want a men’s fragrance to do. I’m sure there are intellectual, sociological reasons for this that people much smarter than I can figure out. 😅 All in all, a super intriguing spring/summer daytime pick; a refreshing, interesting take on fresh scents for those looking to branch out and away from the ubiquity of prototypical citrus-y blue aquatics; a different option to fulfil a largely similar role. It wouldn’t be my first reach off the shelf for colder weather, but I’ve done it before on lazy reach days and it makes a shocking amount of sense in that environment too. An all time classic in my opinion, and it’s practically ubiquitous at this point, which means you can get comically large quantities of this for basically no money whatsoever. 10/10 for me. Cannot in strong enough terms recommend this one.
I got a small bottle from Burlington for cheap. This one is great, warm and cozy fresh linen type of scent, makes me think of laying in bed cozy with my ex gf… for better or for worse : / Pleasant, warm, cozy, soft, warm spices 7/10
This should be in everyone’s collection. The epitome of soap without the Prada price tag. I have niche fragrances and high end designer scents and somehow I always reach for this and always get compliments. You’ll smell like you just had a luxurious shower.
this is my perfume when I just want to smell clean and be inoffensive to anyone. Its not going to win many compliments but it'll make sure you won't get any complaints. Its perfect for office settings as its light. My brother compared it to johnsons baby oil. Only projects for a few hours on my skin but its affordable enough so that you can spray it as much as you want.
I love you so much bbr touch. Still have my bottle way from the 2000s, and nothing can replace it in my heart.
This is my absolute favorite fragrance. Probably because it was the first designer fragrance that I ever bought. I could honestly shove the atomizer up my nose and never get a headache. I wear this any time of the year. If you can find this cheap at Burlington, TJ Maxx or Marshall’s. Go ahead and grab it
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Burberry Touch for Men is pure nostalgia in a bottle for me. I used to rock this back in my high school days, and every time I spray it now, it instantly takes me right back—those memories hit different. The scent is a smooth blend of fresh, slightly ozonic and aquatic vibes mixed with a clean powdery feel. You get that soft musky-woody base with a touch of warm spice and a hint of vanilla that keeps it comforting and easy to wear. It’s fresh, green, and aromatic without ever being too loud or overpowering. What I really love is how it just lingers—not in an aggressive way, but in a clean, “you just smell good” type of way. It’s one of those fragrances you can’t go wrong with, whether it’s daily wear or just something to feel put together. Definitely one of my all-time favorites and a timeless classic in my collection.
I really wanted to love this, but just wasn't for me. I sprayed it and my wife said it smells like food that's been out. I don't hate it, just not for me.
Love this fragrance. I hate the initial spray, that fizzy citrus reminds me too much of early 2000’s, but the dry down is so heavenly. It dries down to this soft, soapy and slightly sweet base. Great office scent, as you don’t want to use your best fragrances for work, so this being a cheapie is honestly a no brainer. Also smells identical to Prada Amber Pour Homme.
