I love this! I used to smell this on my uncles when I was a little. This fragrance is timeless! If you want some anti sweet fragrance that is well put, confident and assured get this one. This smells like fresh like colonia type in steroids. Glad I was able to score a bottle before it got discontinued. I also blind bought Bulgari Pour Homme EDP, the new one but it was way sweet than this. I hope they will bring this back, sweet bubblegum perfumes are overly saturated nowadays we need a neutralizer like this one.

This is like Prince Charming, its masculine yet plays out this magical tea wood aroma. A coworker said my scent is blissful which I agree, made for the man who is lighthearted and free-spirited yet put together and educated.

Used to be my go-to fragrance Rating: 9.23 / 10

This or the edp? I don't know how this one smells lke, but I liked the edp a lot. Any recommendation?

I remember smelling this when i was in my early teens. This is what really made me obsessed with perfume. There is no other scent DNA that i have tried that even gets close to this. If y'all have a better alternative, please lmk

Truly a clean, classy and gentlemanly perfume for men ever.

Tracked down a replacement bottle of this, because I found myself really missing it in my collection after depleting a bottle many moons ago. I own the EDP, and have worn it, and it is very good. But there is something about the Extreme flanker that I don't find in the EDP, or the EDT. An airiness. Something more ethereal about the Extreme flanker, that I just can't put my finger on. I can't tell you what that 'thing' is that I can't figure out, I just know that whatever it is, is absent from the other flankers. Light, but still good longevity and a noticeable sillage. Understated, but present. Either way, this is one of the best tea-based frags I have ever owned, and I am disappointed that apparently it is discontinued? Not too thrilled about that. JCB has a specific way with this sort of composition. You can smell it clear as day in the LV fragrances. Just that light, airy style, and it existed here long before his LV's. This is an absolute masterpiece.

If you like this, you need to try Dolce & Gabbana Velvet Infusion

Bvlgari Pour Homme Extreme is a masterclass in understated elegance, I understand why it often hailed by enthusiasts as the ultimate "white shirt" fragrance. It transcends mere scent, offering a crisp, tea-infused aura that balances Zen-like tranquility with a sharp, masculine edge. Ah boy this Darjeeling tea note, spiked with the zesty bite of grapefruit and a spicy touch of cardamom. Unlike fleeting freshies, the "Extreme" flanker delivers remarkable longevity (I'm talking about the old formulation) without being loud. It’s sophisticated, professional, and timeless—a luminous shield of cleanliness for the modern man who commands respect through subtlety rather than shouting. Pure, crystalline perfection.

I have a bottle that as sat on my shelf for years. I think its actually a good scent, I just always grab for something else. If anyone would like to have it, and wants to trade, shoot me a message. I have many others that I'd trade, so I'm sure a deal can easily be arranged.

What a beautiful scent this is .. it opens up with a very lemony citrusy opening i think likely due to the tea note giving it the feeling of a very greeen and leafy lemon tree vibe .. reminds me of when i used to water my lemon tree and sprayed water on the leaves .. that's the smell i get .. then that slowly turns into a cleaner muskier version .. a bit creamy .. now that said this is my take without looking at the note pyramid ..

Best of the best, pure elegance and good quality freshness. I have the '99 one and the latest version, that got discontinued. Both are surprisingly similar.

In my country, this is literally liquid gold. The demand for this is insane. It's almost like a myth. Like a unicorn. The second it gets brought up, it's gone. Everyone had awesome memory with this. In a sea of freshies, this one stands out like a shining diamond. Bvlgari should absolutely bring this back.

why did they discontinue.....

A formal classic scent for older men. If you have worn Azzaro Chrome EDT, then strip it off of its aquatic accord and turn up the green tea and oakmoss, then voila!😎 I wish that the neroli would be a bit prominent in this but it's all good. 👍🏾 Creed Aventus fan boys would love this kind of vibe as I also get a heavy dose oakmoss even though it's in the base. You can wear this year round. 9/10.

A really interesting and beautiful fragrance - unique and quite unusual. To me it smells quite paper-ish - like the scent of old fashioned floral scented lining paper for old wooden drawers. It’s classy and refined, and a beguiling mix of clean freshness and an ever so slight dustiness. I can smell a dry vetiver though it’s not listed - something a bit like cow parsley - maybe it’s the galbanum. It’s nice, and reminds me of an old cottage with a slightly overgrown garden on a warm fresh day. Not for modern playboys or the clubbing scene!

True freshness — something rarely experienced. So: ROJA Elysium, Versace Pour Homme — this definitely deserves comparison. Possible that it is a clone of the latter. Possible that it’s not quite as good.

its very a much needed scent for everybody. it's way smell very expensive and elegant

Fresh, clean and good office scent. However, my partner ruined it by saying she picked "lettuce" smell on me. Loved it until then. Moderate projection and silage and longevity.

Анонім★★★★★

Easily the best office scent I own. EASILY!!!! Do yourself a favor and get a bottle while they are still available.

Type: Mature, fresh, airy with a 90s vibe (surprisingly changes and not linear) Top: tea, neroli, pine-like (30 minutes) Mids: foresty, pinecones (1 hour) Base: musky woods (4-5 hours tapers to skin scent after 2 hrs) Projection: low-medium How much do I like this scent?: 4/5 Comments: First time wearing this. Slightly nose blinded in the base. Refreshing like a gin and tonic. Check fresh shows my bottle is from 2020

You can't go wrong with this. It was my signature scent for years. I still spray it on now and then, just for old-time sake. It never disappoints.

Анонім★★★★★

Soft clean and fresher than the original. Moss, Petit Grain, Tea and Orange, is all I get . Very sophisticated and timeless. It doesn’t smell vintage at all. Smells better than the original. Classic . I get compliments. I bought 2 bottles. Safe blind buy

Crisp, spicy, and green. I love the combination of tea + spices + woods. The spiciness stings a little bit but this aspect is what makes it unique, gives it a certain “kick”. Too bad the performance is bad on me. It has presence for the first hour - a pleasant, musky, woody but very very faint aura. In the air - the Tea note is faint to the point that it almost only gives the aura a fresh, calm “texture”. It becomes a skin scent after an hour, and only reintroduces itself when your body heats up. Its better on warm days. And when it comes to the occasion - pretty versatile as it doesn’t call for a dress-up. I wear this sometimes at home if I want a soft, pleasant, relaxing aura around me.

This smells really nice, like a hotel lobby, but not in an obnoxious way like Wulong Cha which goes hard on the citrus in the opening. It's fresh, clean, and smooth all the way. I think it's overpriced though and there really is something about it that smells "classic" in that you could tell it's from the 90s. I think it's wearable for all ages but yeah I could find these selling for like $90+ and I don't think it's worth it at that price when you could get other classic scents like L'Eau D'Issey for much less. Not saying it smells like it but it reminds me of those classic 90s masculine cologne.

Анонім★★★★★

This one smells really good, fresh and sharp with zero sweetness. There's a pervasive "green" note, I guess the tea, or reminiscent of freshly cut flower stems. Masculine and soothing. The (big) problem however is that longevity is absolutely dismal. There's no trace of any scent on my skin after an hour, and that's after spraying 16 sprays to really give this frag a chance to pull through an evening... It didn't. I won't be bothering to hunt down a full bottle on ebay; you guys can have them all... You are welcome.

What @Mr. nose it all is referring to below are the vintage boxes of Bvlgari PH Extreme. They will have the lowercase 'e' next to the ml amount on the bottom of the box and bottle. I'm not really sure why he's saying to avoid those, unless maybe he wants them for himself? The vintage bottles are generally considered to be superior as this amazing fragrance has suffered slightly from reformulation over the years, but still one of the best bang-for-buck tea frags available today. And even though it has been discontinued, it's still relatively easy to find online.

Анонім★★★★★

The tea note is so prominent that it's start to resemble cigarette smoke. That said, it reminds me of a handsome, cool guy who smokes. I don't think this will turn off non smokers though. Because it won't take too long for them to realize it's actually tea.

I have been searching for this for 14 years, Well, at last I found it. It's a masterpiece of subtlety, although pronounced at the same time. I tried BPH, and although I like it, it's a bit too peppery and abrasive for me. In the Extreme version I have found what I wanted; a much smoother, very airy and calming fragrance. The drydown is heavenly; a soft woody fragrance with the lingering tea note. I love the citrus note--mostly fresh orange to my nose--and the tea note is quite a standout. I think those who mention the "vegetal" note, the "celery accord", the papery/cardboard, may be experiencing the tea. I'm just guessing. At any rate, it's a standout note of sophistication. I don't see how this could possibly offend anyone. The fragrance has longevity, too. Many have said that, and I agree. It's funny though, when I first spray it on, I can hardly smell anything. But after a short while the notes come to life and it's a symphony to my senses. I love to smell it on myself, although I truly love experiencing a fragrance on someone else. I hope Bvlgari knows what it's doing by discontinuing this gem. I hate to see it go, but perhaps one of their newer offerings will shine like this one does.
